Nice looking place, variety of things to do, would be better during the summer if you have kids!

Room was great, loved the bathroom, Casino was huge with a lot of variety, we ended up staying here over Winstar because you have a kid friendly area with movies and arcade and it was near an event we were attending.

Bowling was extremely expensive and we were there on a week day! So we didn't do that. Food at the Guy Fieri restaurant was really not that good and we tried a variety of things and just shared them because it was already expensive. Pool area wasn't open :( and we came here for Spring Break. You would think a place this size would have an indoor/outdoor type area or at least a heated pool or hot tubs to utilize. Kids were bummed about that. We ended up driving to Dallas to eat and let the kids play at a few places for the other days we stayed at your hotel. I probably won't come stay here again I will either stay at Winstar or somewhere in Dallas.

Can’t wait to come back again !!!

Loved the room and the hotel. Kinda odd entrance being so far away from valet entrance. Everything was great , truly. Bed and shower were extremely nice. Television was nice size also.

I can say that I liked everything. There was nothing to not like at the hotel. The casino was great.

Disappointing to say the least

Not a lot, there only focus is you spending money on gambling

Housekeeping was quite poor, very little social spaces to meet people and grab a drink, signage when checking in is confusing on where to park, room service options are very limited compared to the price of the rooms

I had a good time but wouldn’t stay spring break or I assume when the pool is opened!

rooms nice and comfortable, liked the balcony, liked smoking/nonsmoking casino

garage parking and overall lack of signage. too many kids amnd pets although I guess people bring their “service dogs”

Superb

Loved the staff. Valet was excellent! Didn't need to leave the hotel since there is so much to do on site. Room was beautiful! We stayed in the sky tower and the view was so nice!

Its out if their control, but the hotel is right next to train tracks so it's multiple trains through out the night. Water pressure in the shower was not great.

The shower was nice and relaxing and the complimentary valet parking was convenient and helpful.

The TV kept going in and out making it hard to watch a show, there were supposed to be slippers and a robe in my room that were not, and the walls were stained. It was way too smoky, but it helped when we found the no smoking area. We ate at Gilley's, and the chicken fried steak was very, very tough with a lot of gristle and had no flavor, and the mashed potatoes were cold. The spa king room was definitely not worth the money.

So clean, staff were friendly, room was nice and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Safe to say I enjoyed my birthday!

Not worth the trip.

the property was excellent enjoyed the one night stay

the machines were very tight no one winning line were longer at the ATM than at the machine my view was that there were a lot of pissed off people. we were celebrating my wife’s Birthday on Sunday the 15. we will never stay there again. Windstar is now our preferred Casino of choice.

Disappointing

The room was decent. Staff were fine.

The buffet is disgusting and way to expensive. Staff had little spirit like zombies. Literally was nauseated 3 or 4 hours after eating. I would never eat there again even if it were free.

Very relaxing stay - would recommend to anyone!

Plenty to do, relaxing, the cinema seats were SO comfortable - we’re not big gamblers but really enjoyed our time there.

The tower our room was in was very hard to find - clear directions/signage would have been helpful.

The hotel was not specified in reservation. We were checked in at the tower and had to shuttle to the spa since our car was in tower valet. Then repeat process when leaving. Spa hotel only had one working elevator.
