We had a lovely time . Took our dog with us such a great dog friendly hotel. Definitely will go back.

Booked one night in a two room family suite. It was extremely clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast was a good selection hot and cold buffet, the children enjoyed chocolate spread as well as sausages.
Each bedroom had a TV so my husband and I could chill out in a bit of piece.
We are thinking of returning without the kids at some point as the courtyard bar seating with garland lighting looked a beautiful place to relax with a drink before bed (but with kids, that wasn't an option this time!)
Restaurant menu looked very interesting, but again, due to kids, we opted to pop out for fish and chips, the hotel location was a short drive from the main features of Hunstanton.

Supremely comfortable and clean with a light and uplifting feel throughout while retaining traditional features of a historic building it is. Great care taken wth all instructions for guests, swift communication and excellent restaurant. Would love to visit again.

Very comfortable with great food too. It is, however, quite expensive.

Really lovely, well kept hotel. We went for a "luxury room" (allocated room H1) and the bathroom was amazing and huge with a big bath and large walk in shower. The super king bed was comfortable, although could have done with some firmer pillows but I know that's personal preference. The description did say there would be a double sofa in the room, which there wasn't. But there were two arm chairs. Plenty of free parking for guests and there were a few restaurants in walking distance. Only took us 5-10 mins to walk to the beach.
We did find that the menu provided in the information pack in the room was outdated and it was a completely different menu currently, and as there wasn't anything we fancied, we ate off site. But we had our breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was spot on, really lovely.
Staff were all really lovely and friendly. Grounds were immaculate and so we're all areas of the hotel.
One negative we had was that right outside our window there was an area where dogs that seemed to belong to the owners were. And there were at least 4 of them and they were quite noisy at times and were barking anytime we went in or out or room, and at various times when they were let outside. They were quiet at night though to be fair. The annoying thing is we didn't bring our own dogs as we thought they maybe noisey and disturb people!
We would definitely return if the occasion arrises.
Worth noting that check in is from 4pm rather than the 3pm stated on here.

We only stayed one night but we have already decided to return for a longer stay taking our dog and daughter.

Great hotel 10 minutes walk from one of the greatest unspoilt beaches

Stayed in one of the Standard rooms which was fine. The room was clean, and bright. All the required facilities/features were there. This was only a short stay and the room was more than adequate as only being used as a base. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The staff we spoke to were all polite and helpful.

Probably the quietest hotel we've ever stayed in.
Recently refurbished and with friendly, helpful staff.

We booked a SUPERIOR DOUBLE for one night , o that we could try it for future stays. We are regular visitors to the area. We are in our late 70s and were looking forward to a restful stay after my illness. We were not offered help with luggage, nor told that it was a long walk to the room. Worse of all, the room door opened directly onto a flight of steep stairs. Difficult to get luggage up, and even more difficult to lock the door while standing on the 2nd stair. The room had only one easy chair, no surfaces in the bathroom, and mattress too big for the base.
However the bed was comfortable and the breakfast good.

It was liovely!

The staff were so friendly and helpful The property was well maintained and the parking was easy. Only downside was the walk to the beach along Waterworks Road which has no footpath for quite a while, but we found the walk up to the village and down a side road was safer and quicker ( also a grandson could play on the playground both ways)

Beautiful hotel close to the beach. Lovely room, well equipped and nicely decorated. Quiet at night, with nice comfy beds. Tasty breakfast with great choice of food.

The accomodation was kept well cleaned and maintained. Only slight issue was that woodlice kept appearing from somewhere, probably 6 or so over the three night stay.
All the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good and we used the restaurant for evening meals twice. Again very good. Would visit again. Thumbs up

As soon as we parked up, we were very pleased with what we saw and the surroundings. It was nice to have stress free parking. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The layout of the rooms was unique and lovely. The room itself was very clean. The breakfast and one meal we had was also very good. We would definitely like to visit and stay again.

I stayed at the Caley Hall hotel with my parents for a couple of nights and it was excellent. From arriving, we were greeted by a very helpful young lady at Reception who showed us around and told us where we needed to go to our room and where we would have breakfast. Throughout our stay, the staff were all so lovely and friendly and so attentive and the breakfast and meals we had in the hotel were fantastic. Thank you

Overnight stay in a family room with our 5 year old granddaughter. Spacious comfortable room around a courtyard setting with outdoor seating. Enjoyed our evening meal in the light and airy restaurant with coffee afterwards on the terrace. Breakfast was freshly cooked and enjoyed by all. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would return.

Staff were amazing all around. Dining room staff were excellent. Hotel and rooms were beautiful and a nice close walk to the beach. Only complaint was that the shower drain didn’t drain quick enough and the climb in was quite high for my elder father. Other than that, excellent experience and great food!

A little gem in Hunstanton. Beautiful rooms, ours was dog friendly, there’s even a dog shower.
Food was great, staff were lovely. We’d definitely come back.

We found the Caley at short notice and was pleasantly surprised. We got a good deal, we didn't know what to expect but, except for the expensive drinks, which is par for the course now at hotels, we could not fault it. The beds are firm and not to my liking but the room was excellent. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of nice choices. Will stay again.

We stayed at this hotel last year and we had a lovely time with our family, one of whom had just had a marriage break up and it was the perfect place for peace and recuperation. This year we stayed in room B8 which had been refurbished. Gorgeous! We are now new grandparents and we will be back next year with our new granddaughter! Excellent all round. Thank you.
