Italy on our own

Location was incredible, was able to go on evening walks and felt completely safe always. All the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Found the overall area dirty, trash on the road side.

Great hotel

The hotel is very clean and like a brand new. Very nice staff. The beds are great. It has a beautiful rooftop with a sauna and jacuzzi + gym, not crowded at all! The location is ~ 10minute walk to the Vatican, close to a metro station, and there are tons of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby.

The only issue is that the WiFi coverage is very poor in the room and on the rooftop. I was on the 6th floor, but I have no idea if the other floors have the same issue!

Affordable option close to city centre

Excellent professional attitude from the staff. Very close to the Metro station and bus station. Quiet street. New sheets and new towels every day. Healthy breakfast.

The room is too small for 4 people. Is rather a 3 people room. Few options for vegans and vegetarians, outside of fruits.

So - so

The hotel was very clean also the room too.

They charge us breakfast that we didn't take. We tell to reception that maybe we'll take the breakfast but we didn't. They don't have notes of who take the breakfast and who don't so they charge it anyway. One more negative about the hotel is the room was not quite. The person upstairs make a lot of noise the soundproofing was very poor. The room remains clean of course. We have no complaints about the cleanliness. But in general it was not so comfortable and did not meet our expectations mainly because of the noise.

موقعه قريب جداً على الفاتيكان ، نظافة الفندق جيدة جدا ، الاستقبال بكافة موظفيه جيدون ، الافطار جيد جدا ، بشكل عام لمن يريد زيارة الفاتيكان والسياحة يعدّ فندق مناسب جدا .

The city is beautiful

Staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast was very nice and many offerings.

The room was very small. It was also extremely hot. The only way to sleep was to open the window. (Even in the rain). The street noise and barking dogs was often too loud for restful sleep.

Atendeu as expectativas

O café da manhã possui muitas variedades e bom atendimento. O colchão e travesseiros são confortáveis. Hotel está localizado ao lado do Vaticano e próximo à estação de metro.

Acústica do quarto poderia ser mais efetiva - ouvíamos corredores e vizinhos. O secador de cabelos desligava frequentemente durante o uso, o que aparentemente era normal para a equipe do hotel.

Very comfortable, clean and pleasant stay, super location

Super location- quiet and close to the Vatican yet very close to the metro- and the cosy and comfortable rooftop terrace was an unexpected and delightful surprise. Good night sleep in comfy beds and quiet rooms, and clean. We were also super impressed with the level of service - we left a bag behind and the front desk went above and beyond to help us retrieve it before we left Italy.

All in all we were very happy. If I was to point out one thing it would be to include selected coffee in the breakfast, given the fairly steep rate. Only filter coffee was included and that was not great, ordering alternative coffee came at additional cost. But really, it’s only a minor thing.

Perfect and definitely will return!

The hotel is very nice and clean, I liked the room very much and also the rooftop terrace which is very beautiful. The location is great, just near the Vatican and also within walking distance of all the touristic points, we mainly walked and did not use metro too much, the breakfast is also very nice and the staff is very nice and friendly at breakfast as well, making cappucino and always bringing more food, so you never run out of fresh food. Thanks!

Great location near Vatican Museum and Basilica

Hotel stuff was very helpfull. The consierge booked us a private car transfer to Civitavechia where we boarded our cuise ship. It was quick and lass expensive than booking a taxi on our own. We used our other hotel concierge to book transfer to airport. We didn't know that Uber is not working in Rome. We had hard time going back to Rome from Civitavechia after our cruise ended and wished we had used our other hotel to book a private car transfer then. Very good breakfast selection. It is worth booking the room with breakfast.

Location was very good - short walking distance to Vatican and Basilica. There was construction/painting of the ourside walls in the building across the hotel. No noise but no nice view. Also there was no pool or outside garden which will be nice to have.
