Checking in was smooth & pleasant. Room was clean but damp. Windows were sealed. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was in bad shape. Water pressure is weak.
Cleaning staff were very efficient.
Location is fantastic.
If this hotel gets some tweaking and upgrading it will be close to a 4.5* establishment.
We would be hard pressed to stay here if we returned to Antigua Guatemala.

Hotel is very well situated.
Nice fountains.
Room was very musty though and the mattress very hard. I didn’t have great sleeps because of the mattress but I’d stay again for the location and the pleasant patio where I’m sitting now.

The staff is amazing. The hotel itself is so cute! They have small tables outside where you can sit and enjoy your coffee or food. The staff is always there to help with any questions. My fiancé and I had a great time.

Everything was great its nice location. The only thing I felt it needed was some kind of night light when walking to thr rooms after dark. I had to use my cellphone light at times., but overall this place is great i would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got in after midnight from the airport and the young man at the front desk was so polite and nice. The landscaping was beautiful and I enjoyed the free coffee offered. The hotel is about a 3 in walk from the Arco de Santa Catalina.
My room was near the stairs that take you to the terrace and the young people that were using were so loud running up and down and screaming. So just be mindful.

Just an absolutely beautiful property. I was stunned by the flowers and birds singing all day. The mornings were the best with a view of the lake and volcanos. The staff was absolutely fantastic. We will be back one day :))

Great location, beautiful property but I wouldn’t say it felt super clean.

Beautiful hacienda style property, friendly staff, but the beds are extremely rigid. I woke up the next day with a sore body. There’s also a stray cat that will not stop meowing in the morning.

The Good: The location of the property is good. There was also plenty of hot water for the shower which is a challenge for many Guatemalan hotels. It is just a block away from Parque Central. The Bad: The room was very small and just big enough for the bed. The hotel did offer to let me see another room. When it comes to the bed, you can touch the mattress through the fitted sheet and feel the metal springs in the bed. This is what I was sleeping on for four nights. The mattress should have been replaced several years ago. Three of the four nights I was there, people were making noise in the courtyard after 11 pm that was echoing into all the rooms. The night staff did nothing to stop the noise.

Perfect location when visiting Antigua at an incredible price. We stayed here before and after out guided hike up Volcan Acatenango, and could be more pleased with our stay. We were super close to great resturants, shops, the most beautiful starbucks ive ever seen, the main plaza and so much more. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Perfect calm place to rest and relax after a long day.
