Was a good stay. I wish there was a way to get drinks snacks. But clean and friendly.

Todd was very friendly. We were visiting for the NC State University open house. Upon checkout, Todd asked where we were visiting from and I replied Asheville. He showed genuine gratitude that we survived hurricane Helene and asked if there was anything we needed. He is a very delightful individual who truly cares about people. Not just because they are a guest at the hotel, but because it is part of his character. People like Todd are difficult to find these days and the qualities he possess cannot be taught in school or at work. Thank you for the uplifting words and kind smile, Todd.

Todd, in the breakfast area was very helpful, he kept the area clean, assisted in waffle making, and had a welcome smile. The overall 5 was for the breakfast choices.
A boiled egg would be so much better than the eggs you’ll serve. Few healthy choices.

Check-in was great with Elijah and Denise(I think her name was that) - very friendly - the property has water stains on the ceiling upon entry- The room cost over $200 and the quality isn’t up to standard - staff was friendly and the best thing about the property. Not a big fan of them wearing regular clothes since we couldn’t distinguish who was staff and guests. The room has moisture, it was cold but you felt wet so I am sure mold somewhere. The linens are subpar - furniture not high quality - lightening off- floor wasn’t vacuumed - but we did run a damp wash rag on the floor and to my surprise it wasn’t bad. Overall needs update - better quality for the price - it’s not a Marriott more like a best western -

Floor was not vacuumed, crumbs everywhere. Pool was closed, no water in it.

This is a decent and clean hotel. Perfect for a road trip stop. Not luxurious but also not crappy and cheap.
4.1
Everything was except the A/C was too loud.

Stayed for one night. Room was nice and spacious and clean. Also the property was very quiet. Definitely would stay here again!

The room was dirty. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. Also the floor in the bathroom felt slick and not clean.

It was a great room, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered was the best we’ve had at any Wyndham motel. Todd made sure all guests had what they needed in the breakfast area and even offered to help carry my heavy load to the car. I felt that was probably above and beyond his normal duties. The girl at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable. We did need to use the laundry facilities while there. Only one washer worked and the matching dryer sounded like it could explode. There was no change machine and the front desk had no change. It was necessary to walk down the street to the gas station to get coins in order to operate the machines.

When we arrived, the clerk greeted us nicely! However when we got to our room, the cable wasn’t working. No one told us. We had to ask the front desk and the young lady said it was the whole building and they’re working on it. Saturday when we got back to our room after leaving out most of the day, it wasn’t cleaned and then we found a dirty diaper under the bed! We knew it wasn’t ours because our kids are 6 and 13. Multiple times I have reached out to the manager via front desk and no response. I have even tried through email and no response. Ask much as I want to say I enjoyed the stay, I really can’t. And I couldn’t check out to check into another hotel because I was always told “the manager is gone for today!”

I really enjoyed my time here! Everywhere we wanted to go was a quick 10 minute drive from the hotel, close enough to downtown Raleigh and NC State. Rooms were clean and quiet, staff was friendly and breakfast was the perfect start you're Day! Todd was an absolute delight at breakfast and always had a smile and a welcoming way! I will be back!

The air conditioner was leaking water. Plus the air conditioner unit in the room had no controls working. The air that was blowing when it blew out air it was too cold. The breakfast food was great... I think the guy that prepared the food was named Ron.
4.1
Fine but they never replaced towels. Thought they’d at least do that if not hung back up.
4.1
The woman checking me in couldn’t speak English. The refrigerator in the Sundries room was standing wide open. No water bottles in the Sundries room. The breakfast was disappointing. Nothing was fresh. Counters were dirty. Coffee was out.
4.1
The front desk was very kind and helpful. Staff was cool. The room however had crumbs on the couch, no end table for one side of the bed, broken useless towel hook on back of door, A/C was loud and intermittent. It was just well below what I had expected based on others reviews. Maybe it was an anomaly, but the experience was not good. Lastly, no mention of how loud and frequent a train comes by. when it comes by, it feels like you are on the tracks and it's several times a day. Wish I could write a more favorable review. As a business owner, I hope they read the reviews and make some positive changes.

