Prefect location to tour Manhattan

Good location, the staff was helpful, and the room was cozy

Room was not cleaned/bed made between days

The location is good. Rooms are very small but clean.
4.4
Room was not available at checkin time.
4.4
Please add a small refrigerator and microwave to each room by default.

Stay at this hotel often. Disappointed that room service has not been restored since Covid ended. Paying 500 a night, I expect cleaning, make beds , replace towels each day. I may reconsider where I stay moving forward.

Room was in mint condition. Updated and immaculate. Comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Great place to stay. I've been there four times and I plan for future stays. Really safe and quiet. Free filtered water stand with refillable bottles on everyfloor. Great lounge with a killer view on the 27th floor with free coffee and tea. They even have a laundry room and an exercise room with equipment. All rooms have a coffee machine and a supply of coffee and tea cups, sugar, sugar-free sugar and cream cups. You have the choice to reserve different type of rooms, including rooms with a microwave and refrigerator, or a kitchenette. The beds are comfortable, large screen TV, desk and chair and lots of electric sockets to plug your electronic things. Transportation is close to take a train or bus (3 short blocks to 42nd. Street) to Times Square, or call an Uber, which is very reasonable to get around. I love it here.

We stayed for 2 nights. When we left the room we put the do not disturb sign on the door and left a light on. When we returned the light was turned off and a pocket knife was stolen from the table. We informed front desk staff but got no resolution. I’m not happy the room was entered!!

Place is great. Would stay again.

I have stayed here multiple times over the past 6 years. Unfortunately, it seems like rooms and more specifically the mattresses are getting very run down. I could feel multiple springs popping through on the bed.

Great location (easily could walk to Times Square and take the train to anywhere in the city), but the room was a bit small, the tv wouldn’t let us pull up YouTube or log into streaming, and the shower head was one that had to be held in one hand while being used (which was annoying). Had a good enough time but probably wouldn’t go back, there are enough other options out there in New York that I’m sure there are better ones for a similar price.

The noise from air conditioner was not bearable they asked me if i want to change room i said to them first check that the a/c isn't making noise cose im tired and don't want to wate time they told me they will check and let me know but of course they didnt

Amazing terrace view open 24hrs

My only semi negative comment is the shower curtain. lol. From the moment I got in to exit everything was perfect. Great hospitality and great stay, would absolutely come again. The 27th floor view at night is amazing. Oh, make sure you have right address because if you go to the wrong one on the same street you’re going to get some steps in.

Very nice place to stay and convenient location

I booked a room with 2 beds 3 months in advance, but when I got there they didn’t have it. Instead they wanted to give me a queen with a kitchenette. I told them I booked 2 beds so my friend and I could have our own beds, so the kitchenette wasn’t equivalent. Then they offered a Queen and sofa bed. But when we got to the room, the sofa bed turned out to be a bench with a cushion at the table in the kitchenette. They instead offered a portable rolling cot with a 3 inch mattress. I told them my friend and I were too tall/heavy to use it. It was for a child and ironically blocked the kitchenette. They told us we could sleep in the queen both nights or we could get the room with 2 beds we booked for the second night, so we would have to pack and unpack between nights which was inconvenient because we would be out late. They told us these were our choices. Both involved sleeping in one bed at least one night. There was a stalemate. Then they suddenly offered 2 separate rooms which was great. However one room had fridge and microwave and the other had a yoga mat. And the air conditioning was broken in one, in August. It was a humid box. At check out they just said sorry about that. If they had given us the room we reserved and the air conditioning worked, it would have been at least a 4. I guess it’s the luck of the draw. I can’t in good conscience recommend a place that may make you present a case just to get the room you booked or something equivalent.

Staff was excellent!

The hotel was close to some og The Big attractions. The rooftop area was very nice.

This is a great location close to GC Station. The rooms are small but very comfortable and have everything you need. The lounge on 27th floor offers great views and is nice place to relax. We did have to ask for towels after a couple days - thought that was odd. But they were very responsive. I'd stay there again.

Room & staff were excellent…would stay there again and would recommend to anyone visiting NYC

I likes the cleanliness and the convenience. It's close to many areas we were visiting. The room was comfortable and super clean!
Loved the rooftop lounge!
I wish they would put a card in the rooms stating the amenities and where they are located within the hotel.

Value for the money. Great property

My new favorite hotel. The outdoor rooftop is why I initially chose this, but now there are so many more reasons to love this hotel. Having the ability to open the window from the top for fresh air. The purified water freely available is great. Wonderful staff. A yoga mat to use in the room is great. Cannot say enough about Club Quarters.
4.4
Easy check in and check out. Very quiet and comfortable.

The room had a strange smell like someone smoked in the room. Could not air out the smell over three nights.
4.4
Great location near grand central. It’s perfect if traveling with small kids. There’s a kitchenette and plates and silverware for conveniency.
4.4
Elevators always had issues where 1 or 2 out for the 3 were not working. Asked for room services (towels and toilet paper) in the early morning and they didn't show up all day. Had to request 2 times the following day for the towels and toilet paper.

Bug bites fr the couch.
