This is a great property centrally located to lots of restaurants and retail. Staff was wonderful. Very spacious rooms with full kitchens. Really good warm breakfast and happy hour nightly.

It's always clean, smells good and the rooms are always spacious. The breakfast is really good eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Waffle maker, bagels, fruit and coffee, juice and soda too.

We stayed here twice. Both on the way to and back from a road trip we took. We picked the property because it was a 3 star hotel, had pretty good reviews, a kitchen and a room with 2 bedrooms. The second stay on our return trip, the room given to us was so gross, we had to ask to change rooms, at midnight, exhausted after hours of travel. The matress box spring was severly stained on all beds, couches were stained and torn, carpet was stained, several chunky smudges on the walls, something sticky on one wall had ants crawling up it, mold all over one of the bathroom ceilings, torn shower curtains, things left in microwave and fridge... I cannot believe this room was considered clean or ready to be occupied. Thankfully, we were able to change rooms into the first room we stayed in on our trip down. That one was run down, but at least clean enough to sleep one night. I, unfortunately, can't say I would recommend this as a place to stay. It is in deserprate need of some updates, but even that aside, the cleanliness seems variable and inconsistent. It definitely didn't live up to the price we paid for one of their most expensive rooms.

ONLY con. Other than having a toddler and floors needing shampooed(his feet and legs got very dirty) along with our feet. PROS. Breakfast was very good!!! Love that they have cornhole, grill, firepit, along with the pool!!! Staff was very nice. The pricing is exceptional with how the suite was along with price also including breakfast. Would deff love going back and would highly recommend

I came in with a swelling ankle and knee so I could barely walk. But the staff did not help accommodate my request to stay closer to where we park and therefore I could walk less. Also, the room was VERY dirty. After walking on the carpet for 15-20 mins, my kid's feet were dirt black....

Loved the room layout, staff, showers and products provided in the bathroom. Breakfast was fairly good and the outside area was nice. However, inside the room was very stained and dirty looking. Cabinet face was missing and it was very noisy.

Great location! Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Coffee was excellent for hotel coffee. Rooms were not very clean. Kitchen area could use a major cleaning. Beautiful outside courtyard with pool, fire pit area, and bbq grills. Overall, very quiet for being at full occupancy!

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really good with lots of choices. I will say that the pull out couch is below a standard for an adult to sleep- so if you’re planning on it just know you’re in for a rough night.

Nice room - 2 bedroom suite. Appreciated being able to have our kids in one room with us. There was a chunk of hair stuck in the shower on the blue tiles. That was gross to shower and then see.

The rooms were a good size. Very clean and had all the expected amenities- glasses, plates, utensils. I do like the Dove products for soap and shower- that gave an above average impression. In addition to typical breakfast was a breakfast pizza that the kids enjoyed. I liked the smaller waffles - i feel thats the right size for kids (less waste).

It was a great trip shared with family. Came for a wedding. Brought my small granddaughters and they loved the elevators and we all enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Wow, breakfast pizza was a hit. Only sad thing, was I left my king sized bamboo pillow. Within the 15 minute span of checking out and realizing it was still in the room, we we back asking for it. No pillow. Sad.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! One of our rooms had the most disgusting odor of pet urine! The entire 1 bed room unit completely reeked! You could even smell it in the hallway outside of the room! The chairs in the unit were also torn up... possibly due to pets scratching. This unit should never be rented out again in that condition. Mold in the bathroom. Liquid stains throughout the unit. We had initially booked 2 nights in that room but we had to leave after the first night due to the smell. One night in that room was too long. I tried on multiple occasions to talk to manager on duty and was told each time that the manager was busy. Days later and still no response from the manager / refund for 2nd night that we did not stay. There are a lot of other nice hotels in Bowling Green that I wish I had chosen instead of this one.

Tub drain was broken, room wasn’t very clean but the 1 bedroom suite layout was nice for traveling with a baby. Bedroom doors had a huge gap above the floor and were really noisy to open when the baby was asleep
