Incredibly friendly staff, even more so considering we were definitely not the average customers. Very forthcoming and welcoming. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and quaint.

Service was excellent; people extremely friendly! Plan on going back on our next visit to Wolken. Ironically, was going to Wolken to discover our "Kuenster" roots and found this hotel, also dated back to the Kuenster family. Unexpected surprise!

Amazing location right by the bridge. Can be quite a walk from the train station though. Could require a taxi for some people. Property doesn't have A/C which is to be expected for a smaller hotel in a small isolated town like that. Didn't bother us, we just slept with the window opened. The included breakfast was great, good selection

Good hotel for bike tour. Nice breakfast. Our room was a little loud and the window was next to an outdoor passageway.

Situated on the main road with a lot of traffic and not enough parking spaces for Hotel guests at Hotel parking area.For a short stay Hotel is OK.

This was a great place to stay right on the main road with parking. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had an amazing breakfast included and two wonderful dinners at the attached restaurant.
