Just to let you know, you're not booked this hotel the pictures they make it look like it's heaven when it's not to get to the swimming pool you have to walk across an open public area to the other building to be able to go and swim the stuff is so rude when I arrived and the breakfast is so dead don't waste your money here.

We booked two hotel rooms, but one of the rooms was missing when we arrived. We had to prove that we had two bookings, and after an hour of back and forth, we finally got the room. Since it was late and we were hungry, we just left our belongings in one room and went out to eat. When we returned to the second room, there was a terrible smell, either mold or a bad urine odor. We asked them to clean or do something about it. They cleaned, but the smell did not go away. The next morning, we received a standard room close to the other one. We asked for some form of compensation, as we had gone from a family room to a standard double, but unfortunately, they blamed us for wanting to switch rooms. I didn’t want to argue over something so trivial, but I do feel the hotel could have been more accommodating. The rooms we finally got were fine but not soundproof. At night, there was noise from the hallways and nightlife. In the morning, there was construction noise. Even though I don’t like to complain, I think experiences like this are unnecessary, as we only use the hotel as a place to sleep and spend most of our time out doing activities. On a positive note, I want to commend the cleaning staff. They did a great job, cleaning the rooms twice a day. The breakfast was standard, but it was nice to start the morning with freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, and good food. For an overall rating, on a scale from 1-10, I would give this hotel a 5.

Had a bit of a problem on the first night but went to Reception in the morning and it was completely sorted by that afternoon. The Reception staff were so friendly and helpful - friends we were with had a couple of niggles but they were also put right. Nothing’s ever perfect but how the hotel staff dealt with everything was great. The room itself was spacious with good amenities including two types of pillow to cater for different tastes.

ABSOLUTELY TOP We were guests at the BE Hotel for 7 days, from check-in to check-out - no complaints at all! On the contrary - super friendly team/reception/restaurant/bar. Very nice/quiet clean room, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and wonderful view (=our room was on the 10th floor) over the bay. pool and roof pool bar -really special ! The parking garage (= 5€uro) is located directly in the hotel/shopping mall complex. Restaurants and party mile as well as stores less than a minute away from the hotel entrance. Sandy beach in the bay is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. We can highly recommend the hotel and we will certainly stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful time at the Be-Hotel Ines&George.

Be.hotel is great if you like to be next to shops, bars, clubs, bowling, cinema and the beach is a 2 min walk. Car park underneath is very handy. The open top bus stops at the end of the street. Nice rooftop pool. Our 13 yr old wasn’t a fan as only adults there. It’s not a hotel for kids to find friends but we went out every day as we know Malta very well. She liked the bubble tea over the road! Restaurants close by are good. Great staff, they dealt with everything we needed and always with a smile. Cleaning staff lovely and helpful. Good laundry service. Breakfast is good, plenty of choice. Could slightly hear the clubs late at night but didn’t disturb us. Liked the water machines to refill bottles for the room. Overall great stay 👍

Stayed here for 4 nights in mid july with 2 friends. Straight away we noticed how friendly and helpful the staff were, they made us feel so welcome and they were accommodating. Our room was nice and clean, we really enjoyed breakfast and found the selection was wide spread. The only thing worth mentioning is the location, although very ideal due it being in the centre of St.Julians/Paceville, it meant that some nights we could hear loud music, people shouting and constant flow of traffic/cars beeping - so be mindful! Overall we had a pleasant stay :)

Lovely stay. Great staff and hotel near to the main area of St Julians. Be aware that party people are on the nearby beach chanting and singing all night.

Hi The hotel is great, mainly the staff that is excellent and try to helo you with all your need. My room this time was a bit small and will need some fixing but was quiet and clean. Breakfast bufet is good. I have been in this hotels many times and I will be back again.

There was an initial mix up with our booking that was rectified quickly and professionally by Loredana who was so helpful and made our stay extra special. Our room on the 10th floor was spacious and comfortable with a wonderful sea view from the terrace and floor to ceiling window. This was our third stay at be.hotel and I would definitely stay again.

