The hotel is close to attractions, room is ok but TV didn't have applications working so forgent about Netflix or Prime, internet works on and off.

Staff not very helpful. We asked was it normal practise to leave just 1 bottle of water for a 2 guest booking. He said he would get it sorted. This did not happen and there was 1 bottle the next day also. Hotel badly needs a refurb i have never seen carpets so bad and unsafe(nailed into the floor in strips) The whole place except for the lobby and bar that look like a different hotel needs updating. Breakfast was good.

Terrible condition. Now I know why it was $47 per night. Dust EVERYWHERE, horrible sulphate smell in the towels and in the bathroom, badly corroded fixutures. Massive dead plants in the lobby. Cheap laminate floors with even cheaper sound proofing pads (o none at all). Would have rathered stayed at any of the actually cheap hotels that are perhaps dates, but not without charm and definitely clean!

The building old, not mich maintenance to floors, paintings, carpets, walls and roofs. The room was OK. No internet so we could not use wifi, watch tv with our streaming services and the phone did not work.

The hotel is in poor condition in general. The pool area on the pictures looks nice but once you see the reality, it has poor maintenance over all. The rooms are OK but not well maintained. The secure lock on my room was practically falling off. The seals of the window are poor and not maintained. The service over all was bad. Instead of making a hold on my credit card, they charged me and then they had to reiumburse. I asked for towels and they took forever to send it. Carpets of all the hotel have stains all over, old and dirty. NEEDS URGENT change. Did not have small facial towels. NO paper tissues / kleenex, Bathroom not well maintained. SO in general, I do not reccomend the hotel. The only good thing is the location.

Could be a great hotel but it isn’t there yet. Location is privileged, staff is friendly but there were too many fails. From three rooms we had reserved, there were issues, in one keys didn’t work, for another one the lock was defective, staff came to look at it and supposedly fix it while we were out, that didn’t happen. At 10:00PM we couldn’t use the room, we asked if we could be moved to another room and our request went to deaf ears, not a clear NO, nor a yes. Finally a lady showed up and showed us the “trick” to open the door. Bathrooms need in depth cleaning, dirt is embedded on the floor. Dust is accumulated on the vents above the toilet, and the toilet had visible stains making evident no attention is given to those details. Room is of a good size, and beds are comfy. Staff at front desk was friendly, at the resultant they just did their job, I guess they were overwhelmed by the number of guests. Buffet breakfast was just meh, nothing worth mentioning. Everything is set up towards the end of the restaurant, space is limited and people make it difficult to move around. I don’t know if I’ll return to this property, it has potential to be outstanding but the little details need to be addressed.

The hotel was very dirty, and the staff was unresponsive. The bathroom in the lobby was dirty when we checked in. Then, in our room, the toilet overflowed on the morning we were leaving. It took several calls to get a plumber to come to fix it. The plumber left the bathroom with free standing water. It took over one hour to get the bathroom cleaned and this caused us to be late in our departure. The hotel staff did not make any accommodations for these problems, despite a request to the front desk manager Susana.

Great service, room was clean everyday, the breakfast was also great, but I think the rooms need a little bit of updating, since we stayed a week, we did not have enough places put our stuff (no chest of drawers, the room was big enough to contain one), no iron, etc. We kept having trouble with our Keycards that de-programmed every other day, and even when re-programmed one opened, the other didn't.

Very old. Dirty too much dust everywhere. Pool was horrible. Lobby smells feet. Carpet was old and had lots of holes. I do not recommend this place at all. I don’t understand how HR keeps this property in so poor conditions and the staff was very close minded. No consetions or any simpathy. Just that is the way it is.

Horrible experience. Staff is not accommodating at all. Ask about an issue we were having at 8am by 330pm the issue was still not resolved and I was told it was on my side. The hotel didn't have successful WiFi that has nothing to do with my phone provider. Karen told us all restaurants will give us a different menu and we should eat at the overpriced hotel restaurant. Mini bar fridge is locked and can't be accessed without being inconvenienced calling down to have someone unlock the door.
