Good stay. Convenient location. Spacious room, a bit outdated. Good service at Raices restaurant. Internet very poor, mainly in the bedroom. Just worked in the "family" room. Staff was nice.

The Staff we very professional and friendly and dynamic. We Enjoyed our stay. The location is very central, in one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods of Mexico City. The neighborhood is very walkable with everything you need within Walking Distance- Coffee Shops, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Restaurants, Malls, Money Exchanges etc..etc

The room was very big, spacious and clean. The beds however was too firm/ hard for our liking and the air conditioning in the room did not work very well. The restaurant staff were anlittle slow, but despite these littlenissues, the staff esp. at front desk, were very helpful arranging our uber rides and responding to our queries. The housekeeping ladies were also very good.

Large, clean room with spare bedroom and basic kitchen facilities. Safe area although terrible traffic. Friendly staff, good cleaning. Reliable WiFi. Didn’t eat there. Would recommend but shower area needs handrails for larger/older guests and looks a bit faded, but only slightly. VFM.

We stay here because it's close to family and offers reasonable rates for long term stays. Apartment-sized rooms with kitchenettes. The facilities could be better maintained. The lighting in the rooms is awful. Breakfast is average.

It's a very spacious place to stay with family. 2 rooms are very convenient and the family room is spacious too. Their weakness is the food and service at the restaurant. It's better to use uber eats and make yourself than use their service. On the other hand place is very clean and the location is very good and walkable.

We stayed for weeks. The floor we were on was always very noisy at all hours of the day. The hotel says they have certain area for guests with pets, but the hotel was so noisy, my dog was always disturbed from his sleep or rest.

This was a lovely property. However, Expedia misrepresented its location which is the only reason we booked it. We needed a location close to where we would be working. Expedia said this property was a little over a mile away, easily walkable for us. However, in fact it was much further and not walkable at all to where we needed to be.

Spacious rooms, ideal for families, very clean, very convenient location. Service at the restaurant is defficient except from a nice lady. Food is ok. A more variety of bread in the breakfast would make the difference. Property needs to be remodeled. Rooms are outdated and bathrooms are not modern anymore. It was a good stay though.

The front desk staff was not very helpful and were always on their cell phone. We came back to the hotel early one evening because I injured myself while we were out and cut my knee and went to the front desk to ask for them to call a local pharmacy to get a consult and prescription for my wound but there was no phone service according to the front desk and they would not call on their local cell phone to get us information. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The staff at reception desk are very helpful, the place is neat. Enough parking space for the guests. The only inconvenience is that taxis and Ubers sometimes find it hard to find the address, because it’s a quiet street

They have no idea what is going on. The reatauratnt is sepertate from room service, bathtub is clogged and has no plug, just rust. The massage therapy they say they have they do not. There is one massage therapist whowas good but she had to walk me to the lobby to pay. Plus my reservations were always changing. Said breakfast invluded but wnen i asked they said they have no idea go ask the restaurant. People were not friendly or helpful terrrble stay. This is not a hotel with a spa its some sort of military compound. This is not a wellness center. None of the services advertised on the website were available. Very poor guest services. It should not be on expedia

The location is nice, the Condition was fair, view was great. I didn't like not having WiFi for 2 days until I realized it was not working I got charged on my phone for $107 US dollars, but after I complained, the problem was solved.
