Enjoyed my stay at Element on Coolum! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Easy check-in and check-out process - staff is friendly. The location is across the street from Coolum Beach with plenty of options to eat, shop, etc. The grocery store, Cole’s, is right around the corner. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances you’d likely need. Washer and Dryer is available in the unit (although the they are quite loud). The property felt safe with gated parking and secure entry - accessed by key fob. Beautiful landscaping as well. After traveling for some time this was the most I felt like home, and I loved it! I’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything about the property was excellent. The staff, the amenities, the apartment was well appointed. Comfortable beds Great pool. Great location. Close to shops and places to eat. Close to the beach. Everything close. The apartment was very clean. Gardens well maintained. Would happily stay at Element again.

The apartment was well set out and had most things that we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms etc. We did have a few ants in the apartment crawling up the walls and kitchen bench. Thtvwas our only issue though so quite a small thkng. I would stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Element on Coolum. The manager Susannah was lovely and made us feel very welcome with an informative and relaxed check in. The grounds of the complex are so well kept with a beautiful tropical feel and the heated pool was a bonus during this cooler month. Our boys loved floating on the pool beanbags. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and immaculately clean. The coastal styling was very tasteful and the kitchen was well equipped with anything you may need during your stay. We cannot wait to come back and stay again!

We have stayed at Elements many times for work and holidays. Lizzie is wonderful at Reception and any issues are always addressed. Always very clean in the rooms and outside. The pool and surrounds are immaculate. Always feel at home here and we walk to everything. No need for the car . Wonderful for families and safe.

Our two bedroom apartment was very roomy, clean and well equipped. The management checked to see what bedding configuration we required and arranged a parking space for my daughter. Excellent, friendly service. Very central location but limited ocean view.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was massive! Loved the light up TV! One thing I was disappointed is that we didn't have beach view and this property doesn't have hot spa especially on a cloudy day! Good location to everything.

Nice place. Check in didn’t go well as I was told I was meant to receive a text message which I never got. I was told Expedia gave the wrong details & the first person I spoke to was rude & made me worry they didn’t have my booking. The second person was lovely & helped me out.

Brilliant venue and highly recommended. It’s at the centre of everything. Parking was secure and easy... the staff were amazing!! The apartment far out weighed our expectations - great facilities and very comfortable- thank you We will be back !!

I have stayed at Elements on Coolum many times previously. This time the 3BR Apartment we were in was in need of an upgrade. Rips in chairs, TV needs upgrading (plus also a TV in the main Bedrooms would be a bonus). Everything in this Apartment just felt cheap! I have not had that feeling from other apartments so overall was disappointing. Hopefully the new Management will start to put better amenities in the Apartments overall. I have also noted that many apartments here now have owner-occupiers.

Spacious well equiped apartment - only minor grumble was the usual bug bear of blunt ‘sharp’ knives, wonky tin opener etc. Apartments are well located for beach and local shops, supermarket drestaurants etc, well maintained pool area and a nice touch is they have some discounts with a couple of the businesses under the apartments. The downside of the location is the apartments face onto the main road through column and there are lots of ‘vroom Vroom’ cars/bikes etc in Qld! We had a sea view which meant we were on the front and the view definitely wasn’t wow enough to counter the noise of the traffic which disturbed sleep for a couple of us. Don’t think it helped that we were right by the roundabout with McDonalds. There were a couple of things that felt a ‘bit mean’ given the costs/marketing (ie luxury) of the property - such as severely restrcited daily Wifi allowance with v hefty fee for daily top up and $4 for a beach towel. So overall this felt somwhere between a 3 and a 4 star stay.

Handy location, good security and the one bedroom unit was very large for 2 people. As we had friends also staying in the complex we ate out for all meals and didnt use the kitchen or laundry facilities.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped and well suited to a long stay than a hotel room. Located in together the center of Coolum Beach everything you could need is within a short walk. There are two great places for breakfast and dinner in the same complex.

We had a great 2 night stay. Really enjoyed the large swimming pool. Beach just across the road. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Surf club just across the road also Coolum Beach Tavern. Will definitely be back.
