Great hotel nice change from the corporate sterile hotels
4.3
Rooms were great, no lift but that was ok as we were travelling light. Nice, spacious and light. Loved the bathroom. Needed more plugs or usb ones and a bigger fan or A/C.
4.3
Lovely hotel great location
4.3
We only had one towel in the room
And a half used toilet roll

A fantastic hotel in a lovely location.
Would definitely stay again.

Hotel du Vin, Henley is a lovely place to stay. The building is so nice, especially the courtyard garden. I sat in the sunshine with a cold Provence rose, it was just glorious. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. Stayed in room Tommasi Amarone, great bathroom. Perhaps very best was breakfast. I always tell myself I'm not going to have the full English.... but I always do and its always great! Location couldnt be better, just off the river nestled in the town. Absolutely fabulous dahlings. 5*

Superb service and comfort.

Great hotel.
Requested parking however on arrival this was not granted due to it being full.
We did however get an amazing room upgrade to Taylors Port. A massive suite. Nice suprise, which made the stay really special.
Friendly staff, great breakfast.
Definatley book Taylors room if available, you will not be dissapointed.
4.3
Cheerful check in. Friendly staff all round. Room was fun and clean and comfy.

We were made to feel very welcome by the reception manager. Our room was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay a real delight. Delicious L’Occitane toiletries in the sumptuous bathroom too. Can’t wait to visit again!
4.3
Fantastic staff on front desk, the lovely Greek lady in the bar and service at dinner.
Had a lovely room with roll top bath.
4.3
Great hotel but very little parking
4.3
Great location nice room with big bathroom including roll top bath. Only negative the room was quite dark.
4.3
Unique hotel in one of the prettiest towns in England.

In town for a wedding and that place was ideal. Right by the river and managed to get a parking space (£15 a day first come first served, limited spaces)
Had lunch yesterday and breakfast this morning and both really tasty.
Very friendly staff

Really impressed by this hotel. Great location, right next to the river. We found a really good deal on Expedia on the day of check in. Given two glasses of champagne on arrival, free late check out. We brought our dog- cost is £25 for a dog which I found quite steep, however they do provide a bed and bowls for dog and also a bag with treats and a toy and poo bags which was a nice touch. L’ocittaine toilettries in the room and a lovely big bath. Great tea and coffee making facilities.
We had a great wine pairing menu in the restaurant (was actually in the snug as we had the dog with us). The sommelier was fabulous!!
Parking wasn’t ideal as no where on the street but we managed to squeeze in to the underground car park at a charge of £15.
Will definitely return and would definitely return. I imagine this property is particularly lovely in the summer as there is a gorgeous courtyard

The bistro and staff were absolutely top notch! Brilliant. Had the River View suite which was on 2 floors - the bathroom was humungous and the shower was fantastic.. lovely bit of luxury to spoil yourself rotten!! Coffee machine in the room was a nice touch too. The drinks at the bar were around the same price as you’d pay at a classy bar and was very relaxing in the snug !! I loved it there.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel du Vin. We have a 7 month old daughter and a dog, and our room had a cot, a dog bed and dog bowls all ready for us! Which sounds small but it’s amazing how many places don’t do this. They also have a little goodie bag for the dog, which is a really nice touch. They give you a drinks voucher if you are happy to not have your bedding changed everyday, which is a really cool idea too. The staff were all lovely, especially Serena at reception :) We were in a very spacious Junior Suite which has lovely L’Occitane products, coffee, tea, etc. You do have to ask for more cups, loo roll, etc as housekeeping weren’t coming to the room every day, which was a little slow on occasion, but otherwise we had a fab time!
4.3
Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Friendly, helpful and kind staff, particularly in reception but throughout the hotel. Rooms super comfortable and quiet. Bathrooms amazing amd a real treat.
4.3
Really stylish conversion of an old brewery made this hotel feel very special.
4.3
We had an amazing trip, the staff were very helpful and the outside bath was fabulous 😊
4.3
Fabulous hotel, great location, deluxe room bathrooms was lovely and very spacious
4.3
Disappointed with the hotel in general.
Not particularly warm or inviting.
No parking although not clear on website.
Lift not working although staff did help with luggage .
Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again .

The place is beautiful and old brewery converted. Rooms are clean, staff was extremely helpful, location is great. We decided on Henley on Thames to finish our trip and be close to Heathrow to fly out. The 2 nights were an excellent way to finish a fabulous journey my husband and I had while in the UK.
4.3
We had an amazing stay from start to finish. Friendly and professional welcome on arrival, beautiful room, superb service over dinner and breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble, the old brewery has been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard, keeping many original features, and was spotlessly clean. What made our stay though was the staff, all genuinely happy in their roles. We thoroughly recommend staying here.
4.3
Very convenient location. Friendly staff.
4.3
We had a lovely relaxing time during our stay. Location is very good for having a walk along the riverside or just having a mooch around the shops.
4.3
Excellent Receptionist and check in as well as on departing. Help with cycles and good food in restaurant on one evening. Dripping taps in en suite reported.Thoroughly enjoyable stay
4.3
Converted brewery makes a lot of the rooms unique. Great decor and modern styling. Superb location near town centre. My room was excellent with a balcony which overlooked the Thames with an outdoor bath option with privacy. Duplex layout with bedroom on lower level and huge bathroom shower area on upper level. Well stocked minibar and snack box at a reasonable price.
4.3
The room itself was nice, however we found the service terrible. Certainly not what you expect from a Hotel du Vin.
When we checked in we got told that we can park in the hotel car park, however they didn’t inform us until we parked that there would be a charge for this. They also didn’t inform us that there is an option to not get our room cleaned during our stay.
At the first morning of breakfast the staff member was rude. He was the only person serving and therefore said we need to get our own coffees and toast rather than this being bought to us. Again not service that’s expected.
4.3
Great breakfast and service from bar and bistro staff. But unfortunately check out staff were quite rude insisting I owed for breakfast when I had pre paid and didn’t ask how my stay was
4.3
We knew the brewery from our youth and welcomed the chance to see it put to new uses to good effect.
4.3
Excellent hotel and good value
