Stayed for two nights, 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Plenty of parking, clean pool, delicious breakfast made to order. Not to mention one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on.

It was a really lively place i would highly recommend. Cat at the front desk was amazing as well as the other person and our bartender. Carlos my shuttle drive was excellent. The only downside was the people above us kept stomping around

The stay was excellent. Restroom was very clean. We were very satisfied and the price wasn't bad compared to other similar ones. The only thing is that you pay for breakfast. It's reasonable too.

Considering the limited Kitchen and bar they turned out good food and made it to order as much as possible. Sliding barn door in room had two sticking points and had to be pulled very hard- jerked past the sticking points- causing me to catch my finger in the door. No way to get the blinds open and turning on lamps was confusing but front desk explained the routine.

The only caution I’d have is at 5 am I didn’t see anyone in the lobby but I believe a homeless woman was sitting in there. When I left at 11am there were two people smoking pot in the doorway in the parking lot.

This hotel emphasizes wellness and fitness. There was a yoga mat, yoga ball, and workout stretch bands in the room! We were just spending the night and leaving early, so didn’t use them…it was a surprise, though! It was a surprise to require an extra charge for parking and breakfast, though.

The hotels pictures are misleading. There isn't a water view... I actually called the hotel to confirm they had water views and the person in resv actually put in a note to give me a room with a view. When we checked in, we asked to make sure we were in a room with a water view. That is when we learned the water was a mile away and there was no view of the water. The carpet was dirty at the front desk. The two at the front desk was friendly and kind. We went to the room. The elevator was dirty, the carpet and walls were dirty. The room.... it smelled the a gym... because there was a mini gym inside and the floors had screws to keep it down AND cracks in the walls. They have a window shade that has water decal on it. We went back down to let them know and that the hotel wasn't for us. We askes for a refund because the room was not what was displayed nor a water view which the resv person put in a request. The front desk said because we used 3rd party they couldn't refund us. We needed to call them. We called and hotels.com and they called the hotel and the hotel still would've give refund. Trying to add photos but the button isn't working.

the stay was amazing, when I say, location, location, location was the key. everything I needed was easily accessible, the gym was spacious, the flex room is Devine. the queen size beds were very comfortable. will definitely book this hotel again, when traveling there.

The beds were nice and comfortable. I've never had such a nice rest away from home. THE END!! Unfortunately, that's it. They don't have vending machines in the building for drink or snacks. Only their snack shop with extra high costs. The lack of plugs and outlets in an accessible room was mind blowing. Even the bedside table had no plug attachments. Then the windows...the poor views we thought we'd have we're hudden behind this huge curtain thing that hung down to the floor. No string to pull, no button to press, just there hanging on the floor. We will NOT COME BACK here. The beds alone is not enough!! I would share pics, but they've blocked you from doing so...

I have stayed here before and was disappointed that you now have to pay for parking. Not that great of a lot, and there seemed to be people loitering around it, so then toss in an extra $25 charge, and that’d probably lead me to just stay at one of the other hotels I have stayed before, where they have free parki g (and free breakfast!). Hotel is nice and clean, quiet.

The first room we were in smelled of smoke so we asked if we could switch rooms which they did graciously but then that room 3 lights didn't work. Hotel not in the seemed saftest part of town. Marks all over walls. Nice fitness area and food looked good but we didn’t eat there.

The staff was exceptional. The service was great. Jared, the van driver was so knowledgeable and pleasant. I missed breakfast one morning and the chef made me breakfast even though they were closed. The food was delicious. The front desk staff was very accommodating and there was always someone there to answer questions and help with directions. My room was clean and fresh every day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was greeted by Elliot at check in and he was excellent, we were given room 330, my wife and i unpacked before we noticed there was no BLIND on the large window. I contacted reception and it was the excellent Elliot who immediately came up to the room checked there was no blind and told us he would move us to another room which he did immediately. The other room had a blind so we unpacked again and put our cans and bottles of drinks into the fridge and got a uber down to the old market district because the hotel shuttle was not available. We returned several hours later to find that the drinks in the fridge had frozen. Next morning we went for our free breakfast which is a choice of 1 drink and 1 item of the menu. We both chose the omelette and fruit, the small ommlette was very nice but hardly worth getting up for. The guy who made the breakfast was very efficient. The $15 for parking is a joke you have to scan a barcode then pay online to park in an open car park that has not even got a fence round it.

The building is an echo chamber. When my neighbor was up and about at 3am it sounded like they were in the room with me. The concept and interior is nice but the acoustics are nightmarish.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights, yet not a single day had the room been cleaned. If the hotel has a specific cleaning schedule, it would be helpful to explain it to us when we check in. The room lacks a safe, and the cleanliness appears to be limited to minor touch-ups. I even bought my own bleach and cleaning products to clean the bathroom. Unceptable.

This hotel was amazing. Very clean. Very large rooms. Comfortable beds. Updated showers. Great breakfast. Poor cook was all by himself cooking and doing everything. So it took a while to get food. Pool was nice. Plenty of towels. Check in was easy and fast. Close to zoo. Other notes: It is in downtown area. You have to pay to park. No ice machine except at drink fountain.

Big pool, 24/7 fitness center. Room was huge! Gentleman at front desk was helpful and made sure I received extra pillows and blankets. Luggage cart was never available so I had to carry everything in from the parking lot. Hallways were kinda dingy, ice machine on my floor didn’t work. Overall, this was a nice stay and provided what I needed.

This hotel was a bit of a surprise. We were on a cross-country road trip and I had never heard of these hotels before booking. Our room came with workout equipment and space to work out, plus there were workouts on the tv. The room was super comfortable and had a great bathroom. Unfortunately there was only one good dining option within walking distance of the hotel. Also, when we booked, it said that the room came with a free breakfast; that was not the case and there was no real option to eat at the hotel. That's a bit disappointing when you are exhausted after a long day of driving and/or getting up early to begin another leg of the journey.

Very cool hotel, modern, clean, staff was very friendly. The is a lot of construction going on, but that is no fault of the hotel, just be aware. Shower was roomy, beds soft, loved the black-out shades, and our room had a small workout area with yoga mat, ball, and stretching bands. Great stay.
