The room was a good size, everything worked and was comfortable. The hotel looks like it has been refurbished a few years ago and although the layout of having the rooms around a central concrete atrium is a little strange, we enjoyed the stay and would go back. The breakfast was extremely good.

Breakfast
We enjoyed staying at the hotel, it was good for us as a couple but I think for families it is even better. I would say again.
Less positive:
The staff in reception was always very kind, but they did give of wrong information several times. For example regarding taxi, no welcome drink was offered.
2.5
Fantastic spacious room, breakfast and service. Walking distance to Portocolom center, restaurants and shops. 5 minutes walk to port.
Would absolutely recommend.

I was so disappointed when we arrived we got put in the annex down the end of the pool not in the main hotel , which only had enough hot water for one person to have a shower , we mentioned this at reception and they just said oh yes they have small boilers :/The beds were rock hard and had no air con in the bedroomThe food was average The maid always came at half 6 ish at night when we were trying to get ready for tea so our room didn’t get cleaned for our whole stayThe only good thing was the location and the poolWe have stayed in portocolom a lot of times and even in the sister hotel js cape colon which is a brilliant hotel but it’s adults only so when we brought the kids we picked this one because it is the sister hotel but it is not the same at all

Loads of space for the two of us, comfy beds and room cleaned every day with sheets changed twice in 10 days and towels as often as you liked. Minimal drawer space but plenty of hanging room. Balcony can be accessed via the bedroom or living area. No kitchenette but full size fridge which was all we needed. Reception staff were great, very friendly and helpful, especially Paula who helped us sort out bike hire. Only used the pool once as we went exploring a lot, it was very busy but seemed clean and well kept. Cant comment on the food as we were room only. We loved the area, it was really quiet, and the people were a mixture of nationalities and ages. The harbour is pretty, main beach about 15 min walk away. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was in a quieter resort but the reception staff could not do enough for you they were extremely helpful on several occasions during our holiday. The two rooms we had were two bed apartments. Very clean maid service every other day . Late room check out , we had to check in the day but we were lucky and could keep ours until six. The breakfast was a wide choice and very good food. It would appear a lot of people did all inclusive but we just did B and B . Would not hesitate to go back or recommend

Fabulous! We have just returned from a family holiday, 7 of us in 2 apartments. The reception staff were very friendly and managed to put our rooms next to each other upon request and all staff continued to be helpful and cheerful throughout the week. Our rooms were at the side of the hotel but we still had a lovely sea view from the well sized balcony. We were self catering so I cant comment on the food but the hotel is in a great location for fantastic restaurants and bars either close by or a short walk along the stunning port coast. The gorgeous Cala Marsal beach is just a 10 minute walk with more shops and restaurants along the way. The beach is a must, clear safe waters, white sands so picturesque and clearly popular with the locals which I always regard a good sign. You can hire 2 sun beds with an umbrella for 12 euros and its well worth it. We also spent a few days by the pool, which is clean and a good size with plenty of sunbeds, even when many people still feel the need to reserve them with abandoned towels for half the day! The kids loved jumping off the central island which is the deepest part of the pool with safe shallow ends at both sides. The hotel is a little dated, but its well classed as a 3*, clean and well proportioned. I would definitely stay there again for an affordable holiday within a beautiful unspoilt resort.

Good quality clean 3* accommodation. Walking distance to town - a lovely place with character and plenty of eating out options. Also easy walk to great sheltered beach. Nice large pool. We self catered but can see the all inclusive deal was taken up by most guests. Our pref was to eat out.

Breakfast could have been better a bit cold at times. The mattress was very hard on the bed and the television hasnt got many English channels and not much to watch if the weather is not good and you are stuck in the hotel. Overall facilities not too bad.

We enjoyed our stay but on a few occasions when we wanted to ask a question or check out we stood around for a long time waiting to be seen to. Other staff were pottering about but didnt pitch in and help out with reception when there were a lot of people waiting. Surrounding area is quiet but pleasant. Overall a good stay.

In a quiet area, but good restaurants a few short blocks away around the waterfront area.
