Well after a 3 day stay we found coach roaches in by our room and were moved to another room and was given a whole $26 dollars off. Will not ever stay there again and will for sure be telling friends about the coach roach issue! We were also told this has been an issue for a year now.

We stayed in the annex building. Sink was completely clogged in the bathroom. My husband had to unclog it with a butter knife. On the windows were live flies with wings. Husband also had to kill them and clean up. Cups were dirty and coffee cups had coffee rings on them. DO NOT go the lounge. It was absolutely disgusting with fruit flies everywhere. The "bartender" was a server from the restaurant and made me a drink from where the flies were coming from. I had ordered a Cesear, and the flies came off the Worcestershire lid and lemons that she PUT IN MY DRINK!! She asked if we wanted to move down the bar 2 seats until the flies " CALMED DOWN"!!!! She walked away. Came back 20 minutes later and gave us the bill. We paid and left. We didn't want to cause a scene. When I checked out the lady at the counter was annoyed. Asked me what room I was in and took the keys. Said if I wanted a receipt (which I didn't even ask for) told me to contact my booking agent.... I have stayed here once before and was not as disappointed as I was this go. It's a shame.

Being separated from the main lobby where the restaurant and lounge were was not good also the service in the lounge was bad rushed to have to leave before closing no real food only appetizers and they were poorly cooked over all not enjoyable rooms were ok nothing spectacular

We originally got placed in room 323, I will mention the room because it was so specifically bad it needs to be fixed. The connector door did not lock, so the room adjacent could have EASILY gotten in. We did get a staff member to help because it wasn’t enough justice for her to move us. My second complaint came minutes later to see the deadbolt on the door didn’t lock at this point she finally moved us rooms. 323 was dirty, had broken shelves? Smelt like cigarettes. We later got moved to 431 which is where I wished we started so we wouldn’t have gotten a bad taste. It was perfectly normal. Then I notice I was charged 90$ or so more than my hotels.com receipt. (I selected pay at property when I booked in december) this was another headache to get fixed as they tried to up the price. It did get fixed thanks to the front desk staff. But it was an annoying stay.

The MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE AT ALM ABOUT TYE ROOMS THE HALLWAYS ARE DISRESPECTFUL DIRTY NOT VACUMED and I had too asked too be moved to another room. The toilet was dirty behind and the photos I showed too Crystal at the from desk all she could say is OK OK : SHE DID NOT CARE! What a WAIST OF OYR MONEY ANT TINE TELLING THE FRONT DESK STAFF CRYSTAL. EXPEDIA, look into it yourself. The main lobby stinks dirty and with SMIJE and you clearly stated too me it’s Non smoking. Go look at it for yourself and take it off your list. The RUGS NEED SHAMPOOING AND KEPT CLEAN. Please help the night was HORRIBLE and the building is not RATED SO HIGH! Get with it. I give it a 2 The ELAVATORS ARE FILTHY. Rugs are dirty and it STINKS ALL AROUND . You have my HOBEST OPION. Never again.

Sketchy!!!!!!This property seems to house many homeless people. The clientele hang around the entrance smoking, rummaging through the garbage etc. They often leave the front entrance door to the annex building propped open. The room itself was not bad, but I would recommend you pay a little more and stay at the Nova Chateau Yellowhead a much nicer cleaner property and in a much better part of town.

Decent property, but filthy. Bathroom had scum on bath, light switch plates visibly dirty. If this place was cleaned properly it would be decent. Would not stay here again or recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk was very pleasant and helpful, parking was easy, checking and check out went smoothly. Our room could use a bit of a Reno, but no issues at all!

Entering the Nova property smells of cigarettes. The room smelled of chemicals, there were stains on the rug, the wall paper was ripped, the Baseboards in the bathrooms were rotten and moldy. The air conditioner was not adjustable, and had a very high squeal that was unstoppable. The staff were very friendly

The room was dirty and we couldn’t check in after 3 am we drove in from outta town and had to pay for another room because the front desk said we were too late. Even tho the room was already paid for !!! After buying another room I went to bed only to have the toilet being plugged from a previous person. Ask the front desk to help and they tried to blame me. Ended up stayed by in the room for 4 hours and leaving.

Room was decent and clean. Parking situation was good. Only complaint is the staff. When checking in the lady seemed very rushed to get me to pay, I was trying to fill out the forms necessary for the stay while she kept pushing the machine to me in order to pay. It timed out because I wanted to get the paperwork done first and she seemed rather annoyed. Then when I was checking out, once again the staff member helping me seemed rather rude and annoyed, even going as far as rolling her eyes when I asked for a receipt. Hotel itself was good for the price, but staff not so good.

I went through Expedia online, and had gotten to the hotel, and they didn’t know I was booked, and wasn’t too sure if I had a room that I prepaid for earlier in the evening🙃 It was cleared up after some clicks on the receptionists keyboard- but I was kinda worried I didn’t have a room for a second there.
