Great hotel, the room is very clean.
The only things missing are nightstands, alarm clock and phone in the room.
Great stay!

The property itself was beautiful. A lake flows in the back of the hotel offering direct access. The shuttle service to village is available on demand and it is a quick short trip. Overall wonderful hotel with nice service.

Family Fall Leaves get away, decided to stay a couple minutes away from the tourist crowds. This location was a 1000 times better choice than any of the hotels on the actual mountain. Beautiful BIG rooms, tons of space, pools, BIG hot tub, real facilities, free parking, free shuttle to Mt. Tremblant VIP parking - 2 min trip.
We were in a huge three bedrooms on the top floor, so living with all the beautiful leaves. Place had a full kitchen so ate most meals at home, not dropping so much in the restaurants. Lots of free parking, real friendly staff, super glad to help with any request.
We have stayed at a bunch of the hotels on the actual mountain, but this is now our go to hotel at Mt. Tremblant.

We have been staying at this location at least once a year since 2012, sometimes more (except during Covid) and the hotel’s and room conditions has been going down every year. Although the room is clean, there are many stains on the carpet and furniture, the walls and ceilings have numerous scratches and gouges, and the drapes are not hanging/working properly. Both outside and inside pools were not operational and the hot tub was only open during daylight hours because the evening lights did not work. On the positive side, the roof was being re-shingled and some renovation was being done in rooms on our floor. It was very noisy outside and in the morning starting at 0700 on our floor inside the building. However, we were gone visiting / hiking after 10:00 am so it did not affect us too much. Having said that, it would have been nice to know about those conditions before we booked our vacation. Also this time, the Wi-Fi was very weak and kept disconnecting for no reason.

The property grounds were good and well maintained but the hotel common areas and rooms are very dated. The was no adequate lighting in the room. The AC was very noisy and made a loud rattling sound when turned on and then stopped after 20 minutes. There was a noise from the vent in the master bedroom. These items needs HVAC maintenance. The lamps were broken and one did not turn on. The balcony was extremely dirty with a lot of construction debris laying on the balcony therefore we did not use the balcony at all to avoid further staining of the already stained carpet in the room. The screen door of the balcony was not aligned with the tracks preventing it from opening and closing. The kitchen cabinets and other wooden furniture needs to be maintained. In the hallway, upholstery of one chair was torn and looked dated. The common areas like hallways and amenities need to be well lit to make it look brighter. In many amenity areas the lights were turned off creating dark spaces There was roof maintenance going on during the day with lot of noise. The hotel location is very good but it is not well maintained. For some reason it felt very sad and gloomy with low ambient light. It is sad to see the state of the hotel due to lack of maintenance. Well maintained from outside but not from the inside. I will definetly not recommed it to my friends.

While it looks good on paper, this place os ot what it seems. Since rooms arr privately owned, you dont know what you actually get. We needed to use our murphy bed, which is advertised as part of the sleeping arrangements, however, when callling to get it made, they informed us it doesnt work and the owner of our room didnt fix it. We were one bed short, and the sofa bed was the worst I've ever slept on. The reception refused to help, and were very rude about it. Not to mention they dod not greet us one time throughout our stay. The pool also needed regular clenaing up of leaves, but it appeared that the pool staff weren't required to do that, nor anything, besides sitting at the pool and eating.

Nice room but not enough lighting. Lamp in living room was not even working.

This place needs some love...dirty carpet, paint chip everywhere, etc. No service - bar is always close - and only a coffee machine you have to pay for. Employees don't seem to be happy and a lot of complan about union and customers. Spend extra $$$ to stay in the village...worth it!!!!

Great customer service! Pool and life guards were great!

Room wasn't the greatest, some stains on carpet, grease and smudges on walls, they have a great hot tub/ spa but wasn't working for our first 4 days out of our 5, my biggest complaint is the roof! It was in such bad shape that everytime the wind blew tar particles fell in our food or drinks, I think they are looking to fix it as I saw men walking around on the roof looking at it while we were there!

First impression looking at the outside was charming but lobby looked run down and grounds not very well up kept. Personnel is very friendly. Room was spacious and clean.

Nice resort. A little removed from activities but the shuttle servive was fantastic because finding parking at Mont Tremblant is difficult on weekends. Good layouy for families with smaĺl children. Staff were friendly and help ful.

Details make a difference in a hotel - a few were bothersome. The carpeting in our room was filthy - huge stains. There was a pair of dirty boy’s underwear left in the closet. Old coffee grounds were still in the coffee pot. The indoor pool was permanently closed (it was raining during our stay, so my granddaughter was counting on it being open). Their excellent restaurant is also permanently closed. The outdoor pool was nice and warm, but could use repainting.
It’s a lovely hotel and the staff was friendly. But these type of things took away from our visit there.

The building and rooms need some love. The hot tub is out of service ( it was last time I was there also). The overall cleanliness of the facility is poor.
