This was an overnight stop after a long day driving which met our needs perfectly. The apartment was spacious and kitted out for self catering (not something we needed to do). We would recommend it to anyone but especially to people seeking to enjoy the great outdoors in this beautiful area. The service was personal, interested and very polite. What not to like?

Résidence Tabor has different rooms and the one we stayed in was not what was shown during the reservation on Expedia app. We were put in a standard room on the ground floor which was OK but not outstanding. During our stay of 5 nights our room was not tidied once.. Also the roll of toilet paper ran out twice and we had to request it personally on 2 different occasions. Well the location of the residence is nice but do not expect much service

Stayed in upper level furnished apartment, including furnished kitchen. Clean, comfortable, attentive host. On main road, close to train station and commercial areas. Visited in low season (October) and was provided a free upgrade.

Friendly staff and great location, convenient to the train and amenities, restaurants, etc. Two things to note that it can get a little noisey as it is right on the main street and there is a bar close by that is open later. Also of note, that once Ji e hits, it is considered summer and the heat in the hotel is turned off which can make it a little chillier at night.

A great apartment, perfect for our needs. Newly refurbished and very close to the train station and main street. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and the amenities were great. We were able to cook ourselves breakfast every morning in the kitchen area another was plenty of space.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Friendly staff. Very clean and good sized apartment. I would use again. Very short walk to ski bus and restaurants.
Only downside is the railway noise at night.

Could not really fault the Residence Tabor. It has an envious central location in the town, literally a stones throw from the railway station, bus stops, restaurants and shops. The apartment is modern and very clean, and has eveything you really need save for a toaster and a microwave but thats a small point.Communication with the owner was straightforward despite the language barrier and we managed just fine. Lovely people. You wont go wrong if your looking for a decent base at a very reasonable price.

A very nice place to stay. Very comfortable/modern and a good location for the shops. We had a hire car so we could drive to Campo Smith in 5 minutes and Melezet in 10 minutes. Great snow and great skiing. Even in half term the slopes were not busy. Cheap meals and ski lift prices compared to France.

The location of the appartments is very convevient - walking distance from the railway station and very close to the city center with restaurants and supermarkets. The stuff is frienfly and helpful. In spite of they are not English speaking all requests were met. The room is clear and comfortable. And finally, Bardonechhia is a great place for skiing.

The manager didnt speak much English or French, a surprise given the fact the town is a ski resort on the France and Italy border. But we communicated okay. We understood there would be a 7€ charge per person for the sheets. We didnt know that while booking from Expedia. Then we let the gentleman know that our room perhaps was too far away from the wifi router, because the wifi signal disappeared as soon as we entered the room. No problem. We got a room closer. Why not since we the hotel was almost empty. Its a ski resort to begin with. Talking about the town, oh was it beautiful! Coming through oven baked Milan, the fresh air filled the quiet streets, the snow peaks shone in the sunset beyond the pine trees... We stopped by a random restaurant, the dishes were delicious and plentiful - well, compared Venice... I want to go back there again.

We booked the hotel as a stop off on our way to our ski resort in Serre Chevalier.
On the advert it said it was 11miles away. But when we arrived it was over 100km away!!
This was not satisfactory so we booked another on route closer to our destination.
When I explained this to the reception they said sorry but they could not refund the money taken.
I am not at all happy and will be pursuing this matter when I return to England after our vacation.

Good location, across the street from train station and a few meters from city center. Great room size recently updated. Few recomendations to be excelent: one pillow with mold, shower flooded (nice design but water get's out all over). And check out TOO EARLY (10AM seriosly?)

We arrived late at night and were checked in with no problems. We felt very welcomed by the staff who tried their best to speak English. The apartment was very clean, modern, fully equipped. Excellent value for money.
