The stay was good and room was clean. I would suggest to add hangers in the bathroom to hang clothes or towel after shower.

Horrible experience that we had so far. Not any responsible person at the front desk after evening. They just hanged a number behind the glass door for emergency call that I called them several times but no one took the phone. The room was so hot and smelling like mold is growing because of bad ventilation and moisture. I found some beetles in the last 2 days in the bathroom but no one took the phone to come over for cleaning. There is not any phone in the room to connect to front desk and you need to use your personal phone to reach out to them. The breakfast was supposed to start and 6:30 am but everyday start with delay and first day not serving either without any notice or heads-up email. The bathroom vanity plumbing was leaking and all around the bathroom floor was wet and smelled so bad.

This hotel is Jeckyll and Hyde. If you get a room on the side with the trams, it's awful (see other reviews), if you get a room on the other side, it's totally fine, 4* review, not an issue. I would recommend paying more for the better rooms and finding somewhere else if you want to spend less money.

Terrible hotel . Dont ever go there . The sheets had a big stain like someone used it to clean his shoes and were torn . Toilet not clean by arrival . Door bath room very dirty . Not seen any staff . Breakfast sign , but no breakfast . Smallest King size bed ever . Floor ready to be replaced .

The location of this hotel is easily accessible from the Bahnhof. We were able to find everything that we need around it. Pharmacy, supermarket, fitness center, etc. The Christmas market is so close also the shopping centers are near by. The room is so comfortable and clean. We have been there many times and we will definitely come back later!

In Karlsruhe during the heat with 40 degrees and the special situation connected to that. No air condition and problems with the windows, not able to open windows, just a small fan to cool down that was not sufficient to get any sleep The.breakfast wasn’t something to remember- scrambled eggs was over cooked, small selection of other food. Disappointed over all.

There were only one chair in our room. Not quite sure why, as the room next door (also dblroom) had two. There were only 2 hangers and no knobs or hooks to hang anything. Not even in the bathroom. Apart from this it was a central hotel which was what we wanted and needed. The breakfast buffet was good.

Very small room/bathroom. The location was good,east short trip on the S bahn from the train station. Rooms have no phone or clock and my phone did not work in Germany, Earliest wake up is 7:00 when 1 st staff arrive. TV did not work

Nice sized rooms, and that's it. There's almost nothing in the rooms. For the cost, there are many nicer hotels around this neighborhood. There are two towels in the room and that's basically it. There's almost no staff in the hotel. The most barebones, pricey hotel I've been in.

Staff at the reception was rude. The lobby is actually a dodgy lounge bar that during the day looks like a disco club out of service. Very dirty and dusty. Room was outdated, carpet extremely dirty and full of dust. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

I booked and paid for 2 adults and 1 11 year old child (2 double beds on the booking confirmation) but the room only had one double bed. Luckily the hotel managed to find a fold-up bed but still, that wasn’t what I booked and pay for.

Overall good hotel and good value, if I was visiting again I would stay here.Hotel is a little quirky, rooms are not directly from reception, but they are spacious and very well priced.On sie parking is a bonus but not included in the price.Breakfast was very good and I would recommend this hotel.

The Zi hotel fit our needs perfectly for a 7 night stay. We were a bit hesitant to stay because of the Lounge emphasis in the name and pictures (nothing against lounges), but the hotel turned out to be extremely quiet and the lounge is accessed through a separate entrance.Breakfast was excellent and beds were very comfortable. Location is located between the train station and main street/square with everything in walking distance.One slight caution is the showers flat floor that can get a bit slippery.

Very nice stay, very comfortable, clean and modern rooms. Good breakfast, free wifi, helpful and friendly staff. Only, very minor, downsides are the stairs/lift area used to access the rooms which is much less aesthetically pleasing and the lack of food available in the hotels bar facility. However some very nice and reasonably prices restaurants like Pasta Pasta and Enchilada nearby.
