The staff was friendly and helpful. The condition of the furniture in the room was poor - it was old and well worn. In addition, the additional security lock on the door did not work. The facilities could use an upgrade.

Plugs in room did not work for charging phones at all. One port worked wall units did not work either air conditioner was broken barley worked maybe 2/4 nights. The beds were out right terribly worn in sunken in bad. I was not impressed at all by the rooms inadequate in need of repairs bad

Staff friendly. Rooms are needing a face lift. First stay on 2nd floor- clorine smell strong and doors stick and noisy. 2nd night different room very low toilet, sink without stopper and putrid smell from sink. Price was reasonable and location close to food and gas.

The staff is very friendly. The room itself smelled like mildew and the pool wasnt very clean. The breakfast was very minimal. Definitely not what i expected from country inn and suites. For almost $200, i expected it to be a lot nicer.

This was a great place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Clean. Good breakfast. I'd stay again. Just probably not in the room that is by the gym and pool, but this time of year it wasn't really an issue.

The hotel is perfectly located for travel, restaurants and sightseeing! The lobby was very welcoming and the receptionist was really helpful. The breakfast room was great, plenty of seating and good choices for breakfast Room was a good size, clean and tidy and a comfy bed! A good sized indoor pool and whirlpool bath, everything you needed. Thanks for everything, we enjoyed our stay here.

Overall I will recommend this place to stay. Staff let us check in 25 minutes earlier a plus for that. They had a pool which we really had a great time swimming in it. Plus they had a hot and relaxing mini pool.

Linda the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. She made the check-in quick and easy. The only con has to the carpet in my hotel room (204). It could use a deep cleaning, other than that we were pleased with the visit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some issues with the room were a sticky door, microwaves stopped working. Both issues were resolved quickly. The bath tub floor was slippery while showering. I just put a hand towel on the tub floor to resolve this issue. The bathroom sink also drained very slow. Probably needs cleaning. All in all I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

The TV didn’t work, called the office to report it, someone said to do something to reset it. Got very faded picture after that no sound and remote didn’t function at all. And the free breakfast, all carbs, not even whole grain toast. If you want to go cheap, I suggest plain hot oatmeal with separate add ins like raisins and brown sugar. But the room was vert clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice with windows open !

Jacuzzi with pool room needed upgrade and wasnt hot. Only 3 lawn chairs in pool room, no additional seating for families. Rooms and bed was fine.

Rooms could use some updating, our refrigerator was off balance, carpet was pretty stained along with the lampshade had what looked like blood on it. Pillows were old and needing replaced. The room was clean but just worn out and dated. Pool area was ok, spa could use an update for sure or proper maintenance, the concrete chunks and drain in the corner is definitely an eye sore along with the broken screens throughout the windows. Overall stay was fine for a short stay. Breakfast was good and area was nice. Staff was very nice.

The reviews you see on this site are pretty accurate. The front desk staff was very friendly. The furniture was pretty beat up in the room and there was a slight odor in the room but not horrible. Breakfast was free and it was average with waffles biscuits and gravy fruit bagels and cereal. The property needs remodeled but there is only one other place that was better in town and it was sold out.

The location was good. The room had an AWEFUL stale smell! EVERTHING we had smelled like that stale room! I have NEVER stayed at a hotel with such a strong lasting stale old basement scent! Something needs to be done about that odor in the rooms! When me and my family arrived home from our weekend trip, EVERYTHING we had in that room STUNK like that room!! This is totally unacceptable!!! Something needs to be done IMMEDIATELY!

We checked in kind of late and the first room we got assigned to was GROSS. It smelled very musty, the furniture was in terrible condition and we found mold on the bed skirt as well as dirty sheets. I have never complained and asked to change rooms but I didn’t have a choice. After telling the front desk employee our concerns, she was nice enough to assign us another room which was much larger and was in better condition (other than the banged up furniture). I was still pretty grossed out by the previous room so didn’t feel much more comfortable in the better room. Also, the coffee maker was in the bathroom, right next to the toilet? That’s just unsanitary! On a positive note, the Breakfast was decent and the staff was very nice.

We had to really push on the door to our room to get it open, had to push the bathroom door really hard to get it to close,had a spider in the bathroom,and every time we flushed the toilet u had to hold the handle down for a complete flus
