Room not as described. Was sold a suite, on arrival, hotel confirmed they don’t offer suites at this location. Room sold with separate sitting area, sitting area literally next to the bed. I rarely leave anything but positive reviews, I tend to go with, if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it. But I don’t want someone else to have our experience. Nearly a week later, waiting for hotels.com to validate this with hotel so I can receive a refund. Terrible all round.

We stay here 2-3 times a year, visiting family. The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are fairly spacious and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good with some hot food options. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

It was awesome.

Nice accommodations but I had anticipated being closer to the Interstate. We were towing an antique vehicle on a trailer and the hotel was quite a ways around Aiken SC on narrow roads. Coming at night in the rain with downed trees on roadsides from the hurricane last month was a nail biter. I think hotel.com shifted my search from the Country Inn closer to the Interstate without me noticing. I will have to pay better attention next time.

We stayed here for our one night away from home to come to a baby shower. Front desk was friendly. The bed and pillows were so comfy! Loved the water pressure from the shower. Loved we could make the room super cold since I forgot to bring my fan with me that I usually take when we go to a hotel. Breakfast was good to. The only two complaints I have was the water on the tub still rain a little after turning it off, and the carpet had like two spots on it that could of been cleaned better.

Room was what we expected. Not bad at all. Breakfast was good. Pretty quiet area. Still in town but far enough out that traffic wasn't a problem. Later check out time was definitely a plus.

I did not get a chance to stay because the university canceled the event and I did not have to travel due to hurricane damage. I am also disappointed that Hotels.com would not change my reservation to another day. This was bad customer service.

It smelled like smoke and the carpet seems moist or wet. The bathroom needed some upgrades. But the staff was excellent. Check in was good. Our room wasn't ready at 3 but that wasn't a problem.

We booked 2 rooms here for a softball tournament stay, and upon trying to check in for the second room, we were told at that time that there were no rooms available. We were informed that they tried to call us earlier in the day but discovered they had entered the phone number incorrectly. We had also called ahead for roll away beds and were promised 3, but upon check in were told that they did not even have roll away beds at the hotel. Key cards had to be reset almost every time we tried to re-enter the room. Room was relatively clean but barely anything in the way of blankets or extras sheets, especially with a pull out couch. Fridge was barely cold enough to keep drinks cold. Absolutely not worth it for the price we paid...we will not be staying here again.

This is a very nice place. We started here for the weekend for a softball tournament. Ten minutes from the park, DG across the street, plenty of places to eat, good breakfast bar at the hotel. Hotel was very clean, staff was great. For me there was two issues, but wouldn’t keep it from me staying here again. Whoever stayed above us must’ve had an elephant in the room. Five in the morning I could hear every step they made. Saturday evening pretty much everyone decide to take a hot shower at the same time and I basically took a cold shower. However it was extremely busy this weekend so I get it. You absolutely can’t go wrong staying here. Also I’d recommend trying out Tailgate Tavern for good food and a cold drink. Only 15 minutes away.

There were roaches in the business area and in the room. The business center was very dirty.
Staff was courteous and responsive. The issue was with the facilities, pest control and cleanliness.

Hair in the shower on the toilet seat and the sink, desk was sticky. The walls had dried up food on them dried blood spot on the quilt. The bed was halfway made up. Staff did not greet upon walking into the hotel. Just a simple can I help you not a warm welcome at all, No one even asked about how was our stay, just terrible

The room was spacious. However, it was dirty. As soon as I walked in the room I saw the desk was smudged/dirty. The mirrors were dirty. It just looked as though it had not been properly cleaned. We found socks in the room and a bag that did not belong to us. We asked housekeeping to clean our room on the second night and they didn’t do it (for whatever reason). The night housekeeper apologized profusely and took out the garbage and gave us fresh towels. She was so thoughtful and considerate and apologetic and we appreciated it after coming in late at night. The staff I encountered were all very considerate and nice and made accommodations. I just wish the room was clean upon arrival. It just made me uncomfortable with showering and touching everything.
The breakfast was delicious. But during the week it ends at 930am (not 1030am like on the weekends).
