Our stay was amazing, the staff was incredibly kind. The location was very central but also tucked away and serene. Our room was spacious and beautiful. We can’t wait to return.

It was a very nice surprise how beautiful, clean and quiet this hotel was. Perfect for couples.

We loved this hotel. Very quaint and cute, lovely property. The pool is huge, the restaurant is good, and the hotel is very close to everything you want to be near. If you are a light sleeper, you may not appreciate the pet peacocks, but they didn't bother us and they are so beautiful! The hotel is quite a hike to get to on foot, but so is everything else in Taxco. I would totally book it again.

The pool was amazing, but i didnt have hot water for showers. I understand im in Mexico so I didnt want to make a fuss, but the receptionist didnt seem to care at check out. I thought maybe the hotel would pay for my two drinks I bought at the pool. The receptionist wasnt very friendly in general.

Property was cute on the main area. You feel secluded from the city. Peacocks roaming around and tons of plants. Staff was nice. Room on the other hand... very basic for what you pay. Noisy from other guest. Main door is white glass so light from hall illuminated room. Hallway lights keept turning on multiple times during night waking me up with brightness. TV had broken coaxial so chanels where blurry. Wifi router was next to my room yet signal kept cutting. Bathtup was very hard to get in and out and leaked alot to the bathroom floor. Beds where super stiff. Room service left my window blinds open that faced main hall so other guest could see our luggage ans stuff laying out. The free continental breakfast is a small cup of juice or fruits (not both), a coffe or tea and toast. They never had toast so they gave us muffins. The fruit was about 1/3 of a banana and about 1/10 of a countalope. They offer about $1.50 off some menu items. So we opted to pay for a more decent breakfast. Sadly the food was bad. I could not finish my chilaqules and made a comment to staff who did not offer to remedy it.
Otherwise property is super cute if you want to hang out by the pool area.

The hotel is perfectly located within a few blocks walking distance of the Zocalo in a large beautiful garden/pool setting with friendly staff. We arrived a day early and they were able the accommodate us. We had three rooms, two of which had remodeled bathrooms but one did not and the shower was basically useless as the water came out in a trickle. Despite that inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay.

If you want to properly rest, do not stay here. The beds and pillows are old and extremely uncomfortable.

This hotel has a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool; However the acces to rooms and restaurant is really impractical, 4 floors upstairs each day for take breakfast, this is not very confortable.
Rooms are clean and ok, but decoration quite rustic, no telephone in the room to call reception.
Also the receptionist girls are not very welcoming, did not give naturally the basic info as WiFi code or tv control, no smile 😏 .. do not facilitate stay. However this hotel has 1 person really nice and helpfully and with a real commercial sense (more than receptionist), his name is Angel and should be more valued.
Finally good hotel with reasonable price.

Great place to stay, everything is close to this location, and you won't need transportation.

The hotel was well kept for being very old. The shower doors had some fungus. They claimed to have breakfast included but this was not the case. Their breakfast should be advertised as continental and not a full breakfast, which they wanted to charge more for. They just had coffee, bread and a very small portion of fruit. I did the accommodations for this hotel because they claimed to have a full breakfast, but that was not the case. So they should really state breakfast available and not included. I did not like that. But the stay was comfortable being near the city town. Thank you.

El hotel esta bonito, las habitaciones bien, instalaciones adecuadas, un plus que tienen pavoreales en los jardines, el servicio mas o menos, un poco desinteresados en recepción, los baños de las habitaciones un poco viejos

Really beautiful hotel nearby Taxco's center.

The room has no phone. The good things about this hotel is their complimentary courtesy at the restaurant. The view spectacular. The hotel is beautiful but needs lights on the halls. I was not very happy with their customer service at the front desk. To provide an example, I asked for laundry service and they told me it isn’t available and later found out by another person that it was. I did not feel welcome by the front desk.

Everything was excellent just one complaint the bed frame made too much noise when moving around in bed.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. Each morning they have a small complimentary breakfast available on the top floor where you can oversee the entire city. Also, the pool, the garden, the rooms, they are all in great conditions. Loved seeing the peacocks walking around the property during the day time.

We love this hotel because of its architecture and landscaping, we have stayed here before. Also, and it is so close to the zocalo of Taxco that made it very easy to get in and out. We only regretted that, because of local health regulations the pool has reduced hours, so we couldn’t use it after coming back from shopping and sightseeing. Besides that they were very helpful and even traced for us and sent us a stuffed animal and a battery charger we left behind.