Glad we had bacon in the morning ! LOL
Please get the pool fixwd asap. It's one of the main reasons I stay here when I'm in town

The chair in my room was filthy. It had so many stains and dirt build up. I looks like it should be replaced. Also, the pool was empty and the gym needed fresh towels and water replacement.

Had a terrific stay here. For one or two people the room is massive. Breakfast is 6:30AM-9:30AM and options are eggs, sausage, waffle station and an assortment of toast, small bagels and muffins. Todd works the breakfast station and he is absolutely fantastic. If you need anything he is the guy to go to. The pool was not available when I was there and looks like won't be available going forward. Parking is easy and very close to a Sheetz and McDonalds. Great stay and great price, would stay again for sure.

Bathrooms are dirty, when asked, manager said they are being renovated. So then why did you allow customers to stay in this room without a bathroom ?
TV does not have apps like Youtube etc. disappointed spending.
Breakfast options are really limited and poor quality. Seriously it did not look like a 3 star hotel. Rather I would say 1.5 star.

Floor not swept. Put me in a handicap room, did not need that service.

This was a last min. reservation. A blowout on our uhaul trailer, ment we couldn't set up my sons new apartment and a 3:30am. check-in. We are upgraded to a better room and given extra time to check out. Thank you so much for turning a 24-hour drive that was supposed to be 16 into a great experience. The room was clean. Yes, it could use some updating, but for the price 10/10. The furniture and carpet could be replaced and some new paint, and you could easily charge double.

Not a single regret staying here. I love everything about it.

Stay was great would recommend!

The hotel stay itself was decent for the price. However my car had a note left on it cursing at me stating it was from management. Management was rude and argumentive towards customer.
4.1
It seemed like our room had been under construction. Our carpet had what looked like wood chips all over it, the furniture was shoved in the corner, it just did not seem like it was ready for guests.

The gentleman at the check-in desk was very good. The big deal for me was the bed. It was extra, extra, extra firm. Since I had recently broken my back, I simply could not sleep on it. I tried calling the desk, but no one answered. After being up all night, I saw a room cleaner in the hallway and asked her if I could have an extra blanket and pillow, hoping to cushion things a little more. There's firm, and then there is hard as a board. When I returned to my room that evening, still no blanket or pillow. I called the desk again, and the woman who answered was very pleasant, apologized and offered to get me the bed linens, but said she was the only one on duty, so I would have to come down and get them.

This was our nicest stay in a long time. Love the Wolfpack decor in the lobby/lounge. Todd from breakfast service was so friendly, efficient and thoughtful ~ a true southern gentleman. Room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was great. Would love more/better towels but they were typical hotel towels. Pool was out of commission and looked like it will be for some time (call them to check if the pool is a deal breaker for you).
4.1
Very clean and conveniently located. No washcloths in room (but they gave me some at the front desk when asked) AND hotels should stop with the little square pillows that are NOT comfortable. Other than that, a great place to stay.
4.1
Hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast selection was ok. Front desk staff were polite and professional. My one concern was that a train comes through right behind the hotel at 5:00 am and again at 6:15 am with the horn blowing. It was close enough that it rattled the entire room and I was on the 4th floor. If you are looking to sleep in past 5:00 am during the week, this is probably not the best location for you.

Todd was great! Easy access to the highway

Staff was very welcoming.

I had a pretty good time at the hotel. But employee in specific (Todd) was such a great person! He was so helpful and he engaged me in a great conversation about the concert I went to the previous night.
4.1
The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool was out of service. But other than that it was a nice hotel.

Wingate was a very comfortable experience, Todd who works in the kitchen was super helpful and very kind. I’ve not seen a kitchen worker keep up with his work and converse with guests at their stay. Todd was helpful and a wonderful company. Hotels need more Todd’s.

I think the property was in a nice quiet place and the parking was excellent. I think the elevator was a little loud if you were close to the elevator and it went up and down
