Beautiful, clean little hotel . Bargain for $30.00.
It’s just unfortunate that phone line in the room wasn’t fixed . Owner should look into it as it’s annoying to walk up and down the stairs everytime you need something. Staff are very , very accommodating.

We booked a room for four nights. However, there is no refund. Write a letter and talk to the customer service staff. No reply was given. I also want to change the evaluation. The experience is very poor. I hope the customer service can refund my room fee. I didn't use it at all

Very clean hotel and relaxing stay at Villa de Sierra Vista. Simple breakfast with coffee and juice. The only issue we had is that the WiFi did not work in the lower level where our room was. We had to go to the lobby area to use the WiFi.
Overall a good experience with friendly staff.

I arrived early fresh from the previous hotel. The receptionist said check in time is 2pm although this is not mentioned in my expedia itenary. I waited in the lobby while the receptionist played loud religious music in a self congratulating manner. My single room was not upstairs with a great view of the mountains, no it was in the basement. A small bare cell like room, the bed was medium comfort, the bathroom average for philippines. There was a big storm that shutdown the electricity, wifi and even one of the mobile telephone companies. The hotel was sort of slightly classy but was spoilt by ungenerous attitudes and poor customer care. At night it was exceedingly peaceful, you will get a good sleep, if you dont mind the bed. Next the breakfast, again the mean spirit showed, the included breakfast was a barebones meal, cold egg, a few slices of scrappy palawan sliced bread, old tasting brewed coffee. you were encouraged to upgrade to a paying breakfast. I left nearly all of it despite being hungry. I do not revommend the single rooms at all, although the doubles look better and are upstairs, i guess. I hated staying here, mean petty management and annoying receptionist. I was very glad to leave.

The hotel is gorgeous and near perfect, but the outside noise from the traffic (motocycles, trucks, etc...) and the cock farm next door (in groups they will crow 24/7), was just awful. Cheaper hotels can be found on just as busy streets.

It was 3 lovely nights in this villa. We were amazed of the place, the villa itself and the view. The room is nice with big bathroom and nice comfortable bed but we missed having a small fridge in the room. Fridge is in the kitchen which is locked up after 10 pm. Free continental breakfast is ok, small portion. If you want another kind of breakfast then you have to pay extra. Laundry service is expensive, have to pay by piece. Beers and beverages expensive. Nice staff, very accomodating and even gave us a tour in their pond and helped us with tours around PP. This villa is just around 30 mins ride in trike to town which is just perfect when going out for dinner in the evening.
