Hôtel très bien situé. Bonne literie.
Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme.
Bon petit déjeuner.
La moquette dans les chambres insonorise bien mais mériterait d’être changé

The room was nice but tiny.
Very clean
comfortable bed
The staff was nice and helped with clear instructions for late check-in and luggage storage after check out
The location was great!
One morning I woke up early from loud construction noises and opened the curtains just to discover the construction man was right in front of me, working outside the window. Besides the unpleasant noise, at least a notice in advance could be nice when I came to relax.

Great location. Great staff. Lovely room. Everything you needed
It was all good and in comparison to other hotels pretty reasonable. The cost to stay in London since Covid has skyrocketed and it’s always a bit of a shock.

the room & the bathroom is tiny. like super tiny.

Very friendly staff in a an old townhouse in a great neighbourhood. Great coffee and breakfast.
The bathroom was a little tight, especially after running the marathon, but I saw that my room was the only one left with this size bathroom.

central and nice location and well insulated. nice breakfast.
even though I was aware that the rooms were tiny, I thought our bedroom was really cramped. Also the sink in the bathroom was minute and it was impossible to fill in the kettle or my water bottle as the space between the tap and the basin did not allow it.

Convenient location
Dirty carpets. No lifts (room on 4th floor) broken toilet in room. Thin curtains (not blackout, woke with the sunrise). Cold room. Very thin duvets.

The hotel location matched what I expected.
And also the breakfast was good and had plenty variety.
Overall the facilities were clean.
The Booking.com room description doesn't match the room I was give. And vice-versa.
In Booking.com there's no mention to some important room characteristics:
- the room is accessible going down a stairs from the entrance floor, it is in the basement;
- it has two windows facing a wall, looking up you can see a bit of light and the city (but for sure it isn't the City and Garden view in the Booking.com room description);
- which can't be opened, the windows are permanently closed for security reasons (hotel management explanations);
- the room door is next to the hotel's kitchen;
In essence I feel cheated, I would never have booked such a room for a four night London visit with my wife and two young sons.
If Booking.com and the property would have been open and transparent about the room I would simply choose another room or hotel altogether.
As it stands I can't be satisfied.
And no, Booking.com costumer service didn't help besides returning a meager 10% booking value.
The hotel management was also quick to point out that they had no other rooms available... which is odd, since I made the reservation in September. On the other hand they were very energetic on defending this room has one of their best. I do remember being told it had a "double window!". Facing a wall... what poor gaslighting capabilities.
Perhaps more effort into the actual room description would prevent future costumers from future disappointments.
But it could also mean less money...

Well located, easy to find. Decent breakfast for price. Welcome reasonable. Met my needs.
Bed wasn't at all comfortable.

The location is amazing, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet, in spite of the location.
The twin room was tiny (no space to even open our luggage). For a 5 nights stay it felt very cramped.

Wonderful location. We enjoyed walking to the very center.
The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
The hotel was clean and was fully equipped with all necessary amenities.
Cozy ambiance.
We liked the hotel.
The staff made us feel well and welcome. We felt like living in a private home.
The only thing I would like to emphasize is that our room was far too small. That did not meet our expectations at all. We are not talking about a small room, but an oddly reduced space. Again, the rest was great, thank you.

fantastic location close to Euston and other underground, also close to Soho and Chinatown also bud routes into shopping all on doorstep and ac t’escorta
worn carpets, tired and slightly damp.

Despite the room was extremely small, it was fully equipped and the bathroom newly renovated and perfectly functional. Coffee and tea available in the room. Also the staff was very kind and they lend me a plug adaptor for the whole stay
The room is a bit dark.