The noise is music blaring from a bar right in front of the hotel until gone 4am! I was aware of noise but never did I think it would be this loud! The pool is not heated! Which was a massive shame as the pool is lovely! Breakfast was lovely! The family suite was perfect!

It has easy access to everything including dining, transportation, shopping, and entertainment. It can be loud at night with nightclubs in the vicinity but the noise is negligible once inside the room. Staff are helpful and address promptly all your needs. Thank you to Francesco and Denitsa.

Our stay at be.hotel was not great. The hotel room was unclean the majority of our stay and we noticed the bed sheets were not changed for a couple of days. The floor and surfaces were really dusty and dirty. The bathroom smelt like sewage. It was not till we noticed the uncleanliness and complained did they do something about it. Even then, the bathroom was still bad. Definitely won’t recommend this hotel. Too many negatives to be a coincidence.

Wonderful clean hotel with decent sized rooms and amenities. I didn’t realise breakfast was included which was a nice surprise. As an Expedia member we received a free bottle of wine that I did have to ask a manager for, but was delivered promptly to the room the next day. The view is great and being inside the shopping centre you have everything you need. The only downside is that it’s directly opposite the late night clubs - our balcony faced it. The balcony door is very heavy duty soundproof but the music can still be heard a bit . Not a massive problem for us but might not be the best for families etc. Location wise all good and well connected to Sliema, Valletta etc

I stayed here for three nights, Everything was going fine until the last night my partner and I were eaten up by bugs in the beds. I’m not sure if they switched the sheets to bug infested ones or what but we woke up covered in huge bug bites. Not very pleasant to say the least

Stayed for 6 nights in the behotel, 2 adults & a 12 year old, asked could you upgrade to a room with a balcony at check-in but was told we could not because there was 3 of us, dont know why this was a reason, hotel is in a shopping centre with two blocks, a&b, we were in block a where reception is, if booking again i would request a room in block b this is where the pool is, rooftop pool was lovely & heated with food available, nice view on one side of pool to sea but the other side currently is a construction site with a view of 7 tower crains, when booking there was no mention of buildings going on next door, plenty of late night bars & clubs across from hotel so might not be the best location if you have a young family

An absolutely lovely property and room that we had during our weeks stay. The room was clean and big, plenty of storage, comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony. The two pools were really good too, plenty of beds for hotel guests on the rooftop, good food and drink service up there too. Breakfast was great with a massive variety. Didn’t need to interact with staff too much but they reconfigured our beds when we got there and they were very friendly at check in and check out. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an excellent stay from beginning to end at this lovely hotel. What stood out were the little thoughtful touches such as bottled water in the rooms on arrival that we were encouraged to refill at the free filtered water dispensers in reception and on the 5th floor, evening visit from housekeeping staff to make sure we were stocked with anything we needed, and messages from management to check we were happy during our stay. The rooms are modern, well-designed, a good size and spotlessly clean with good facilities. The aircon was fab and welcome relief from the sweltering heat. Indoor and outdoor pools, while not huge, were well maintained and enjoyable to use, with excellent changing room facilities at the indoor pool and poolside service and wonderful views at the outdoor pool. Breakfast had a good selection of tasty hot and cold foods, juice, teas and coffees, fruit, cereal etc - attentive, helpful staff kept food stations topped up and cleared plates from tables regularly without being intrusive. Overall we were so impressed with the customer service we received and the facilities provided at be.Hotel - we look forward to staying again soon.

Pros: Rooms are not as noisy as mentioned in most reviews; breakfast buffet was good, barista coffee and fresh orange juice were a nice surprise; staff were friendly and able to help with my requests; there is a place to refill your water bottle Cons: Pool and breakfast in another building can be a ploblem during high season because the lift gets too busy; I requested a double bed, ended up getting 2 single and when they put them together I could still feel the space between the beds; aircon didn't work sometimes, and when it did, just in one temperature; gym extremely basic
