The rooms was perfect for our trip to NYC. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and in a perfect location for the Macy’s Thanksgiving parade and shopping. Will certainly return again.

Clean. Fairly large Superior room with a separate area with a single sofa bed and a desk. A nice addition. Large TVs. Very useful lounge on 27th floor with free coffee and water. Great for having a larger (semi) private space to eat or kids to run around. Or host some friends also staying in or visiting the city. Free water with empty bottles on each floor was an impressive addition.

We stayed 2 nights on a recent trip to NYC. We checked in early so the only option was a lower floor with no view. Not a problem for us. The room was a single queen bed a small seating area and bath with a pocket door. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The room had a nespresso machine and was missing pods. We called and housekeeping dropped some off to us within 10 minutes. Staff at the front desk was so helpful with checking in and any directions we needed. Great location right by Grand Central station. We used the subway to get around. Loved having a water machine on the floor to refill water bottles for free. Had to go to another floor for ice though. There’s a little deli directly across the street for coffee and snacks.

I was dissatisfied in fact very dissatisfied with the condition of my room. It was freezing cold all night. The thermostat was all the way up as you can see in the photo, but the temperature remained in the mid to lower 60s the curtain to the only window would not close completely, and I had to put an iron on to try to stop the Light from coming in, but it was no use

Our room was comfortable, so functional and the views were amazing! And the customer service was stellar, even when we interacted with different lobby associates throughout the long weekend. And the room was SO clean--an even greater treat when so much of New York City outside the doors of the hotel are not clean!

Stay at this hotel often. Disappointed that room service has not been restored since Covid ended. Paying 500 a night, I expect cleaning, make beds , replace towels each day. I may reconsider where I stay moving forward.

Room was in mint condition. Updated and immaculate. Comfortable bed. Would stay again.

We needed a Midtown hotel in walking distance to the theater district without actually being in the hubbub of Times Square. Club Quarters worked. The cost was reasonable and the room, while small (typical for NYC), had everything we needed, including the best air conditioning system we've encountered in a hotel. Lovely staff. No food on premises, but a short walk to dining options.

Could hear the LIRR trains from the second floor room, but this is my old neighborhood. It was oddly comforting.
The staff was exceptional. The location, room, and amenities were exactly what I needed for a productive work trip that involved appointments in Midtown, Columbus Circle, and Staten Island.

Great location Near Grand Central Station. Computer check in and check out which is not very personal. Laundry room with washer and dryer, plus iron and ironing board in room. The main problem with the hotel is that it’s just so expensive with their variable pricing.

Great place to stay. I've been there four times and I plan for future stays. Really safe and quiet. Free filtered water stand with refillable bottles on everyfloor. Great lounge with a killer view on the 27th floor with free coffee and tea. They even have a laundry room and an exercise room with equipment. All rooms have a coffee machine and a supply of coffee and tea cups, sugar, sugar-free sugar and cream cups. You have the choice to reserve different type of rooms, including rooms with a microwave and refrigerator, or a kitchenette. The beds are comfortable, large screen TV, desk and chair and lots of electric sockets to plug your electronic things. Transportation is close to take a train or bus (3 short blocks to 42nd. Street) to Times Square, or call an Uber, which is very reasonable to get around. I love it here.

We stayed for 2 nights. When we left the room we put the do not disturb sign on the door and left a light on. When we returned the light was turned off and a pocket knife was stolen from the table. We informed front desk staff but got no resolution. I’m not happy the room was entered!!

This is the perfect property location. All of our NYC events and transportation needs were within walking distance. The rooms were spotless and the staff ever present.
The rooftop area with complimentary coffee, water, snacks and amazing city views is not to be missed. We are looking fowatd to our next visit.
