The Carpet was wet, the water in the shower didn’t drain, there was a broken lightbulb in the light my daughter could have got cut on, air didn’t work and we went here only because we had no power… and the housekeeper kept banging on our door way before the checkout time and waking us up. Do not stay here.

Neighbor kept us up, could hear his talking through the walls until the wee morning hours Bathroom door abdominal in its lack of paint and disrepair. Grateful for freezer in refrigerator to keep ice cold for insulin travel in a plane the next day. No spoons st breakfast . “Out of them” really ?!

Room is dirty

Nice room, didn't hear any noises outside the room unless they were in the hallway. Ok breakfast variety.

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend, and we had to plunge our toilet ourselves, no one was on call maintenance staff was off the weekend and the Manager had such a nasty disposition. We will not stay at this hotel again,

We were there for a surgery for my daughter and everything was amazing

This property is in dire need of proper management. The room we stayed in was dirty. Curtains were heavily stained, mold on the bathroom shower walls, bathroom door had more missing paint than painted surface, the door clearly had a pry bar used on it at one point, pool doors unlocked and clearly people had friends coming I from the street to use the facilities, asked on 3 separate occasions for room service to clean (stayed 8 nights) but only got a bare minimum clean (no vacuum, no toiletries) and the front counter rarely had anyone at the desk. A complete waste of money.

Don't get a room on the first floor. Room was damp and humid. Had gnats and ants. Housekeeping was terrible even after requesting service. My sister's room on 3rd floor was fine.

You could smell the cleaning products used upon entry to the establishment. The interior of the lobby was very low class and wood paneling around the walls looked gnawed in places. The hallways looked nice. The room was average. The tub was leaking, and missing some partfrom the side wall. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was torn away, and the ironing board was missing from the room.

Room carpet was gross and lights and phone did not work, getting run down. But staff was fabulous. breakfast was also very good.

I had a res. at this hotel for 3 nits. Upon check-in they started off by giving me a different room than what I had booked. I booked a dbl room as I was traveling w/ my 17 yr old son, but they gave me a sgl king room. When I brought this to their attn they acted like I should just take the king rm because it was an “upgrade.” I told them I didn’t want to share a bed with my teenage son unless it was a last resort option, (I’m his 40 year old Mother BTW). So after some discussion of them wanting to put a roll-a-way bed in the single rm to accommodate us, I asked them if they had any double rms available…and they said YES…I said well give me a double rm that will solve the entire problem! Shockingly, they never thought of this! When I get to the room it was a disaster! The curtains wouldn’t cover the windows entirely because of missing panels and huge holes in the curtains themselves, the TV did NOT work, the phone did NOT work, the bathroom was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since 1985 and the room overall was just dirty, unkempt and outdated compared to the hotels in the area (which I have stayed at with NO trouble). I went to the front desk and told them about my issues with the room and before I could finish speaking, the hotel manager said “we are going through renovations so there are some things such as the phone that don’t work…we don’t offer refunds.” I asked if she could FIX the issues. She repeated the renovations excuse!! We checked out with NO refund!

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Mold and stains everywhere in the room. Paint on the door was peeling off. They wouldn’t give a refund even though we reported everything immediately. Was not interested in another room. We were traveling with our 3 month old and if they were okay with giving us a room like that, I wasn’t interested in a new room. The manager doesn’t care, which is fine because in the state of Michigan they take mold complaints seriously, so this is being reported to the health department. Also, contacted the GM of the hotel.

Pool was small. Room had a musky smell. Mold in bathroom. But overall it was ok.

Rooms were dated and worn, hair dryer was broken. Required desk personnel to open up adjacent room for another hair dryer. GFCI tripped on adjacent room indicated maybe an electrical issue?

Beds were comfortable but the property , lobby was very dirty ,

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Water on the hall floor from swimming pool for hours.

Bathroom was dirty and smelled of mildew. Room was not cleaned at all in 3 days. Noisy.

First room was filthy desk clerk gave me a new room which was much better but overall condition of the hotel was very dirty hallways, elevator, property dirty and staff very unfriendly.

Front desk personnel were not helpful with our issues at all. Sent us to wrong room twice. Sink in bathroom all clogged up. Maintenance tech did not come u til next day and didn’t even knock before coming in the room

Clean and spacious room!

No one was at the front desk when I arrived, had to phone three times. Room was in poor repair, felt not very clean. Breakfast was decent but unvarying.

The hotel was fine for the night we stayed but, it was not very clean. The tub was filthy so we didn’t even use the shower. There were outlet covers ripped off the wall and wires hanging. It was in a decent, safe area and close to where our destination was so that was a plus.

At check-in, they gave me a double bed which I asked for a king. Gave us a different room that was already occupied went to front desk for a third time to get the key sink in the bathroom was very clogged. We asked to have it cleared did not come that day tried to come in our room the next morning without knocking, luckily we were dressed and getting ready to go or we would have had a horrible surprise from the maintenance guy people at front desk people at front desk had their children there and doing nothing but hanging out

Had an really nice time all the days we stayed there. THEY could step up the breakfast a lil bit more. THE BEDS WERE VERY NICE

Rooms need repairs from broken windows, leaks, etc. breakfast was below par for hotels at this price range.

We stayed in a handicap room on the second floor (though we didn’t request it) there was empty shampoo bottle in the walk in shower, where the water got all over the floor no matter how careful we were. The removable shower head didn’t stay up, the grout in the tile was coming out and the paint on the door was peeling. The doors stuck and the smell in the room was horrible. Did not feel clean at all. The customer service was horrible, I was argued with by the night staff and the manager in the morning. They were unaccommodating and rude. Their one washer and dryer didn’t work well at all and cost $3 a load. The dryer never did dry my clothes and the manager didn’t care. We will never stay at this hotel again. I do not recommend it at all.

The place is a dump. Poor facilities, poor service.
