This hotel is very dated and does not have any accessibility options. Including our room was in the third floor and we had to walk up a flight of stairs. We actually had to ask the guy out front to bring our suitcases up as it was not offered from the get-go. The location is great.

Nice location, clean and quite, front desk was very friendly

This place is not nearly as boutique as it’s advertised! When we got into the room, the closet shelves were full of dust, haven’t been clean in weeks! The curtains were also full of dust! The towels had seen a much better days too. The shower head was so plugged up with debris that the water barely trickled until I unscrewed it and cleaned. Safe didn’t work at all. Even after we complained- it wasn’t fixed. That was the ugly part. The bad part: breakfast is the same every day! Eggs scrambled or omelette, fruit bowl and a yogurt with some granola….
The good: location is great, walking distance from the main areas with restaurants and historical sites.

We love it everything was so close to us ! Walkable distance to plaza de armas … staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful… definitely If come back to Cuzco I’ll stay at Atiq ! Thank you for the help and guidance!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We were able to leave our luggage for 3 days in the hotel's storage room when we went to Machu Pichu. We also had packed breakfast ready at 3:30 am when we were taking early morning tours. The restaurant of the hotel was also very nice too!
The only thing that can be improved is the water pressure in the shower as it wasn't enough.

Pros: Great location. About 5 min away from Plaza de Armas. complimentary breakfast was a ham or veggie egg omelette, coffee or orange juice, toast and yogurt with granola it was pretty good. Staff was friendly and helped us store our luggage after checking out while we waited for our bus to arrive.
Cons: Shower was moldy, when we arrived there was a dirty towel inside of the shower. Hotel is very noisy and you can hear everything going on around you.

The hotel is place in a very strategic street near the Cuzco Plaza de Armas. Close to everything. Safe and comfortable.
The employees, specially the front desk guy (I can’t remember his name ) were super helpful with any need we had. My family was very happy and thankful for chosen this hotel for my Cuzco stayed.

Great service. Front desk person was always ready to help with any request.
The hotel is placed in a central street and there are many restaurants and stores near by.

Staff were helpful and offered breakfast before typical hours the day we were leaving. However, it was very loud as our room was right near the restaurant kitchen.

I was very pleased with my stay at Atiq Hotel, the staff was the best part of our stay. Breakfast was amazing small menu but it was soooo good. The front desk guys were so helpful recommending restaurants and things to do around Cusco. The center is literally 5 min walk.

Staff great, breakfast much better than we expected, comfy big bed, great location a few mins walk from the main square. Our plumbing worked fine!

Great little hotel with helpful staff and easy check in and out. Close to the plaza, many eateries and shopping. Previously stayed at this hotel. It is a smaller older hotel. Very clean but needs a little work on the plumbing.

Check in was super easy and fast. The staff are so friendly, helpful and very humble. All the Cusquenos are very humble and friendly. I recommend this cute little hotel.

The friendly and convenient place was clean and newly updated. The room was large and the staff was so helpful. Just ask and they deliver. We had a short walk to the square with a great meal. Highly recommended.

Property was well situated. 7 min walk from the main square and yet away from the crowd. Staff were very nice and accomodating. Great service. Clean room.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. Edgar, the receptionist was especially attentive to all my needs. It has heater in the room and in the bathroom which is important in a cold place like Cusco. Love the bed and the pillows. I’m very picky and I have no complaints.

We loved our stay here. It’s super close to Plaza De Armas and all the eating and shopping areas. The staff were amazing and attentive to all of our needs. They left us box lunches for our tours. Booked us cabs and were overall excellent. We would recommend this place and stay here again anytime!

The hotel staff did an amazing job helping feel safe while the country was in chaos. The president of Peru was arrested and put in jail. There were rioters in the streets. The hotel did everything they could to make us fee safe. Great job and thank you

The property looked very nice through the photos, that is why we decided to stay at Atiq. Check-in process was easy. They helped bring our luggages up to our room as well. I didn’t see an available elevator though. Our room was placed near the lobby, which made it quite noisy. The plumbing in the room wasn’t good. The bathroom shower and sink had drainage issues. The rug in the room looked dirty. Internet in the hotel wasn’t great. Overall, it’s an okay and cheap hotel.

This is a very small hotel with comfortable rooms and a wonderful helpful staff. The location is central and very walkable. Overall a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Terrible wifi connection, even in lobby area. Somewhat clean but smelly bathroom (sewage problem?). Very basic breakfast.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend

Visiting Cusco and Machu Pichu, if it wasn't for Angelica I would have cancelled or move to another hotel. DO NOT get this hotel, they have no idea they are a VIP hotel with Expedia or they just don't care. Angelica even told me that the Jr Suite I was supposed to get, it's not the one I got... did the claim with the staff and they called the owner's girlfriend who said there was no mistake and that was the room I was supposed to get.
Room was dark, heater I had to call the front desk for them to activate, only worked after 8PM, before that sorry... get a blanket. Bathrooms are VERY small and not well taken care, damaged sink, shower clogged, door didn't close correctly, towels are old (you can tell the "white" on the towel, wasn't anymore).
The 20% discount on food, I had to claim it, fight for it, explain to them what it was and that what to be a VIP hotel with Expedia meant, still they didn't understand, but at the end they gave the discount to me.
Location was good but that's it, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel, I only recommend Angelica, she was the best!
Disappointing on Expedia, that they don't do a good filter selecting their VIP hotels, I believed in their VIP hotels blindly but no more.

This property was highly recommended by websites on Cusco Stays. Here are the basics. The room is fine / not great: the location is great: the bed comfortable: the shower great. WiFi virtually nonexistent, TV didn't work half the time, the breakfast just OK, I travel 4 months out of the year and I have stayed in better Airbnbs... I would not recommend it.
Also no lobby and no outdoor area.
Further, I happened to be there during a week of festivals and the hotel backs on to a historic area / park where these took place. The noise was unbearable especially if you wanted to go to bed early because all treks from Cusco start very early.

My husband and I stayed in Atiq hotel in Cusco while visiting Machupicchu and Rainbow Mountain. I have had altitude sickness every day and hotel Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was freshly cooked every day. They even packed breakfast for us when we were going to Machupicchu at 3:30 am. We were very happy with daily housekeeping as well. Overall great boutique hotel, close to everything, very convenient with excellent service.

Great Location. Helpful Staff. Convenient base for exploring Cusco with easy walking access to Plaza de Armas central area.

I booked this hotel because of the location and so I would have a great and relaxing stay in Cusco. Try junior suite was large and nice, but the bathroom was ridiculously small. I had to stand over the toilet to close the door. Their is no room service, no bar, and the restaurant has almost no selection. The location is perfect, but upon checkout they were only able to take Visa. They have signs everywhere saying they take AMEX and Master Card, but insisted there was an “internet issue” and the only way to checkout is with Visa. This seemed as if it is a regular thing so beware. I had to pay for my fathers room because they wouldn’t let us leave because he only brought AMEX and MC.

Wonderful location, friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Quiet and big rooms. Loved that I could het the room given that we stayed during winter time.
