Unfortunately, the parking lot was targeted during our stay and several trucks were broken into and items stolen. Out truck window was cracked but the thieves weren't successful in getting through.

Pembroke Corgi convention brought dozens of dogs into the facility during my stay. While as cute as can be, these fellers barked into the wee hours of the night while leaving trails of dog fur all over the carpets of the common areas. I would not have booked at the same time had I known beforehand

The building was beautiful. The room needs updating. TV was 15 yrs old and broke the last morning. Hair dryer didn't work, some electric outlits didn't work with my charger, my room didn't have a refrigerator and they charge for breakast $16.99. Bed was great and good view of the golf course next door.

Review: Disappointing Experience During LS Fest Weekend I understand LS Fest made things busier than usual, but check-in was chaotic, even though we arrived later in the evening. The front desk should have been better staffed, given the number of guests. As a Holiday Inn member, I was frustrated that I couldn’t add my rewards information because I booked through a third party. I didn’t want to hold up the line, so I moved on. Before arriving, I called to ensure a rollaway bed would be in our room, but it wasn’t there at check-in. I had to request it again, and it was eventually left outside our door by the time we returned from dinner, which was inconvenient. The shower had rust stains, poor water pressure, and hot water was only available if showering early. I didn’t receive breakfast vouchers at check-in and had to go back to the front desk the next morning. My friends, who used the same reservation link, didn’t get any vouchers at all. The front desk staff didn’t seem to care. I also requested extra towels, but they were never brought, and the thermostat was turned off. The breakfast buffet food was cold, but the omelets made by the chef were great. Parking was also an issue, with over half the lot roped off. The hotel did reverse the parking fee when I asked, which was appreciated. Overall, this stay was disappointing. With higher rates for LS Fest, better service and amenities are expected. This is my usual choice in BG, but after this, I may consider other option

The stay was good but when we first arrived was told that we couldn't get into room until 2 hours later than the 3 o'clock check in so I spoke with them about it and was told that they had a couple of games going on and the rooms weren't ready but would text me if they got it ready by the 3 o'clock check in. Finally they texted asked if we would take a double queen instead of a king with pull out so we took it so we could get into the room by 3. Everything else was good.

Check in was a problem. Check in supposed to be at 3pm. I tried to get in early, expecting a setback if received. Then find out check in was now 5pm because a football team was staying there. Was in town for a family event with time constraints. Caused problem with plans. Ended up getting in a little earlier. But, had to adjust some plans to make everything work.

It's an older property. Ice machine on 4 didn't work. No vending machines in the ice/machine rooms. Many electrical outlets would hold a plug firmly. Both switches on the lamps inoperable. Surprise $5 parking fee. Breakfast fantastic.

It was the worst stay ever. We have stayed there many times but i won't recommend it now. The sink in our room would not drain, even after they said it was fixed and the shower control pulled out of the wall. Our room was 703.

Overall the stay was pleasant. We asked for a room next to the elevator due to disabilities in our party. We were asked if a room on the same hall was ok. Turns out that room was at the other end of the building and not remotely closer to the elevator. Breakfast was awful, the food tasted like it has been kept for days, stale bread, chewy meat, just awful. The room was a pleasant upside, clean and comfortable.

We were there when the parking lot was vandalized our truck was not involved but I felt so bad for all the people 13 cars were vandalized. I know it’s park at your own Rick but theee should be cameras to make the lot safe. Our key cards never worker I think we went back and got 7 new cards we were there 5 days . They said you’re getting a new system for the keys thank goodness. Also you should have refrigerators in the rooms. Just a suggestion. We would stay again the desk people were wonderful. Oh and there were not enough luggage carts! We carried our luggage during check in and out because there were no carts.

I waited almost an hour in line to check in and get breakfast then had to wait until someone left to be seated. My stay was previously paid for and they charged an additional night because of a “computer glitch”

Check in was courteous. Have to pay ten dollars for parking which is insane. Breakfast you have to pay for. 15.95 buffet for breakfast and 16.95 for dinner buffet.
