The rooms are huge and everything is really nice. Absolutely love the balcony for my morning coffee. Only negative I have is the sheets were terrible. The fitted sheet had the little nubs of old cheap sheets which is my pet peeve and the bathroom towels were old and worn

Very friendly staff. Room was just what we needed and spotlessly clean. Room to spread out, washer and dryer in the room, very comfortable bed, and nice little screened in deck to have coffee! Centrally located.

The screened deck overlooking the water is amazingly peaceful.
The kitchen could be a little more stocked for those who want to cook, but there are so many choices to eat out in Apalachicola! A great place to stay!

Gerard was a pleasure at the front desk!!. Was a little apprehensive at first as it was not exactly in the center of town, but the place was old world gorgeous and super clean. So much space..mini condo with kitchen, washer, dryer etc and the view!!. All for under $200!!.

Wonderful overnight trip to Apalachicola.
Beautiful accommodations and delightful screened in porch. Swam in the sparkling clean pool. Will be back for a longer stay.

Where to begin? This hidden gem perfectly is tucked away on the most authentic street that illustrates the Apalachicola community. Located on a creek marina that feeds into the Apalachicola river, the scenery is priceless. Every unit on this property had a screened porch that gave you the view without the hassle of birds or yellow flies. The property itself was well-kept. The staff was exceptional, they went above the job to provide a great vacation for us! The rooms were more than rooms…they are large apartments. The old Florida style decor suits the theme of the hotel and their intention perfectly.

This property is absolutely wonderful! The rooms were perfect! There was so much space and amenities available for our stay. We traveled with my Boston terrier dog and it was very dog friendly. In fact, the whole town was very dog friendly. The inn was quaint and so peaceful. The workers were so nice and friendly- from the front desk to maintenance to the cleaning staff. We loved sitting on the back porch- which was screened in to deter the bugs. We watched the sun rise in the morning over the sound. The marina view was beautiful. I flew my drone over it and it was gorgeous! Wonderful restaurants and shopping were close by and there was a lot of local culture and history in the town. It was termed “sleepy fishing town” and we loved how it was close enough to the big beaches but off to itself so they you could enjoy serenity and relaxation. This property is a definite winner!

The property has a nice location, close enough to easily get to restaurants and attractions, but still kind of off in its own corner. Loved the size of the room, it was like your own apartment. Beautiful view on the balcony and very peaceful and relaxing. The only complaint is that the kitchen and bathrooms were a little worn and could have been cleaner. But, we would stay again.

Much nicer than we expected. Very large room, very clean and comfortable.

The place was huge! Booked a king room and walked into basically a huge one bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Very large balcony on the marina. Absolutely perfect. Will be back.

no dining options anywhere near the hotel. felt unsafe with the factories and bars around there.

Perfect room for a couple. Peaceful and quiet, with a lovely view of the river. Great for walking to and from the local restaurants.

We have been many times to Apalachicola but never stayed at this hotel before. I can't say enough about this place. Probably the best views in town. Quiet and picturesque along with all the amenities. The room (302) that we stayed in was perfect and spacious. We have found a new place to stay.

Nice Hotel at the end of an industrial stretch of the waterfront...They offer K-Cups for Breakfast...but nothing else. Seems out of character!

First stayed here in 2014 and have stayed a few times after, have always loved the location, the screened in porches with a view, the spacious rooms but in our last visit noticed how the condition of the units, hotel in general have gone down. Our unit was surface clean but in great need of a deep cleaning, it also needed some maintenance issues addressed. I hate seeing this hotel/condo slowly going downhill.

It was perfect, other than parking. There’s not enough spaces close to hotel. The sofa was very old and not too comfortable unless you used pillows for support. The screens on the porch are in need of repair. However, the office was kind enough to put us senior citizens on the 1st floor because the elevator wasn’t working! Very quiet and appreciated the Old Florida vibe. Close to everything! We had an amazing time!

Huge nice apartment like room, very well stocked. Make sure you get coffee from the front desk when you check in. Very peaceful screened in balconies. Right on the water, great view of nature

Our room was quiet and very comfortable. With summer coming the screens on the porch needed attention, it was a little buggy out there.

Water and it was wonderful with great views the gentleman behind the counter was kind and courteous and so helpful! I had it was trying to get home to help her parents when we got up we left the keys in her room but we unfortunate glasses they have an emergency number we called it twice they do not come to the emergency! If somebody’s not here 24 hours there’s think about this place twice

Had a great visit, wish we had been able to stay longer.

Clean rooms, pleasant staff and no giant parking lot to navigate. Great location and the separate little twin bedroom with its private bath was perfect for our family. Pet friendly rooms but could not tell a pet had been here. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Water Street Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Having the marsh just out the back window was amazing. And, walking distance to downtown Apalachiccola restaurants and shops was fantastic.

Great location, large apartment with balcony and wonderful views. Well supplied and furnished. Peaceful and refined. Maybe a little in need of some TLC.

Spacious and very functional suite. Needs smaller furniture for some of the small rooms.

We have stayed at this property 2 times now : they are blaming things still on Covid , but all the more reason to make it clean ????? Bathroom was not , outlets didn’t work , etc . Property is tired . That being said, there was washer/dryer in the room and was walkable to town .
1.5
Room in need of repair. Door closer hanging with screw sticking up when walking in room. Floors dirty. The view was great!
