Just go up the road unless you're looking for a place to meet Hunter Biden. Dark, dingy and dirty. Left after one day because I didn't want to stay there the second.

Our second stay here and we will be back. Close to everything and reasonable rates.

The mattresses are terrible and need upgrading. Way too soft and sync down in the middle and I have a bad back, which made a very difficult.
On the positive side, the staff is wonderful and helpful (Robin especially) front desk staff as well.

Generally a nice stay with some misses. The buildings overall seemed to be fresh with nice curb appeal. The complementary breakfast was fine if not typical for mid level hotels. However lack of management attention to details was clear. Our room was not well cleaned from then prior stay. There was old soaps in the dish, the room was visibly dusty, and it looked like some pillows were moved as if someone had napped on the bed. We called the front desk for a re-clean but it never occurred. Some other missed details were chipped paint around the doors and parts of the room. So some disappointment for an otherwise pricey place.

Nice clean comfortable hotel with large spacious rooms. There is a bar in the lobby where you can get a glass of wine or beer before dinner. Very convenient.

Great hotel, close to SPAC

We arrived to a incredibly dirty room. The floors had dirt on them and dead bigs in the corners, the light switch by the door was sticky, and the bathroom had toothpaste spit on the walls behind the sink. To top it all off, we found dirt and human hair in our beds. We were given fresh sheets upon request, but had to make out own beds. Finally, they had air fresheners in the building and rooms (we were in the annex building) that were so strong my clothing smelled like them when we left and my family had headaches. I will be contacting the management for a refund.

You can walk to SPAC easily!

Awesome place very clean

Check in was fine. Hotel was dirty. Open can of tuna and various things in fridge. Was not vacuumed as there was plastic tag on floor and many dark spots. Bathroom was mediocre. Overall not impressed.

It looks like the hotel has been updated in the not distant past. However, the floors show a lot of wear (it’s nice there is no carpet). The doors to the room ALL need to be repaired or replaced. Our door had to be slammed shut in order to be closed. No gentle pushing or pulling would work. We mentioned this to the desk clerk, who by the way was kind. Only have ice on one floor. The breakfast was minimal with powdered eggs and a lot of link sausages that were barely warm. Just pitchers of apple or orange juice.
I would NOT a choose to stay here again.

This hotel is right on the road, and our room faced the road, so it was very noisy. The whole hotel feels dingy and my husband's sinus's reacted to something very badly. We couldn't wait to get out of there. The front desk person was curious, which was the only positive.

I wish I had a reason to have stayed longer but I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours before continuing on a long drive.
The property is clean and modern looking. My room was huge. I couldn't believe how big it was and all I reserved was a king size bed.
The staff at check-in was friendly and nice and the breakfast was standard stuff.
I would definitely stay here again.

From beginning to end this is a 1st class hotel and they treated you like you were the only person in hotel....with attention! The accommodations are fantastic with the shuttle van to the track and the relaxing pool after a long day. What makes this hotel far and above others in Saratoga is the staff.....Lilly, Deonna and Robin (morning breakfast) treated me like family. I will be returning.

The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was nice. The beds were not the best. Very loud every time you moved on it.

Great staff!
The hotel is good for the value. It's a short drive to town.

Very friendly workers, About 10 mins from downtown Saratoga.
They do have a trolly that will shuttle you back and worth within 5 mile radius of the hotel for free.
Hotel also has a small outdoor pool.

Staff was wonderful, out of their way to be helpful

Loved that this hotel is extremely close to SPAC. We were there to see a concert and the hotel offered a shuttle bus to and from the venue, complimentary.
8.0
This Hotel is a very well managed facility. The addition of the shuttle bus to local attractions was great.
10.0
Convenient location close to all Saratoga activities. Complimentary shuttle service was fantastic so we hardly used our car while we were there eliminating the parking hassle for the Saratoga Race Track and evening dinners in town. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. The hotel was clean, comfortable and service was friendly. We will come back!

Room was smaller than advertised, bedding skimpy and cheap, old fashioned a/c unit, breakfast minimal with little or no fruit or dessert, restaurant as advertised was closed, pool area was drab - had only two tables with umbrellas, a few flowerpots and otherwise was very plain, lobby was minimal, any free coffee throughout the day was placed inside the closed doors of the area where breakfast was provided, no simple fresh water or niceties for guests in the lobby. Very minimal hotel.

This is a generic roadside hotel. Staff is nice. Property is clean. Nothing special. Cheap construction. No charm. We booked a so-called "suite" on a summer weekend at an exorbitant rate. Site makes it look nicer than it is. The "suite" was a semi furnished, dark, bowling alley type room between the busy main road and the driveway, each within 10 feet. The staff switched us to a liveable standard king behind the desk. Standard motel type, open closet. Downside was smells from breakfast room. Breakfast buffet is OK. Little fresh fruit. Paper plates. Plenty of eggs, potatoes, toast, bagels, etc. Pool is unappetizing with highway view. We opted for the free public pool at the state park after our hike. Location far outside town. They advertise close access to Saratoga Springs State Park (outstanding) and SPAC but all facilities are beyond easy walking distance. You need a car. Downtown Saratoga is a few miles away. Charming shops and restaurants and parking difficult. Stay if the price is right or you need a quick overnight off Rte 87. Don't expect more and you won't be disappointed.

Hotel was clean with friendly staff. Beds were pretty comfortable and there was a sound machine in the room.
Sat by the pool, that was also maintained well.

We will return to this lovely hotel <3
The staff are all very warm and helpful. They seemed to think of the little things we might need. Such as a free shuttle to the races and pick up till 10pm! A very nice breakfast. Clean room. Free Saratoga water in blue glass bottles. Even a charming little bar :) All in all, the price was a good one too!
