Decepcionante. Mala relación precio-calidad

Lo único que destaco es que son departamentos amplios, con varias habitaciones, siendo una opción para familias o grupos numerosos.

Los apartamentos no están en las condiciones que muestran las fotos. Reservamos dos: en el del primer piso, las puertas de baño/cocina/habitaciones no cerraban bien, al cerrarlas quedaban trabadas y costaba mucho abrirlas nuevamente. A la ventana de la cocina le falta una lama de vidrio, por lo que siempre está abierta a que entre algún animal y el frío de la noche en invierno. Una de las habitaciones tiene humedad y la pared en malas condiciones. En el departamento del segundo piso, que está algo más modernizado, no le funciona la calefacción y el aire acondicionado del salón principal no da calor. En una de las habitaciones del frente, siempre había olor a cigarrillo. El precio de los departamentos es muy alto para las condiciones en las que están. Mala relación precio-calidad.

Desastre de estancia

El apartamento potencialmente bien equipado pero sensación de dejadez en cuanto al mantenimiento del mismo. La bombilla de la mesilla estaba fundida. La bombilla del espejo del cuarto de baño era de luminosidad ridícula, tuve que comprar dos bombillas para reponer la fundida y sustituir la exigua. el soporte del teléfono de la ducha estaba inexplicablemente ¡ guardado en un cajón !!!. La placa de inducción no calentaba bien. No fuimos capaces de hacer hervir el agua en un cazo para hacer té. El ventanal del salón, el apartamento es un bajo planta calle, es colindante con la calle peatonal. La cortina que tiene es bastante tupida para que el salón no sea " la habitación de la casa de Gran Hermano " pero eso sí, a costa de perder toda la luz y poder tener intimidad. Este detalle no se aprecia en las fotos del apartamento en la web de AinB y tampoco AinB lo advierte. El equipo de música no funcionaba porque no tenía antena, tuve que ingeniármelas para hacer una antena con mis cables de video que siempre llevo y así poder oír música. Una noche a las 22h15 aporrearon la puerta del apartamento una persona que decía ser de AinB y venía a quejarse en nombre de otros vecinos porque estábamos ( OYENDO MÚSICA, el volumen estaba como podría estar el volumen si estuviéramos viendo la TV !!!! y también QUE ESTABAMOS HABLANDO !!!! ). Por supuesto no le abrí y esta conversación fue a través de la puerta. Por prudencia apagué la música y pensé que ya daría mis quejas oportunas. Las cuales estoy dando ahora. Me pareció alucinante !!!

Perfect when travelling in a bigger group and good value for the money.

Clean. Nice and convenient with an entire flat, big balcony, two bathrooms. Good location next to a metro station, close to supermarket and bakery. Easy with electronic keys sent to our mobile phones.

If the weather had not allowed us to sit on the balcony and eat breakfast, the dining table was too small and had not enough chairs to accomodate us all inside the flat.

Ok, but tired

Size of apartment, welcome drink, well stocked (toilet roll, towels, kitchen accessories)

Main door broken on arrival and couldnt get in, without calling the number. Air con broken in living room, ok if it wasnt a heatwave and we have 2 small children. Apartment looked very tired, both bathroom doors blown due to bad design of showers. 1st bathroom the shower head did not stay up and also door was jammed after arriving, looks like this is an ongoing problem given the marka on the door frame, was grateful that neither of my children were in the bathroom at the time Only 2 wine glasses, when potentially there could have been 4-6 adults staying. Coffee machine did not work, but was replaced once we informed staff, however it was the wrong jug for the replacement machine. Only additional comment would.be to have both a teal towel and maybe oven gloves. Would have been good to have some tourist paraphenalia when we arrived

Best to stay here

The place is well kept and the management thought of their guest well to provide clean and new towels and bed linens. The kitchen and toilets are clean and properly arranged or made. It's walking distance to supermarkets and shopping area and major tourist train station plaza Espana (30 to 45 minutes walk). Secure place. Comfortable and cozy. Large for family.

No toilet bidet. Late check in.

Nice location but not cleaned and maintained properly

Nice location, quite and safe neighborhood, near metro station

Apartment is not clean. Sheets are clean but floors, furniture and kitchen was not properly cleaned (it seemed not only in this occasion but in longer period). Stove does not work properly, it turns on and off all the time and water can not boil. We reported this to our host (that was on Friday), after 3 days they sent someone to have a look but it was not fixed.

Needs help

The apartment was large with two bathrooms.

The dining room and living room chairs are wicker and unsuitable after a long day of touring the city. The entire apartment could use a paint job; it just felt dirty with scuff marks and peeling paint in places. The air-conditioning in two rooms worked well, but the living room did not, and the air conditioning unit in the small bedroom groaned throughout our stay. After contacting the management, they did offer to come to look at it. The building is very noisy. The upstairs neighbors had many people come over very late and were far from quiet. The downstairs apartment was under construction, so noise was loud early in the morning and throughout the day.

comfortable stay in a rundown residential area

Its 10-15 min walk from train station. Useful if you have to travel to main station. several breakfast options nearby.

As a tourist, would have preferred to live close the city centre/tourist district. Parking was a headache. no soap/hsampoo provided. Located in a run down residential area, view around had nothing to offer.

Nice area dreadful accommodation and service

The beds were comfortable.

The agents were terrible. The maintenance had been completely neglected. The first apartment we were put in didn’t look like the photos. Paint work was shabby, furniture broken, the shower was broken, the aircon did not work. Really disappointing. When we reported any issues via the messenger service we got no response. Each time I had to ring. We were moved to another apartment and the washing machine didn’t work or the aircon. It was our last night before we had this fixed and that was only after I rang and completely lost it with the agent. If I hadn’t pushed nothing would have been done.

Good

Communication was excellent. Quick response on each occasion. Easy instructions for entry to the apartment. Had the ability for an early check in, which was much appreciated as we'd been travelling since 4 a.m. Position of apartment was great. Close to metro station, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also only a 15 minute walk to Tour bus stop at Sants station.

There were a few minor cosmetic things that we discussed with hosts direct, none of which would stop us from visiting again. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Lovely spacious appartment

Great local experience we will be back.

Easy to get to public transport. Quiet area. Very local experience.

Some maintenance was not good. There was a leak in the kitchen and we had to change a bowl that holds the water by ourselves. There was a broken sofa in the living room and the chairs in the dining room are worn and should be replaced. The sealing of the doors near dining room is not good and the smoke of cigarates from neighbours can get into the apartment.

- he location is really nice, close to public transport, a lot of stores, cafes, etc around. - there was a place to walk my dog, it was very convenient. - the staff is really friendly and helpful. - there's a kitchenette with utensils to cook simple dishes

- the ground floor makes it very noisy, and makes it impossible to open the only window in the main room. - there is an unpleasant smell of rawness, that you get used to in a few days - theres no air circulation in the bathroom
