Clean, friendly staff, some stuff inside our room like hair dryer didn’t work. Also, leaking shower but all around great experience. Walkable area and great location.
8.0
Perfectly located. A little gem although in the summer the pool area which is on the terrace admits only 6 people at a time.

Alejandra at the reception was outstanding, great service and great recommendations for places to visit.

Great location with great staff. Parking a bear and the only ding inside the room was the shower water temp pulsed from hot to cold all through my showers.

Good location close to the tourist attractions.

Lovely, friendly staff and a wonderful location, and i would be happy to stay here again!

Room was small with paper peeling on the walls (room 106) and no cofffee in the room . We have stayed here a number of times and this room wasn’t up to the standard we are used too from this hotel

We loved Jerez and this hotel was conveniently located near all of the things we wanted to do. We visited several wineries for tasting and tours that were excellent, did a flamenco show and visited the Royal Academy for horses which took us by surprised on how wonderful it is.

Excellent service by front desk staff. Nice, they offered useful information about the amenities of the hotel and nearby attractions (marking all of them in a city map they gave me). The room was spacious, well decorated, with modern functional furniture, and was clean and had all I needed. Hotel is located in the city center, easy to walk everywhere. My only quibble was the the breakfast, while offering abundant food and many options (including healthy options), did not always have the best quality in produce. Given the rate of the room (200 euros plus taxes per night), I would have expected higher quality. But overall, a good hotel. I would stay again

Very convenient for the sights. Near cafés and restaurants. Staff very friendly.
Pool to small to swim properly.

Hotel was overall very good. Amazing location and the staff were super friendly. The only downside was the fact the weather was very nice and the air con was locked. The room was way too hot. I asked if it could be made cool twice and both nights it was still blowing out hot which led to uncomfortable sleeps

Location, location, location
Right slap bang in the centre of the old town.
Minutes on foot from the attractions. Metres from more food and drink choices than you could imagine.
Shame the breakfast looked ordinary - but hey, food galore on the doorstep - eat out.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly, attentive and full of good advice. Location is good, close to shopping and nice places to eat. I just wish I’d booked a room with street view.

Spacious and comfortable rooms at a low price. Excellent central location but away from traffic. Roof terrace.

Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms/bathrooms, small but nice pool with beautiful rooftop views. However, our smelled of cigarette smoke our entire stay - we couldnt get the smell out even by opening the windows. Disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Besides that, everything was great.

A lovely stay. The staff were excellent and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is perfectly situated right in the centre and is only steps away from the Alcázar.

Eurostars Asta Regia is in an excellent location just steps away from the old town’s main square with its abundance of eating and drinking venues.

Lovely clean hotel in centre of town. Perfect location for exploring and close to restaurants. Spacious room and comfy bed. Staff helpful and good facilities in room although does not have a hotel bar. Complimentary tea and coffee in foyer was nice touch. Would stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel near town center. The young lady at front desk can’t remember her name was so very helpful. We did not like our first room and she had us moved the next day into much bigger and nicer room, no problem. She helped make reservations for sherry tours, told us about riding school and free.
She helped with restaurant and made our stay very enjoyable.
The breakfast room is very nice too.

We had a problem in our first room, which was a good size but with terrible view, and were promptly moved to another. This next room was small but clean and the view over the street was much nicer. Ask about the details of the room you want!

Highly recommend, easy parking, easy walking around, decent sized room, clean. Will only chose breakfast here if you in a hurry (catching an early flight).

Had mistakenly booked the room twice as never received a confirmation email from Hotels.com the first time. Was revealed by Receptionist on arrival. No offer of compensation made at that point.
Was shown one of the rooms but there was a brick wall in front of the window and it was on the noisy corridor. Immediately went to ask if we could have a look at the second [paid for] room - was told no?! Receptionist rang Manager and he repeated No.
I would understand if we asked hours later but this was within minutes.
So not only did they take my 'double' money but would not let us change from the poor room we had when I had a second room paid and available.
Shockingly Poor Service.
NOT RECOMMENDED

Loved the staff and loved the location. The staff were extremely professional and gave us great advice on where to eat and what we should see during our stay. Our room was wonderfully quiet and the breakfast choices spot on, providing something for everyone.

The rooms are beautiful and large the hotel is located in a really nice place

The hotel was clean and modern and in a great location. Reception lady was friendly. I’ve marked this hotel down because the corridors were noisy and echoed- so it was easy to be disturbed. In addition, there wasn’t adequate / working ventilation in the bathroom, so after a hot shower, the whole place was damp and made you hot and sweaty. Finally, one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for the gym... but it was a poor offering: a treadmill, a bike and some small handheld weights. The treadmill was fine, but the gym wasn’t looked after: no towels were put out and no water cooler.

Best location ever! Nice comfortable sized rooms - perfect for a couple of days. Pool is tiny - but this was to be expected.

Outstanding location, staff and hotel! I recommen for sure

Loved this hotel. Right on the main square in the old town, but soooo quiet at night you would think you were miles away. Only issue was the parking.... you have to park in the public car park and you do get a discount etc through the hotel, but it was a confusing process.
Very clean, very comfortable and really helpful staff.
Didn't try any of the food as it is far cheaper to eat out than in the hotel. Could get breakfast for 2 (coffee, ham, bread, tomatoes) for 2 for 7 euros as opposed to 9 euros per person in the hotel. (Yes - there would have been more choice but I never eat much in the morning).
Great place to stay.
5.0
The hotel is right in the middle of Jerez de la frontera, so it is walking distance to most tourist attractions. The main square in Jerez is just outside the hotel and the cathedral and fortress very near.
