I’ll start with the pros: excellent location, breakfast was good with some pastries and some meats, cheeses, yogurt and fruit. Pool was big and the bartenders and thé breakfast staff were great and very friendly. Hotel was clean and parking was free and easy right in front of the hotel Cons- beds were rock hard, pillows were very limp. Stayed three nights here and had horrible sleep. The air con was hardly working and it was very hot in the room, barely blowing out air. The fridge was also not working well and warm at best. We called down for an iron and never got one. The room lacked a coffee maker or tea kettle and it was supposed to come with robes and slippers. The room was minimal and bare. To top everything the front desk staff was miserable and rude. Didn’t seem to want to help or say hello or goodbye upon entering or even smile. Did not make our stay enjoyable. Probably would look elsewhere to stay next Time

Very convenient location close to historical Centro. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Great reception staff. Big very clean room. Swimming pool fantastic to relax after exploring. Breakfast OK.

Lovely hotel with outstanding staff especially Francesco and Alessandro who spent time helping us change train tickets to Gallipoli, even driving us to station. Grazie mille to both and yes we made it to our destination! Would highly recommend this hotel and its only a few paces from the quaint old streets of Otranto.

Nice clean spacious rooms, nice pool area. Recommend room on the pool side to be away from the road and only third floor gets a view. Staff very good. Breakfast normal Italian fare.

Great hotel. Great location; 3 minutes walk from the historical city center of Otranto. But hotel is easy to reach, and they have a big car park. Big swimming pool, good place to relax. Very friendly staff, we gave us a lot of advise on what things to see in the region. Large breakfast buffet. Large clean hotel room. Only one small point of criticism, the sink drain was a little clogged. we told the reception and the would fix it. However they did not fix the problem.

Francesco at Reception was so helpful and friendly. The pool became operational during my stay which was great. Lovely and relaxing and hardly anyone used it. Short walk to town and sights. All the staff were lovely and friendly. Room was exceptionally clean.

Vittorio is close to town, Cathedrai (we walked to a wedding there), and beach. Staff were most obliging and courteous. We had frequent teas, coffees, beers brought to us outside when we requested and were surprised how low the charges were when we checked out. We only ate once in the evening in the hotel as we preferred to try out the town but the food was fine as was the breakfast selection. We often availed ourselves of the large outdoor pool as a change from the beach which itself was great for paddling and swimming. We would happily go there again.

Come the middle of September, summer is beginning to wind down but Otranto and the Hotel really didn't let us down with the added advantage of being that bit quieter and more relaxing.
