Great central location in Bristol. Good welcome on arrival.
all very clean and comfortable, although I received a twin room when i expected a double.
Breakfast was good, but the staff seemed a bit harassed.

Great location. View to die for. Clean room. Mattress dipped into the middle a bit so not that comfortable and pillows have those foam cubes in so again a bit lumpy, but the room size good, bathroom very good and a good shower.

Love it

The room was lovely, the bathroom excellent and everything clean and in good condition.
The check in staff were efficient .
We were not warned that the front of the hotel was a bus lane when we booked the car park or instructed to go to the rear of the hotel to find it. Consequently we now have a fine for driving in a bus lane. The hotel needs to warn visitors about this. We will not visit Bristol again.
We are looking forward to breakfast and our stay in the radisson in Cardiff tonight.

New staff gave us a free upgrade also assisted us with getting the additional romantic package for our honeymoon

Stayed here for bed & breakfast June. So enjoyed it we booked 3 nights this week. What a disappointment ☹️ The place looked like it had been robbed. Robbed of the fridge that was so useful in our room; the smiley welcome and the breakfast? How a hotel can go from one of the best breakfasts to one of the very worst baffles me. Still a fairly expensive option. We visited the breakfast 3 times at different times. The disappointment was quite even. No staff at hand. Blocks of marg, not butter. Plates, cold. Scrambled eggs, cold and congealed. Fried eggs -nowhere to be seen. Bacon welded together, cold and looked like it had been cooked the day before. Mushrooms and tomatoes, stone cold. Sausages; were very pale and cold. Hash browns ok. Fruit and continental options, looked sad and ham and cjeese curled. total choice of fruits = 2. Cornflakes stale, no bowls available. Coffee machine had three options crossed out and the bottle of milk had a day old crust on it. Im not going to go on, just to say this was not the same estblishment as i visited in June. Very sad.

I cannot fault this hotel, absolutely stunning view from a superior room with harbour view, staff were absolutely amazing and car parking very reasonable price at £18 if you book In Advance, 100 recommend this hotel. Will be back! Big thanks for making my engagement amazing in the room!

Hotel is in a great central location about a 15 min walk from the station and opposite the harbour, although on a busy road you can not hear a thing once inside, either in the first floor restaurant or bedrooms. Fantastic hotel would definitely stay again.

Hotel was in a really good location and staff were absolutely lovely. Bed was comfy and bathroom and room were immaculate.

We got a room on first floor. Whilst the room was big, it is located at another building which looked quite deserted. Though well lit and facing front, Bus stop is in front and can be noisy. On the evening we checkin in, the door couldn’t lock properly and 3 random guys walked in. Not surprising considering that u don’t need special code in lift to assess your room like newer hotels. I doubt it’s a mistake of room as this part of hotel only has rooms on the side of building. The carpet was frayed and a little stained but everything appears clean. Room is not smelly or musty. As the room is located on another building, I hv to walk past fees rooms to get to my room. Luckily the corridors are well lit though at times I felt a bit eerie. Just wondering why the rooms appears unoccupied in that part of floor and building. Overall location is fabulous and convenient.

Had a great stay with friends visiting from Ireland, room was spacious and comfortable. Only issue was the parking, had emailed hotel for directions to underground parking but didn’t receive reply. I ended up going down streets that were bus/ taxi routes only. So expecting a fine.

Was perfect close to town for food and drinks. But also only 19 min from the Airport as we were gpimg on Holiday the following day. Stadf were amazing rolms were large and spacious. Will definitely stay again.

I expected a little more from this brand. The room was 'fine' and had the basics, i.e., a bed, but the lack of USB sockets (as a single example) made me feel like it was well past a refresh.
Only two lifts for a building of that size made the wait longer than it should have been at peak times.
The car park was the reason I chose it. I only found out when I went to check in that you can reserve if you book directly. When booking via the hotel dot com site this option isn't presented - at least I didn't spot anything when making the res. As it turns out, they had space - so I got lucky.
The car park isn't amazing - very cramped - I would avoid it if you've had a big car.
The stay was fine, but when I look to stay in Bristol next time, I'll find another option.

Check in was slow. Concierge did not code the room key properly, meaning i had to come back down to get it recoded... only to get a lecture about keeping the room key away from my phone (which at no point was it near them). I travel all over the world with work, mistakes happen but own them and don't pass your BS onto your customers

Property is situated in the midst of all the attractions and bars and clubs. However, if parking in the property be aware of post code which is different to the propert address.
From reception to room service all staff were detached from their duties. For example, parking post code not given on two phone inquires, next day milk pods not given but randomly one bath rope appeared for two to share. Instead of bath towel, two hand towels were given. Flavours water had no glasses nor anyone informed that they can be had from the bar. A really messed up hotel, sorry.

Overall excellent stay, helpful staff, excellent amenities. Had a room with a wonderful view of the city with big windows. The downside is that there were no electrical outlets near the bed just on the opposite side of the room.
Also clear wear and tear visible in the room such as chipped paint on walls and furniture and a worn down carpet, however all this is cosmetic and all other aspects of the room were excellent.

Hotel was easy to find and in a great location for our stay, opposite the Hippodrome made it perfect.
We had a little wait whilst the staff found us room, we had requested a twin but they were unable to provide one not that it was a problem for us.
Room was clean and tidy with a good view of the harbour and hippodrome.
Unfortunately the hair dryer in the room did not work and we couldnt get the air conditioning to work.
Breakfast was ok.

Hotel was clean, staff were all very friendly. Had some noisy neighbours and could heat music from below (we were on thr 9th floor) but would happily stay again

They cancelled my room without even bothering to give me a call. Arrived at 12:30am and turned me away. Shocking service . They couldn’t even check it they had any spare rooms.

The carpark is tiny and not fit for purpose, the bedroom was so outdated it was like an 80’s B and B.
I will never stay there again, however the staff were all excellent.
