An absolutely beautiful small hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Exceptional roof-top pool and jacuzzi.
Breakfast extensive and delicious.
Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Great staff, clean and well located. Only consideration for some may be that there is no elevator, but want an issue for us. Excellent overall!

Our room had a large covered terrace where we would sit in the evenings. Also liked the pool which was very clean and had a great lounge area. The staff
was very good and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were also very clean and well maintained. It is a bit of a walk to the town but is very quiet. Rooms and bathrooms are a little small but that is typical of France.
Very good choice and recommend it

The staff is friendly, kind, helpful, available, and professional. We enjoyed the breakfast with local products and homemade cakes.

Excellent location, staff friendly, breakfast good and room fabulous. The pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop amazing

Excellent find! Only two nights and wished we could have stayed longer but were unable to change previous commitments. Staff is extremely nice and the hotel is a hidden gem. Our room was spotless and well maintained. Thank you to all.

Perfect position. Spotlessly clean. Very helpful staff. Very well equipped kitchen. No real outdoor space to sit as balcony is very closed in in the apartments.

Perfect base for wonderful Collioure. Beds were comfy (incl sofa bed, like 2 singles!), amazing soundproof so very quiet, air-con, enough kitchen equipment to self-cater simply, stunning high up pool which was well-kept, friendly and helpful hotel staff. 10 mins walk from town, near enough to pop in to shop/beach etc, but quiet. Will be back!

Another wonderful stay at Hotel Madeloc. Our 4th visit and it always lives up to expectations!

Hotel with good air conditioning, wide terrace, own pool and spacious parking lots; but to get to our room over 3 flights of stairs without lift and the hotel staff just watching and not helping with the luggage..? Hotel is also rather far from the beach, in particular going back uphill.

Staff were so friendly and helpful; would thoroughly recommend. Location is perfect too - just outside the lively town. Views of mountains pretty spectacular

This was our third trip to Colliure, we really love this town !
The hotel was nice but a little out of the way compared to other options. Good proximity to the train station. The room was small but functional, nice balcony and close to the hotel pool.
Receptionist staff were helpful but replenishment of room supplies was inconsistent (coffee, toiletries, clean towels etc) necessitating us to ask for them.
Overall not a bad place to stay but would stay closer to downtown area next time.

Great local hotel with impeccable service!

We stayed in an apartment situated across the road from the hotel. The hotel is situated a five minute walk to the centre on the hill above the town. It does not have lift and there are a lot of steps to get to the pool so it is only suitable for people who are reasonably fit and like walking. I parked my car up the road in some free parking as the parking on site is 20 euros a day which I thought was expensive. We went late September so it may not have been so easy to do that in August. Collioure is a magnificent town and we loved our 6 night stay in this apartment. I would recommend it. It was well equipped and comfortable, the view from the balcony was a little disappointing butt from the pool terrace it was a panoramic vista of the surrounding hills. No sea views unfortunately but they are only a short walk away.

An amazing hotel in gorgeous Collioure! We greatly enjoyed our stay there in mid- September. Beautiful room with a terrace surrounded by blooming aromatic plants and trees. A view to the hills of Pyrenees with climbing houses and vineyards was stunning. The umbrella on the terrace was very helpful to provide shade during the sunny day hours. The pool on the upper terrace and a jacuzzi provided a great opportunity to relax. The hotel is situated in a close proximity to the train station of Collioure, just mere minutes walk to all attractions - the beautiful downtown, the beach, restaurants, museums and shopping. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The service - impeccable. We also appreciated the laundry service that the hotel provided. We would love to return there on our next trip!

Lovely hotel in beautiful little town. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and well equipped. Outdoor roof top pool with great views was still open and heated. Only downside was no lift but that didn’t really bother us.

ted for a few days. Happy with location. Staff attentive. Room a little on the small side, but very clean and well-appointed. Swimming pool and surrounds very pleasant. Would recommend and will return I hope.

Really nice hotel near the train station and a short walk down to the village and the beautiful bay. Friendly and helpful reception service, who tolerated my schoolgirl French with patience and charm. The crowning glory of this hotel is the heated rooftop pool (a decent size) and hot tub, both of which we made good use of despite the bad weather. We only stayed one night on our way to Spain, but were treated as valued customers. Lovely.

This hotel was very good, our room, balcony and facilities were just right. Lovely breakfast too.
The only down sides were being on second floor with no lift and the actual position of the hotel is a little way from the centre
The car parking which we chose to use was very expensive but otherwise the hotel seems good value.

Beautiful hotel 7 mins walk avove town. Our room, tho small, no 12, had fabulous big balcony looking out to mountains.
There is a gorgeous pool on the roof and Jacuzzi and loungers on a roof top terrace with amazing views over mountains.
Stadf very helpful. Patrice , mgr, told us best beaches to go to for snorkelling nearby.
Only negative is as hotel is expensive i would expect breakfast to.be included but it was extra €13.5 each.this would have cost my husband and i an extra €182 for 7 breakfasts when we only want a croissant and bowl fruit. So we bought croissants and fruit and had them on our balcony every morning, perfect.

It was a nice place to stay. They don’t have elevators which is a problem to carry up or down your luggage.

it was good. Wifi was slow but at6 am internet worked. Parking charges 16 euros per night so we have to find parking a block away, no big deal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Awesome weather in May.

a fabulous gem. Wonderful property with an accommodating staff and great breakfast.

We honeymooned here for five nights and it was an amazing decision. The pool and hot tub were incredible, the breakfast was delicious, a good variety, and so reasonably priced, and every staff member was a delight to interact with. One particular front desk staff member sent us on our way with a list of recommendations for what to do on the second part of our journey elsewhere in France. Everyone was warm and welcoming, the location was great (walkable to everything) and the overall experience was just great.

Small hotel, a short walk downhill to the town centre. Very comfortable room and bed with lovely linen. Would love to stay again.

We stayed two nights and found the hotel to be very good in every respect.

Hotel Madeloc is not the easiest hotel to access! It is not far from the station but is uphill, there are stairs to the front door and there is no lift which is made quite clear on Expedia and its website. BUT once you are in your room which is clean, comfortable and modern, you should have no complaints. Breakfast is served in a lovely light room opening on to a terrace, there is a huge selection of food, the pastries 'home baked' and a very sensible multi-egg boiler. The pool has a wonderful view towards the hills and it is very pleasant to swim and relax high above the street. The staff were extremely helpful and charming, helping our friends with a future booking that was miscommunicated and recommending local restaurants.

If ever go back to Collioure I would choose the same hotel. Jerome was great!
2.5
We spent 3 nights at Hotel Madeloc and thought that it was excellent. Our room was on the third floor and it was clean, well furnished and comfortable with a spacious side balcony with chairs and tables. All of the staff were very pleasant and Jerome was particularly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and the outdoor pool was great. It is situated a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and the sea but even in 30 degree this was fine. Highly recommended.
2.5
Well located on the edge of the town only 10 minutes walk into the centre, 5 minutes walk to the station.
Pleasant room overlooking the rooftops with a small balcony ideal for a drink before dinner in the sun.
Lovely Hotel, with rooftop pool, courteous staff, clean and very comfortable rooms. Medium sized but adequate. Delicious breakfast in pleasant surrounds. Just far enough away from the noise of the town a really great stay would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.
2.5
We stayed in a room with a terrace - I would recommend paying just that bit extra as it gives you somewhere to sit in the evening with a glass of wine. The pool was really nice and good if you don't want the public gaze on the town beaches. We had no car and came by train so really was access for that and a nice stroll into town. Staff were really nice and we had breakfast on two days and there was a good selection for you to make it good value.
