I am allergic to mold, as soon I am exposed to it, my chest pays for it… We got a room and as soon as I got in, I could sense the mold/humidity… the AC vents had black mold on them, i requested another room and the room sup was very nice and change us to the 8th floor, less moldy but still there was some humidity from the AC vents… my husband woke up with his arms full of bites… he is sure that the hotel got bed bugs but because I had to go to the airport, I did not have a chance to look for them… Oh trust me I would’ve found them! Did it before in another hotel lol Pictures on website are way too “filtered”

Horrible hotel. The internet and television. Did not work and could not be fixed despite 3 different efforts to have it fixed. The air conditioning would go no lower than 25°C. We finally got a room change and still had difficulty with the Internet and air conditioning. This hotel is way overrated. I question who is doing the ratings. It was a beautiful hotel when it was built, but the maintenance has been terrible.

When we got there it took us two hours to check in when there was only 2 people in front of us, then we check in and they told us we didn’t pay for our room (which we did) they made us pay again. Then we get to our hotel room and the our mini fridge was leaking water, we called many times and they said “unplug it, we will send someone to look at it” they never did because there was at least 20 rooms with no AC (first priority, I get it) we never got our rooms cleaned, new towels, nothing! Our sheets were dirty. So our forth day there waking up, the hotel water went out around 6am and we had to check out by 9am and the wTer never came back. When we went to check out we got charged for more things. It was one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel and I travel a lot! Please do not go there. Also the pool is slippery, you will fall so be careful and ALWAYS check your bill. The bathroom is apart from Your room so no AC bathroom, shower or vanity area. Cuando llegamos, tardamos dos horas en hacer el check-in cuando solo había dos parejas delante de nosotros. Luego hicimos el check-in y nos dijeron que no habíamos pagado por nuestra habitación (lo cual hicimos) y nos hicieron pagar de nuevo. Luego llegamos a nuestra habitación de hotel y nuestro mini refrigerador perdía agua. Llamamos muchas veces y nos dijeron "desconéctalo, enviaremos a alguien para que lo revise", pero nunca lo hicieron porque había al menos 20 habitaciones sin aire acondicionado (primera p

It took over an hour to check in. When we finally got a room, it had a musty smell and the toilet was leaking water. They moved us to another room and you had to push the door with your body for it to open. Service was horrible. Not once did any of the workers asked if we would like something while we were at the pool. The building looked run down and dirty.

This place was average. It was fine for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The staff was probably more friendly than most other places we stayed at on our trip. Nothing negative to say but nothing poaitive that stands out either. I would say for an overnight stay near airport it is very convenient.

My husband and I enjoyed our time there. Would recommend it for couples, family, and friends gateway. One thing I will suggest is the breakfast buffet can be improved. There are a lot of meat options and not so much variety for non-meat eaters or anyone interested in having a typical breakfast like a croissant, omelet, and other things.

Overall, the hotel is very good (it’s showing its age but it’s being renovated, no big issues here). It’s across the beach and very close to the main tourist attractions. Food was very good and the staff was very welcoming. The only big complain that I have is the some personal stuff and souvenirs were taken from my room. And when I reported this to hotel’s security the response I received was a typical “maybe you forgot to pack them. Can you contact your family and ask them to look for them at home?”. He didn’t bother to make a report and the nobody from the hotel got back to me.

Checking was terrible. It took over an hour to check in. When we finally got a room a smelled bad and the toilet was leaking water. We got moved to another room. That door was hard to open and we had to constantly tug the door open with our shoulder. The pool was nice, but the service at the pol was poor. When we sat by the pool, a half hour passed and no one came over to ask if we would like something. We called the staff over and asked for a beer. 15 min passed no one brought the beer. The hotel needs improvement, better breakfast, and staff need to be more attentive.
