Noisy at restaurant and in the hallway when we went to sleep…long wait for dinner.

Checked in and had no power to the room , which was an issue do to us getting ready to leave for an event but no power lights etc… told front desk but we had to leave and change clothes somwhere else

The hotel is located in the business district of Quincy, situated on top of a beautiful hill giving great views. Secluded enough to not be bothered by city or traffic noise but just a short ride to the highway and shopping/dinning options.
Two things that I disliked about the property was the parking situation and wifi. When we arrived at the hotel they had a wedding event going on which made Guests have to park in the hotels far lots making Guests have to walk a good distance. The second dislike was the need to pay for wifi if you wanted to use it. At the rate the hotel charges per night one would think WiFi would be included.

Bedding. Top covering too short. Air in room did not stay cooler as we set it. Seemed no sleep and ended up with lower back pain in morning. Also, breakfast buffet was $25? We recently returned from Europe and the Chek Rep. Huge buffet for half the price. Spoiled travelers I guess!

The hotel was in great distance of the airport! Which was the main purpose of this stay. Staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful.
When leaving (checking out) the hotel in order to leave/ get in you need a room card (hotel key) I tried calling the number on booking.com multiple times for someone to let me out and it kept going to a operator. It was a good 5-7 mins before the gate opened on its own.

The location was convenient. The pool was nice
Extra fee for parking in an open/ unprotected parking lot… excessive, almost nothing to make a morning tea or coffee for 1 person with, no breakfast that wasn’t a full charge, mold growth in the shower area, shower head only partially functional, holes in the sheets, and the bed platforms are a hazard to people as they stick out, at ankle height, past the mattress size!

No water in room no vending machine on the floor, staff not friendly. When I checked out commented on no water in the room or coffee cups and was told I should have asked when I checked in! 😡 isn’t it there job to inform the visitor!

Cleaning service take too late to clean the room. On the the website you are asked what time you will be there. I said between 1 to 2pm. I went there 2.30 was told room was not ready. Your website asked special request I said was a birthday celebration. I do not know why this question was asked and none of the request was honored. That should be taken off your website if you are not going honor your customer request,which is asking your customer what time they are expected to be there. Even though I give the expected time the room was not available . Front desk told my husband they will call my husband when the room ready but no one did . We sat and waited in our car for 1 and a half hour which was 4pm check in time.waitress forgot to bring out our soup and bought entree and we had asked them what did they do with our soup then they went and bought it. Disorganized restaurant. Staff for both restaurant and front desk need to be trained in customer service .

Impeccable room...you know, the things you want in a hotel; all the outlets worked and were well-placed, the grout was clean, the carpet looked brand new, the curtains blocked out all light, the TV remote was easy to use...I could go on and on.

LIKED NOTHING IT WAS A VERY SAD EXPERIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST!! My nephew, his girlfriend & baby were in town for the night. I booked them this room. They never ended up staying and were treated so poorly by the Manager & Staff. They had a 6 month old with them & they gave them the run around. Asking for CC for incidentals which when booking there was no disclosure, they had the cash, would not accept. My nephew called me and i got on the phone and was willing to pay with a CC on phone, he said no they couldn't take over the phone, Absolute BS. By this time is was almost midnight They had to drive back.
The Manager had absolutely no concerns that there was a 6 month old baby crying it was very late. No empathy at all and zero management skill. He should never being dealing with the public in that position. It was embarrassing and humiliating how he treated us in front of other guests that were also checking in.

Staff was HORIBBLE and rude and ignorant especially the morning shift on Sunday from the ladies in the front. During check out They were BOTH ignoring my partner when we reported our room key not working and when we forgot something in the room the two front desk ladies both ignored him and moved on to the next guest. Kept telling him that he’ll have to talk to someone else and when he did they said the same thing so it was a lot of back and fourth with him. I had about enough of seeing it so I spoke to the gentleman upfront and asked him to help me please and he didn’t even hesitate to help me grab my water jug from the room. Wont be coming back here for awhile

Somewhat isolated so it was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking still available despite four weddings that weekend. Everything was very clean, water pressure was good.
Everything was expensive. I don’t remember the exact prices, but there was a fee for parking, breakfast was over $20, and it was over $12 a day for wifi unless you signed up for a membership, which was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating to figure out.
A few less important things: Closet doors didn’t open fully, inconvenient to have to open the other door just to reach the other side of the closet. No steamer, only an iron. The showerhead was kind of odd and also hard to reach. There was no “do not disturb” sign, while we were out i guess housekeeping came in and made the bed. We’d left in a hurry, had some clothes and clutter laying around and they’d had to move our things to do their job and i felt bad about it when we got back and realized. We didn’t really need the bed made so this could’ve been avoided and spared them the extra work if there’d been a sign to use on the door.

Convenient location outside of Boston on the way to Cape Cod. Quiet and nice to have a coffee shop in the hotel in the morning.
