Check in was a bit of a cluster and the woman who checked us in was rude and not the most helpful, we had to ask someone else for help and directions on how to find our room. The room was spacious and the bathroom was wonderful, however having a pool view wasn’t the best, as the music from the pool was very loud.

Great music venue, good restaurants & fun casino

Our room wasn’t ready when we got there. An hour later, it still wasn’t ready. We took the option for a different room in another hotel on the property and were given $25 toward anything but alcohol. Our new room was very nice. We hung out by the adult pool for a bit. Then had a smoking and a non smoking casino. We saw The Doobie Brothers that evening. The concert venue is wonderful. Not too big and all seats are great. It’s only an hour and a half drive from Dallas. A great get-away! We will definitely go back.

Room was not ready at check in, which was after 4:00 pm. I'd had this reservation since January. Was told upon check in that the room still needed to be inspected by a supervisor and I'd receive a text, should only be a few minutes. An hour and a half later went to the desk and inquired about room status and was given the key, which means it had been ready for some time. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

My bestie and I stayed here for the Dwight Yoakum concert and it was perfect. Beautiful comfortable room, very clean, the venue was perfect for concerts, Guys fieri's restaurant had the BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD!! We only stayed one night . I could have stat forever.

When I made my reservation I put pay at property. At 7:45 the morning of the property ran my credit card (which had been compromised) and of course was declined. I had to get a new card. When I got to the property they had canceled my reservation and said that Expedia had canceled it. I called hotels.com they said they did not cancel that it showed to be standing reservation. After speaking to the property manager again he then admitted they canceled it. I said so you lied earlier not wanting to take responsibility. He said no just a misunderstanding. Too me a lie is a lie not a misunderstanding. They honored Thursday night and Friday night but wanted me to pay much more than original agreed upon amount for Saturday night. Turns out they had a concert Saturday night and wanted the full price. Will not ever stay at this hotel again simply because of dishonesty. If you choose pay at property that should be honored. I had even called two days prior to my stay cause I had a couple of questions and ask if I could go ahead and pay over the phone and they said no that I chose pay at the property so I had to wait until I got there. DISHONEST establishment.

Casino was well maintained and the music venue was great
