good location, great breakfast, comfortable bed and a nice room.
Basically all you need

We stayed in room 209 which is listed as a superior room. It was very nice but small which is quite standard for Rome, I wouldn't want to see a standard room as that may well be too small.
Staff are excellent throughout, really a credit to the business and helped make our stay more enjoyable. The hotel is well located near some nice restaurants and within 20 minutes walk of almost everything you want to see in Rome. I'd stay here again.

The hotel penthouse was amazing. Very clean and spacious. Highly recommended. I will stay there again. Attention to detail.

The most excellent staff including Frederico, Cheema, and the lady (Sorry I do not know the name) who was there during the 10 to 11 pm hour on 30th who was kind enough to help with our train reservations which had run into a glitch.

Really nice hotel, very quiet, excellent location, friendly staff, cooked breakfast could have been better but the coffee and the pastries made up for it

There is No Better Choice, we experienced all the amazing sights and restaurants and safely had a beautiful time at the Rome Life hotel! You cannot beat its staff and friendliness overall and the best location for all the key elements of Rome! Shiva was amazing and we will definitely make our way next summer for our stay in Rome! Beautiful rooms and amazing staff!!

Great location couldn’t fault it. Nice hotel but small rooms and certain things not practical. Was given a room with the shower in the bath which made it uncomfortable to have a relaxed shower . Breakfast was really nice. This room seemed abit older it was on the 5th floor

We just completed a weeklong stay in this fantastic hotel and couldn't have been happier. The location allowed easy walking access to all of the main sites and was close enough to Termini by foot or a short cab ride. Everyone from the front desk staff to the porters and breakfast attendants were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast couldn't have been better. There was a pleasing daily assortment of quality fresh fruit/veg/breads/dolce as well as eggs, meats, and cheeses. Most importantly the coffee was amazing and could be ordered from the bar (at no extra charge) or made directly from a machine if you didn't want to wait. Either way we never had a bad cup of coffee, latte, cappuccino, espresso, or Americano. The only problem was that we drank too much since it was so delicious! Our room was in the rear of the hotel which offered a quiet stay, if not the greatest of views. The room itself was quite spacious by European standards and offered an armoire/closet with enough space to hang clothes as well as three drawers. Overall we would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to the Eternal City. Buon viaggio!

This is a hidden gem in a great spot in the middle of all the action. They provided champagne and a filled mini bar to start you off well. It is small with only 45 rooms so very quaint. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. The fitness center they let you use is a downfall but not enough of one not to stay. We loved Rome and would stay there again.

I loved this hotel. Modern and clean and located on a quiet street near good restaurants and still central to tourist sites. Staff was wonderful, offering many recommendations for things to see and food. Special thanks to Roberto for starting up the espresso machine for me at 3:30am before I left for airport!!

Best part was the front desk. Best so far on our trip to Italy. Very friendly and helpful

My stay at Rome Life was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better, with most attractions within walking distance. The service was exceptional, and having breakfast included was a great perk. Highly recommend!

Not handicap accessable. Some stairs without railings and no ramps. Stairs required to get to elevators.
Personnel were wonderful - helpful, efficient, and knowledgable!

Great service and great location! Would like to have had control of AC/Heat unit. Room was nice and clean, but more detail to cleanliness of shower was really it. Getting taxi to airport was a breeze through concierge. Morning breakfast was over the top, everything was available and it was all delicious!

Overall it was a good experience. We enjoyed several of the small bonuses like free drinks in the refrigerator and a good breakfast. We had a room for 4 people that was cramped pretty tightly but doable. The biggest downside was that our room was very hot when we would get back at night because the air conditioning had not been turned on yet. The receptionist told us to just open the window. The problem came in that we had a 1st floor room facing the road. It was way too loud to sleep. Other than that a great experience.

Rome Life Hotel was wonderful! The staff truly made our experience exceptional. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The entire team was incredibly personable, going above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met throughout our stay. Whether it was offering recommendations for local shopping, the best pizza and gelato in Rome, asking if we wanted fresh cappucino the minute we walked in to the restaurant for the lovely free breakfast, or simply engaging in friendly conversation, the staff consistently demonstrated a genuine interest in making our stay enjoyable. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly set the tone for a memorable experience. I cannot praise them enough for their outstanding hospitality, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the wonderful Rome Life Hotel staff, especially Maurizio and Lorenzo, for making our stay truly unforgettable!

Overall a good stay in this hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had good variety and location was walking distance to all the main sights.
Only complaint was no door on the bathroom so if you like privacy or quiet when your companion is using it then it might not be for you. Also power socket came away from the wall by the bed so didn’t want to use it and rainfall shower head was very weak.
But rooms were good size and very clean. All drinks in fridge on checkin were complimentary too which was a nice surprise.

Room was not nice. View of stairs. Leaks on wall in the corner of the room. No door leading to the shower. So the whole room could watch someone take a shower. Had to set up a divider to block shower

A hotel in a perfect location!!!
Second time at the hotel. Rich and indulgent breakfast with excellent coffee!! Perfect location close to all attractions and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

It is hard to find a room in Europe that sleeps 4 people comfortably, but the penthouse room was so spacious and provided a great spot to spend our last night in Italy before heading to the airport.
The staff was very friendly and provided complimentary champagne for the inconvenience of the construction out front without us even saying anything about it.
The location was near plenty of restaurants and shops for convenience also!

Hotel has a weird smell that lingered from the lobby into the room. The bathroom was separated into two different rooms that split the toilet and the shower from each other. The only privacy provided was a semi frosted glass. The temperature in the room was not able to be controlled as the AC was locked into the heat setting. The towels that were provided also had a weird smell that lingered in the shower as well. The breakfast that was provided was just okay nothing to rave about and there was an a la carte menu that charged for extras.

We had a really great stay at this property. Convenient, walkable to the colosseum, shopping, cafes and many other historic sites. We walked most of our stay without any issues.
We had the king suite and it was very comfortable, no feet hanging off the bed. The shower/tub combination was long enough for my 6'4 SO to enjoy the bath too. Very quiet, no street noise.
Good size room and bath and we had no issues with English speaking staff as our Italian isn't very good.
Morning breakfast had a lot of choices, great coffee/cappuccino and plenty of protein and fruit too. We had the buffet but you could order from the menu too.
We visited the bar one evening and had a lovely conversation with the bartender.
When we return, we will be staying here again.

This hotel was the perfect location for sightseeing. 15 minutes walking from Termini station, 15 minutes walking to the Colosseum, 13 minutes walking to the Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps, in the middle of everything! The staff were all lovely, the free breakfast was great, and the room was clean and comfortable.
