Schönes Apartment mit super zentraler Lage

Lage Lage Lage - zentraler geht es kaum Zimmer und Aufteilung Betten

Wir hatten nach einem weiteren Schlüssel gefragt (bei 4 Personen mit nur einem Schlüssel etwas kritisch) - leider keine Antworten bekommen Die Sauberkeit hätte schon auch etwas besser sein können.

Very good

Apt was was very central and a great location. Apt was very spacious for 4 adults. Kitchen was well equipped.

We only had one set of keys for 4 adults which was very awkward. There was a very large tripping hazard in the middle of the hall by the bathroom..the flooring was raised at least 2 inches. It was not marked. Both my son and I tripped and had injuries. The back bedroom windows were not safe to open for air because they were at ground level.the Ac unit inthe bedrooms were not consistently working so it was very stuffy.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment

Fabulous, comfortable and really well equipped apartment in a very good location with good access to public transport, eateries and places of interest. Our host, Valeria, was very communicative and helpful throughout the process as was Stanley who let us into the apartment and gave very helpful tips on the locality. Would highly recommend to others visiting Lisbon.

Bottom line, very upset that they were totally unresponsive and changed us for a 2 bathroom unit when we had a one bath.

It was a beautiful flat, great kitchen. The location was great!

The shower in one of the bathrooms did not work. The wand was attached by a plastic bag and sprayed all over. the floor was buckled in front of the bathroom because water from a prior guest had spilled out. it was a tripping hazard. essentially we had only one shower for four people. We were unable to contact the manager at any time during our stay. we feel very fortunate That we did not lose our key or we would never have been able to get back into the unit. Bottom line is they had no support staff, you are on your own when you get there. I would never rent from them again.

The overall family experience in the apartment was good and pleasant.

The apartment was very well located and nicely decorated and clean

The floor bump at shower entrance and the faulty shower at the en-suite bathroom.

Wonderful spacious apartment in the heart of Lisbon.

Someone met us very quickly at the apartment even though the timing was off due to flight delays. We were given the keys and we were off exploring Lisbon! The apartment is in an excellent location in the heart of Lisbon..with cute balconies and all amenities. Much larger then expected with a lot of closets. Across the street is a wine shop, and an excellent breakfast place just down the street ( with yummy brunch for 2) There was also a pizza place that was great, and a taco restaurant next door. The trolley stop is literally across the street. Beware there is a taxi stand up the street a little. our UBER driver said he could not stop in front of our place bc of that..had to go down the block.

The wifi was not strong in the bedrooms, conversely the AC was not strong in the living room. beware that the front door to the building was not easy to open, had to jiggle the key to the left until the latch opened. It's a detail I wish they would have advised on. Because we were panicking trying to get in the first evening. The people in the AirBnb above us had same problem. *** do not turn key to right..only jiggle to the left *** after that we always got in.

Great apartment that could offer a stellar experience with a bit more care from staff

very spacious apartment, well organized rooms, clean

staff not very responsive, provided only one key for 4 people, a few items came apart, like a door handle, kitchen sink faucet, kitchen could use a bit more items. Space under master bed had accumulated trash. Juke box was a nice touch except it did not work.

Great stay and perfect location

The management agent of the property met us at the apartment despite our flight being delayed due to long queues at airport arrivals

We tried to switch on the central heating as the apartment is big and coming from the UK the evenings were cold so wanted to warm up the apartment. The air conditioning units could have been bigger as they also had heating function built in but this was not suffice for the size of rooms

Beautiful place. Gorgeous. Wonderfully decorated.

The washing machine would not spin and drain our clothes, ever. Also, this is one loud party street at night! That is easily quieted by shutting the shutters though.

Great place for a weekend in Lisbon

Great property in the perfect location. We were able to schedule a convenient check in time and the check out process was very straight forward (just leave the keys and go). The apartment was clean and very spacious and well equiped.

Highly recommended! 10/10

Everything about this apartment is perfect. The host, Lori, is absolutely wonderful. She waited for us at the apartment and was really helpful and nice. The location is the best, near a lot of restaurants, attractions, and public transportation. The place is fully equipped, including kitchen. The building is clean and there's an elevator. Moreover, the place has an amazing Jukebox that really adds to the fun of staying there. Highly recommended!
