Spacious room and comfortable beds. Loved that they were pet friendly and we were able to get a room on the first floor. Hot breakfast, good coffee and plenty of seating. Shower was not working properly and leaked. We had to call the front desk for a noise complaint after 10:30pm after asking a group to be quieter playing games/soccer right outside our room.

Room was just basic - not what might be expected from Hyatt Place. Blankets were missing and bathroom facilities were basic. Breakfast service was quite average.

Room was emmaculately clean, spacious enough for a couple. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is so close to everything, walkable to restaurants, cafe and the mall. Highly recommends.

Great rate doesn’t always make up for distance. Our 15 mile drive to the airport turned out taking an hour to arrive. Bed was comfy, breakfast was good, and there were restaurants and a gas station next door. That was all we needed for an overnight stay.

It was an amazing experience due to the African American lady that works the front desk during the day (unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she remembered mine!). She was kind and helpful during our stay. Always offered us bottled water when we passed by. Breakfast was also delightful.

What a pleasant surprise to see Hyatt has a pool again. Despite the Hyatt chain (and Boston/Braintree Hyatt) being a favorite, for years I've been regularly paying more and getting less at competitors with pools for my granddaughter. Now we can both be happy.

Everything was very good except minor issues. Such as : sink stopper was mulfunctioning, light in the living area was not working and there was strange crackling sound coming from the wall behind the bed.

Continental breakfast was a bit lacking. There were a few staple items available. No variety. Help was very nice and quickly cleared as guests left. I found it interesting that the breakfast help made sure to give most guests a QR card as they removed an empty / dirty dish etc. to make sure to receive good ratings.

Road trip with family in Boston, the staffs are super helpful and services they provided were outstanding. The receptionists are always smile and the waiter named Tom served in breakfast is super star with extraordinary customer service. Very happy for the stay, the only thing I would recommend is the poor hour, I mean only open until 8pm is too early to close.

The room was great pool looked nice never used it. The front desk was helpful as we were planning on taking the train to boston commons and walk the freedom trail. Parked at quincy adams for parking wasn't to far from hotel. There was a helpful transit employee who got us figured out with a all day pass for about 11 dollars each and it worked on the ferry but they said they didn't take the charlie card and had to show a receipt to them. when leaving in the morning we did see a dead mouse on the sidewalk outside on our way to the car. Had 2 restaurants close by and a icecream shop that wasn't a far walk.

The hallway was very cold. During checkout because they were busy we had to put our key cards in a box which resulted in me being charged without authorization for pet cleaning services and I didn’t have a pet! I booked two rooms. My friend had the dog. At check-in the man took my card and my friend’s card for our individual rooms. And I got charge for her pet and that is not okay. Charging my card without my authorization is NOT okay. They refused to take the charge off and apply it to the my friends card. It was her card used to pay for both rooms when we booked this two weeks ago! I will never stay at this hotel again since we are going to charge guest cards without notifying them first. Should had stayed at the Marriott as planned. But I enjoyed the Hyatt in a Chicago that’s why chose Hyatt in Boston.
