Nice property. It was the off season so it was very quiet. I imagine it’s very busy in summer. The checkin was also smooth and they contacted us in advance to confirm checkin details.

Pro:
Nice area and swimming pool.
Friendly staff
Cons:
- super dirty, no one cleaned before we arrived. Ants in the kitchen. They sprayed the ants and then we had to remind 4 days in a row to clean the mess.
- spiders and spider web everywhere
- they don't check equipment - electric kettle didn't turn off.
- not enough power sockets around the house to charge equipment
- no towels, you have to rent them! Ridiculous
- nice communication, very friendly - but you have to remind them 25 times if you need something
- the kitchen is old and awful
- the air conditioning is only in one room - and it was leaking
- on the pictures they don't show, that the bathrooms are inside the bedroom - very impractical
- very hot on the second floor, no conditioning - and they didn't offer fans, until we actually asked

Felt unsafe in this failed golf complex mainly occupied by non nationals on what appears to be a semi permanent basis. Accommodation needs refurbishment and no towels etc when we arrived. Overall grim. Car left in golf car park and offered shopping trolley to take baggage 300 metres. 😒😒😒
Fortunately car was ok in morning.

This is a lovely remote area surrounded by fields/horses but depending on whether this is what you want or not, you will need a car to get out and about. I found the wifi extremely frustrating as it only worked at the reception area and not in the accommodation, so we went through a lot of data! I tried to speak to reception they just said it's not normally a problem and that was it! The accommodation is spacious downstairs and the hot tub was a nice addition. There was no pool table (as per the pictures on hotels.com), so this was also misleading. In short I think this is possibly somewhere you would go to get away from everything including technology!!

We booked this place because of the option to also have a jacuzzi. Nice roomy 3 bedroom villa in good condition with two toilets, a bathroom and a separate shower room. Quiet area and secure compound. Onsite restaurant with another quieter pool (no children allowed) which was very close to us. Restaurant a little pricey though and not the best menu selection. However, it was convenient. Parking was not the best, was not secure, and for some would have been a very long walk to their villa. Luckily our walk was only just over 100 metres but still no fun when unpacking for a self-catering holiday! The jacuzzi went faulty on day 2 and tripped out the power. We came back after a meal out to total darkness, and their emergency after-hours phone number kept going to an answerphone message only given in very fast spoken French which was very unhelpful for non French speaking guests in need. It took 7 phonecalls and two messages over the space of more than an hour to finally get to speak to someone who spoke no English but managed to explain the issue, and they attended within 5 minutes to turn the power back on from a power box on the opposite side of the path. They advised someone would come the following day to look at the problem and jacuzzi. Next day we assumed when returning late that the problem would have been fixed, switched the jacuzzi on which tripped out power again. After 4 days chasing they finally said it was not fixable & we had to claim a part refund :-(

Nice Family Holiday at the countryside. Nice houses with good space for a big Family.

I'm not sure what the main picture is from, but it's not this "resort". The complex is right next to a golf course and some fields in a quiet town. It is essentially an extended stay motel complex. The apartment was fine, and had enough space. Includes a kitchen and parking. Staff was welcoming. Pool closed pretty early (5PM), so there wasn't much to do without driving.

A moderate-sized resort, with solidly constructed buildings and well-kept grounds. A friendly English-speaking reception (and lots of staff around). Wood panel fencing provides privacy between units. We went early in the season and even then, there was some noise (not unexpected for family holidays, but as people spend time on the porch area a couple having a row was quite noticeable for the rest of the block! The accommodation was well-appointed for self-catering though previous occupants had been a bit heavy-handed with some items (fridge door, a kitchen light). There are good facilities for golfers. There is a large family pool (very little shade during the day) plus a very good spa (my family want to go back!) with a second pool for over-16s (which could be a blessing during high season). Further afield, there are great sandy beaches nearby and interesting places to visit. Oh, and we received a voucher for a free bottle of local wine at the local Intermarche supermarket... very nice!

I acknowledge that it was the end of the season but this place felt really isolated and eerily quiet. We booked it thinking it would be a good place to spend the last three nights of our holiday, as the blurb highlights access to golf. The golf course here is a pitch and putt course and the residence is situated about 2 miles from Fabregues, out in the country. The accommodation is very basic and not even equivalent to a 3 star hotel. I suppose the Residence got the three stars because it has a swimming pool complex. The house we stayed in was a typical cabine de vacances, to be found in similar domaines all over France - cheaply built and with very basic amenities. The furniture was old and battered. The hot water tank made noise all night. Also, it seemed to us that some houses were long-stay lets, mostly young couples with children. A really depressing place to stay!

The pool was excellent and the on site restaurant was great. Good food and not too expensive. Just a few maintenance requirements around the residence. The jacuzzi was good fun and the golf holes were ok for my sons to have some fun on but not for a serious golfer.

The facility was nice but there was no toilet paper in the house. Also, the showers kept flooding if you had them in for more than 2 min at a time because the water didn't drain very well. The hours of the reservation office were very inconvenient being closed in the middle of the day, opening fairly late, and then also closing early. This made it very difficult to plan our trip because of when the trains arrived

We (5 people--2 adults, 3 kids) stayed in the 3 bedroom villa w/ 1.5 bathrooms (shower was upstairs and toilet was downstairs) and it was good. If you stay longer than 3 days, make sure you bring your towels b/c youll either have to buy from the store, or rent from the reception at 8 euros a set. The place was quiet, and not to far from the beach. for the most part it was about what we expected.

Nice n clean. We arrived late the keys to the room were in the safe with all instructions in English n French. Very helpful front desk. The hotel is far from the city nothing to do other than 6 hole pitch n patt course. Nice place to stay if you have own car. Very friendly to kids ( biking, walking, golf)

The hotel is actually a set of challets that try to make some more income by renting out rooms as if they were a hotel.
Strengths:
- If you like golf, there is a quite well kept golf field
- The area seems safe and the construction and appliances are new (ktchen and living room)
- The bathroom was very clean
Weaknesses:
- The mattresses were old, smelly and one of them was not even covered (bare foam)
- Sleeping was actually a huge challenge as there was a boiler installed on the mazzanine by the beds that would vibrate and make very loud noise all night long
- When we arrived, our beds were made (looked like it), but we found out later (just before the staff would have disappeared for the day) that there was no linen or towels for us. IF we had not noticed that in time, we would have had slept on bare mattresses and jump ourselves dry after the shower.

I called the complex the day before travel as there were strikes in Frnace so i wanted to see how easy getting a taxi would be. Who ever i spoke to said there is a tram stop outside the property, this certainly isn't the case. We had to get a taxi to get in to Montpellier which meant having to wait for aprox 30mins each day. The Villas were pleasant we stayed in an 8 person one which would be a little cramped if you were looking to fill it. The bar and restaurant wer not open for the time we were there, and the giold course which is cleverly worded as being compact is no more than a small pitch and putt course. Staff were friendly enough on reception but be warned it seemed to close for 3 hours each afternoon between 12.30 and 4pm.

The maisonette rooms are small and there is an extra charge made for sheets and towels, but even so it was good value at the discount price we paid and very clean. Big fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, hob and microwave with grill, but limited kitchen size. The hot water was very hot and children would need close supervision using it. The staff were very helpful and spoke good english. We went off-season 13/9/2010 and it was quiet with mostly French guests. There is no car access to the apartments but are good level paths and ramps, you take your luggage on a trolley. It is very secure with security gates to all public areas. The location is very handy for visiting the Montpellier area and the Carmargue, but a car would be essential.
