Great for a short break out of season. Good to have a car park.
Friendly, good breakfast, warm room, hot shower.

Breakfast was really good. The staff were helpful. The hotel really, and I mean really could do with a refurb.
2.5
Great value for money. Loved my sea view
1.5
In a good location, this is a 3 star hotel with a 4 star breakfast. Would use again.
4.0
Excellent breakfast, room clean and bed comfy - nice sea view - only issue is parking and trying to time it right to get a space as close as possible
2.0
The Hotel is in a great position. We had a room with a sea view which was excellent.
The Reception area was tatty and unwelcoming. The front dining room which is for people with dogs was dark, gloomy and used for storage. The chairs were in a bad state . It was a totally unattractive place to eat breakfast, bearing in mind we had paid extra for the dog.
Overall the Hotel is in need of a make over.

Hotel is fine but to many stairs to room my wife just had knee replacement didn’t make any difference rooms 207 208 use to take wife 20 minutes to get to room

Nicole and Rob were great hosts. The housekeeping and kitchen staff, particularly Callum and Mercy gave us excellent service.
This is our second visit as a family with our dog and it won't be our last.

2.5
Hotel was lovely. On arrival the lady on reception was wonderful, info was fantastic regards parking etc (parking is free). Room was clean and tidy with tea/coffee (this was topped up daily) as well as house keeping. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, choose from English, cold meats and cheese, cereals, juice, toast and coffee machine. All help yourself. The waiter was really nice and very helpful. Location is right on the sea front, 4 min walk to main shopping area/food restaurants. We walked to the Orme tram which took us about 15 mins. The hotel is dog friendly but not allowed in the breakfast restaurant which is understandable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast buffet was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Only thing that let the place down was the outdated decor and also cleaning staff kept leaving empty cleaning bottles and duvet covers laying in hallways cleaning cupboards left open and bags of linen prop against door and hover was just on floor . Easy trip hazard specially with all the older or less able guests . Could do with a tidy up out front . For a cheap budget hotels its deffo great but sadly we wont come back

Water was only dripping from shower head. Took me 30 min or more to wash my hair.

I stayed at this place with my two teenage boys. It was affordable and pleasant. We had a minor issue with the shower - it stopped for a few minutes but then started working again. It was probably due to air in the plumbing system. Additionally, the shower came off the wall and I had to put it back into place. The place is a bit outdated, but it's conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, the promenade pier, and plenty of dining options. If you're used to staying in fancy 4 or 5-star hotels, you'll notice the difference. But for a 2-night stay, it's perfectly fine. The WiFi was excellent, even better than what's offered at Premier Inn and Travelodge, and it was perfect for using with a firestick.

Room is brilliant with good location with easy travel to different part Wales such as Barmouth, Harlech. Dogs friendly also very important to us too. Very good experience for us as a family, will definitely come back again. Just need to say breakfast is amazing , catering staff in the morning very friendly and warm welcome

Overall, this is a hotel over its star rating. Out of the way of the cheaper town centre hotels. 24hr reception. Easy access to rooms. A bar. A restaurant. Stunning First Class breakfast buffet. Off street car parking (if you time it right). Pleasant & Helpful staff. All in all, a pleasant stay… only let down by idiots staying that feel it’s OK to let doors slam, scream and shout at midnight in their rooms, and a big thanks to the occupant of Room 204 who felt it acceptable to shout ‘GOOD MORNING EVERYONE’ in the corridor at 1am on Saturday morning 😡

Stayed there for 2 nights. Hotel is clean and hospitality was great. Location of the hotel is near High Street so it is a real plus and had a nice view from hotel room as it was facing the sea.

Great position in the town.
2.0
Lovely stay, staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. However my 89 year old mum was unable to reach in the wardrobe in her room to hang her clothes up as it was too high (it was higher than in my room) and the grab rails in the shower were also too high for her.
The hotel was very clean throughout.
