Absolutely brilliant stay as a family with a 3 year old. We dined in at the buffet (a scary notion for a coeliac), the staff made me a pizza to order to ensure I wasn’t ill and also did the same with my breakfast in the morning. They have allergy matrix out and as soon as I said coeliac they were all exceedingly accommodating and mentioned cross contamination before I could. It genuinely felt like they cared. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Really nice place for large conferences as well as one night stops
3.0 / 10.0
This hotel is enormous with several conferences being held on the day we arrived. It consists of several wings which are far away from reception and the bar and restaurant's so be prepared for a long walk. The accommodation varies massively in size and accessibility and it’s very easy to get lost.

Yet again an amazing hotel, been to most of of the De vere hotels!
Room amazing, albeit quite a trek from reception !
1705 restaurant was a bit of a let down, as I asked for a plain chicken filet burger but it came with a pickle relish inside and the chips were still hard inside, did advise staff and they knocked of 12% service charge, fair enough.
Breakfast was lovely, a nice big room with separate areas so no queuing , was very busy !
Lovely grounds, great to explore and lots of lovely nooks in hotel to sit down and have a coffee etc
Will def be back again, only 10 mins into Windsor town and 5 mins to royal Windsor farm shop!

Had a great stay with family, really enjoyed it. Will be back!

The situation with food is completely confusing. The website doesn’t say that you can only sit in the restaurant if you have booked and no dogs are allowed. You can’t eat in the bar and your only option is a buffet. We asked 3 times and got different answers and there is also no room service. The buffet was actually really good but everyone we saw did the same as us as it made no sense. Breakfast was excellent.

We stayed just the one night. 2 adults and 2 kids. The family room was perfect. One good sized double bed and a sofa bed. The room was pretty spacious and didn't feel crowded. Whilst we were not here to visit Legoland, obviously many other families were and it felt like a perfect hotel for that kind of stay.
The grounds here were the excellent. Plenty of outside space for whatever you wanted to do.

Always excellent when we stay here and use the family rooms

The room was beautifully turned out. We had a carvery meal in the evening as the restuarant was fully booked. We had an issue with a missing duvet but that was quickly rectified.
Our biggest issue was the shower flooded the wet room almost going onto the bedroom carpet so had to be bucketed out between each shower to stop the flood. I mentioned this on checking out and receptionist wasnt particularly bothered about our inconvenience.
Breakfast was good lots of options.

Not enough people serving at the bar. Room was miles from the reception. Mattress was not good. No water in the rooms and the water was miles away.
The breakfast was excellent. Coffee was very poor.

Overnight stay. Beautiful grounds. Very good buffet breakfast. Can not comment on other meals. Went into Windsor for dinner
Hotel very clean and good decor.
Staff were friendly and polite.
Room, small but very well presented and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed.
Huge complex. Could do with more signs to reception . Otherwise overall satisfactory stay.

I had a really great stay, and I was in The White house rooms, The only thing I can say is your pillows were the worst. They needed to be thrown out, they were so old they were balls inside them. The issue was the £30 a night for a dog to stay. While I agree with a fee for pets, I think this is extremely high, You don't offer any extras for pets. no bowl in the room, no pet bed, no dog menu no treats or toys. So why is there this fee. When if the dog causes no damage or issue do you charge this ?

Room was newly decorated, very clean, comfy thick new mattresses memory foam. Amazing variable power shower which can be taken off wall. Lovely tea tray coffee, tea, uht milk, biscotti biscuits. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Good working tv with multi channels. Plenty of clean white pristine towels, lovely smelling toiletries.
Room service very good you just need to request it if wanted and they do an excellent job!
Breakfast buffet style, full cooked, cereals, pastries, juices, smoothies, teas, coffees, everything fresh clean and staff always happy to help.
Lovely clean warm swimming pool and u don’t need to book time or slot. Plenty of towels poolside to use. Lovely gym both free to use.
Few miles from various theme parks. Harvester and Toby carvery. Bp garage, shop, tea room, river cruises all less that 1 mile away. Easy links to central London.
Staff on reception were very helpful particularly Abbey and Mathew. Nothing was too much trouble, very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel valued and welcome. You are both a credit to this hotel! Hope you liked the chocolates we left for you both x
If I had to be really really picky, would be nice to have menus for the restaurant in the room for room service but menus are available on their website.
Amazing hotel and we will definately be returning, thank you and see you soon x

Very corporate hotel, not at all as seems in pictures. Room was in a totally separate building not in the nice Manor House you see online, but in purpose build blocks. Not luxury at all.

The hotel grounds items were lovely and clean, bedrooms outdated and sofa beds are absolutely awful.
The issue we had was that when we arrived our room wasn’t available at check in (3pm) - we didn’t actually get access to our room until 4pm as it wasn’t ready until then.
On the morning of check out (11am) we went down for breakfast, when we returned to our rooms at 0830am the cleaner was already in there cleaning our rooms and stripping the beds of the sheets despite us not having yet checked out.
When this was raised with reception staff, they didn’t seem overly concerned and asked if we have removed our bags from the room. I informed them we had but is beside the point - we were planning on using the room to freshen up after breakfast. Really wasn’t impressed.
The food was good quality, although over priced for the variety and wouldn’t be likely to stay here again.

Hotel looks lovely and grounds are gorgeous. But it’s very much self-service in every aspect. Bedrooms and especially bathrooms are very basic.
Food was great though we had the breakfast and dinner buffets both had a great selection

I took my wife to celebrate our Silver Anniversary and the staff really looked after us - I mentioned it was for an anniversary and during the dinner we booked, we were given a hand written card and the dessert was decorated with an anniversary message. Hotel is big, spacious and relaxing. We had a Deluxe Double room in the White House which was very nice. My only suggestion for improvement is that the outside Tennis Court really needs to be re-surfaced. We had a game and got some very strange bounces. I think it's well overdue for a bit of attention. That apart, it was great, so thank you Beaumont!

Great hotel.
Pool bigger than pictures.
Only issue was event which nobody was aware of that meant buffet dinner was not on, had to order in take away as 1705 restaurant food expensive and limited menu.

Nice hotel, lots of families around and a good pool for the kids to mess about in with lots of floaties. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Our room was a bit on the warm side and only a desk fan to cool us down but was the hottest week of the year...

Need a car, but the area is pretty specially if you’re visiting Windsor.

One night stay prior to attending a wedding.
Room was so , so hot and no Aircon......just a small fan on the desk. Huge hotel, probably aimed at conferences. Our room was really quite tired and the windows were literally falling apart. Very little ventilation which really didn't help with the temperature of the room. Okay for one night.....at a push. Wouldn't stay again.....but the grounds are lovely.

Amazing venue and beautiful surroundings. Bar was great, and resteraunt food was very good. However service left a little to be desired, had to chase up multiple times to order a drink.
Also room had no air con and a very loud, half broken fan.

Great stay,I would recommend! Pool was lovely, but bear in mind this is a massive hotel so the pool was a 10 min walk from our room. Also there is no room service and no AC. But as we only stayed for one night we were happy with everything.

The room was very small and so hot the fan supplied was totally inadequate so had a very uncomfortable night sleep. For an expensive night not great. Breakfast was poor as the hotel was so overcrowded I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Very poor service!!

The pictures on line do not accurately represent the modern soulless rooms that most people are given. The bed was terrible.
