This is a stylish Beach and styled 80’s home, renovated inside to become that beachy getaway with no roads to cross to get to the pristine beach which is dog friendly – one of the most spectacular beaches in the world - right here in the middle of the Sunshine Coast. The house is both pet and family friendly with fully fenced gardens and can sleep up to 12 people!
This house has a huge airconditioned bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor, which contains a KS bed, and one single. There is a/c in 3 Main bedrooms upstairs for your comfort throughout the summer and winter. Recent additions to the property include a luxurious new leather lounge, and new blinds throughout to keep out the sun.

5 bedrooms (4 airconditioned) = 2 King, 3 Queen size beds, 1 single ensemble with 1 trundle which raises to the same height as the adjoining if required, luxury linen 1000 thread count sheets and bath sheet size towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
There is a huge living area, kitchen seats 6 around the island bench, separate dining seats 8, and an outdoor table in the pool areas seats 8 very comfortably. Plenty of room to enjoy each others company, or to enjoy your private space - the choice is yours.
The home is set out wonderfully so you can push open the sliding doors and let the feel of the Balinese inspired pool flow indoors.
We have two bathrooms with marble from ceiling to floor - one bathroom has an open shower and the other has an amazing stone bath/overhead shower.
After lazing around at the beach or pool, enjoy a bbq or cook a banquet in our kitchen designed for a chef, featuring a fantastic new SMEG oven. Enjoy the convenience of a 12 place Dishwasher and large washing machine too!
Netflix to keep the kids entertained at night.

This is our yearly holiday on the sunshine coast and each time we stay at this property as its not only one of the few thst can accomidate our group but also for how warm amd welcoming the owners are. This is a fantastic house. A very short walk to the beach. Always very clean and tidy house. Thamk you again

Communication with the host was amazing. They went above and beyond to always reply quickly and make themselves available if you have any concerns or questions. Even offering advice as to good local restaurants.
Check in and check out was so easy and they were happy to accomodate a late check out for us.
The house is beautiful and clean with everything you could possibly need. There is an amazing island bench with stools we loved sitting around chatting whilst cooking. There is a seperate fridge for drinks so you dont have to cram all the food and drinks in one.
The lounge was super comfy and enough room for eveyone to sit whilst watching a movie. The table sits 8 which was a great size for us when we were playing cards.
Fantastic location and ease of access to beach shops restaurants and everything you could need.
Would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

The house was large enough for our Family group. On arrival a blind in main bedroom was broken and had not been reported. Owner came immediately and secured the sight for us. He was very helpful. Cleaning under beds leaves a bit to be desired. A CLOTHES DRYER is a must at a holiday house especially in our Summer seasons with storms and rains. It was a nightmare trying to get our Beach Towels dry between showers and swimming. An air-conditioner in the 4th upstairs bedroom would be an extra bonus too as it was disgustingly hot for that couple in there. The Pool and Spa were amazing and very clean. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time in both of these - Thank You. Our family certainly enjoyed the house but a Dryer and another A/C would have made our stay so much more comfortable. The owner is very approachable and easy to talk to. Thank You.

The house was great, and Lindsay was open to communication. There was plenty of bench space in the Kitchen and a great sunken lounge room. The beach was only a short walk away. Parking was tight at the front, but we were able to have four cars parked inside overnight.

Umbrella’s need updating. Needs more hanging space for towels in bathrooms. One ladder not enough in each bathroom, maybe two. Otherwise we had a great time. Lindsay was a great communicator.

I stayed here with my friends, a group of 12, and had an awesome time. Lindsay was extremely easy to communicate with and we had an amazing time. The property was clean, had plenty of space, and all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome holiday house for a week! Heaps of room…nice pool and spa. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need in it and so close to the beach and shops …the owners were great with communication and all in all we loved our stay, would definitely hire this place again. The house itself was pretty big, with lots of room for a large group/family to fit in. The pool was a big hit with my daughter and alot of time was spent by the poolside. The beds were comfortable and the downstairs was large and open. We just had to be a but careful of when entering and leaving the house by car due to itn situated on a sharp corner, but overall a good holiday house.

We wanted a large beach house so the extended family could stay together. There was plenty of space and beds, and this was moments away from a quiet sandy beach. The big open plan kitchen was nice for cooking with the family with plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses, utensils and a big oven (but strangely no oven pot holders or oven gloves). The pool and hot tub meant everyone could have a relax despite the cold weather. Lots of space to sit inside on big leather lounges - we liked to watch tv together in the evenings as the two tvs are located one in the lounge and one in the downstairs bedroom. We had a really lovely week here.

Beautiful house in a perfect location. House was very well equipped to meet all our needs, easily accessible or local towns and a very short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this to anyone, we were a group of families catching up with some young children and this suited all of us

Spacious is an understatement! Lots of comfortable spaces in this home - from the kitchen lounge and entertaining spaces to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Just loved it all!

We did enjoy our stay at the property, location wise it was perfect. The house was average, downstairs had a really nice bathroom with a big bathtub and shower. The beds were comfortable and all bedrooms except 1 had air conditioners. The kitchen was well equipped with bowls, pans, plates, cutlery, serving trays etc.. The BBQ was used a lot during our stay. We loved the pool and hot tub, they were used at least twice a day. The Host Lindsay was very responsive and lovely. However I was a little disappointed that it didn't offer other little things that travelers usually enjoy whilst staying at a place like coffee, sugar, toilet spray, more than an 1 extra roll of toilet paper, a few more garbage bags for longer stays etc. I feel if little things like that were added it would make the stay a little more enjoyable especially for the price, just feedback. Not at all negative. All in all we were happy with our stay and memories that were made there, definitely no regrets :)

Over all we enjoyed our stay, the owner was very accommodating, communicative and friendly.
The entertainment area was great well set out, perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable couches. Lots of great DVDs to watch. Netflix accessible on both tvs. Lots of general household items that made the stay much easier. Huge stove and oven, which was great.
Outside had a huge table and seating, we spent most of our time outside by the pool. Plenty of shade throughout the day and very private.

Maybe throw away all the broken things like dead water features, broken sun umbrella and bbq needs to go.
For the price I would have expected better in this regard.
This property is on a very busy main road and traffic was audible day and night.

It was wonderful to find a holiday house where I could bring my pups. So much room for us all, and close to everything...so lots of doggies walks!
The house was spacious and well equipped. It rained most of our stay so we didn't use the pool, but it looked very inviting! We had a very relaxing time. Looking forward to my next visit.

Was an amazing house with a great pool and spa, the location was right on the beach and was easy to access. The host Lindsay was an awesome bloke got along really well with him and treated us like adults. Overall 10/10 rating
