We had a blast! After exploring all day and being out and about we knew we were coming back to our amazing “home” 😀 Everything from check in information to the cleanliness and outlay of the place! Communication was quick also. We would definitely come back to stay here again!

The house was very clean and exactly as represented. AC is COLD and refreshing. We stayed here because it was close to Raft Outdoor Adventures in Hartford. Nice and close to Walmart and Dollar General Market. Janice’s diner was delicious! Easy drive to Gatlinburg. Will 100% stay again if we return.

Fantastic! Beautiful location! We love Tennessee

Cute home, quiet area with great views! You are about 40 mins out of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and have to drive on multiple gravel roads, not a lot close by, so be prepared. Small hot tub but perfect for 3 adults/2 adults and 2 kids. Like the ease of check in/check out. Added bonus was the Explorie tickets.

The property was absolutely beautiful. We used it as a weekend get away for our anniversary and we will definitely come back again.

Our family had an amazing time at the cabin and exploring the Great Smoky Mountains. We enjoyed everything the cabin had to offer and can’t wait to return.

The cabin had all essentials. The downstairs bedbroom had a comfortable mattress. All of the pillows were flat and worn out. The upstairs mattress is extremely hard. There are no drawers to put clothes in, but overall the cabin was nice and cozy. The hot tub was warm and relaxing. The outside space was just right for my small dogs. The front porch light is very dim. Window sills and underbed was dirty. And the cutting board in the cabinets had crumbs on them. The cabin is perfect for couples or a small family. The pictures need to be updated. The outside bench no longer have a covering over it.

My family and I had a great time. Home was beautiful!

I loved playing Pac-Man! The property was large, and we enjoyed walking around. Like us, Everyone around us had a pet(s) which surprised us. And, we enjoyed the bonus of being able to get a free ticket to Dollywood. I didn’t cook, but the place is completely loaded with whatever you need. It’s not too far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, so the location worked out for us since we drove to both places.

Clean quiet cabin very relaxing

Beautiful location! Very peaceful. Got lost and Mountain Time Cabin Rentals helped us find it. I recommend no one use GPS to try and get there led us up some odd dirt road, but property management helped us turn around and find the place. Very clean, but we found a used men's razor in the shower upstairs. Wasnt a big deal as the rest of the house was very clean. I would recommend a new mattress. It is more of a preference l, but they seemed a little hard for our taste. Otherwise beautiful cabin, lovely location, and very relaxing.

Very nice cabin, not much storage on the first floor for luggage. But very spacious upstairs bedroom and bathroom. I suggested to them they need to install a flood light, it’s very dark and not much light with only a porch light for unloading your vehicle at night. We enjoyed our stay, but it’s about a 30 minute drive to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.

The cabin was very nice. It is in a brand new development, so Google maps had a hard time finding it, but it eventually got us there.
The kids loved the hot tub and the arcade games.

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in! The mountain views were great! Overall an awesome place!

What a pleasant surprise, I was treated like a king.
Plenty of 4-5 star restaurants to your liking.
Even more lady’s shops to her liking
Have fun

very nice and comfy

Had everything we needed and wanted.

Nice alternative from the busier locations. Living room is nicer in person. Nice direct routes via gps to gaitlinburg or to pigeon forge. Roads can be windy but that’s to be expected. Great location if you plan on rafting the pigeon river.

We really enjoyed the cabin it was clean and tidy. We did have a storm and lost electricity for several hours. And there’s a neighbor dog that kept coming down to pee on the door and poop on the lawn which I hope we didn’t get blamed for. The only real negative is the location is a little far from any town where you can buy supplies.

The cabin was perfect! Cozy, home feeling....loved all the wood furniture. Only issue with the property, was the taller than average grass for our small dogs. The issue was resolved quickly after speaking with property personnel. Overall, a great experience.....highly recommend!

Myself, my husband, my son and his wife and my 9 y.o. granddaughter took a few days to spend together. We prepared to stay in the cabin full time if it rained as forecasted.
Weather was great, cabin was spectacular, week together, priceless.

We enjoyed our stay in Cosby Tennessee. Exceptionally clean property and very peaceful setting.

Honestly without a doubt the best property we have ever booked. The location was awesome, it’s about 30 mins to all the hustle and bustle of the tourist area but totally worth the drives we made. The actual property was out of a magazine, but it felt like Home. We will return to this cabin every chance we get. Oh and the neighbor dog, his name is Hawkeye and he is awesome, if you see him give him a big hug for my daughter, she already misses him. I don’t know what else to say other than we lived the vacation of our dreams.
4.8
Everything is new and nice. Communication was fast and concise. Lots of thoughtful extras left in the house. I'd stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location to be-far away from the commercial side but close to restaurants and stores. Cabin could use a few more home touches like throw rugs and better mats in bathroom, but thats just personal opinion. Cabin was nice and cozy. Hot tub was nice and well maintained. The only complaint we had was the water had a strong sulfur smell thar didnt go away- but would still highly recommend! :)

The home is new. Several being built in this little “subdivision”.
It was comfortable. Inside was clean, however the hot tub bottom was covered in dirt. I’m sure that is not the norm though.
For the price, this is a no brainer.
I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice cabin. New and has everything needed. We had great time there with family and friends.

We had a great stay at The Happy Hideout. The photos are not updated, there are two cabins across the street now; however, the view from the front porch between the two new cabins is still wonderful. The cabin is very clean, you wouldn't know this is a pet friendly cabin from the fresh smell and clean furniture. The location is great, secluded and quiet from the hustle but close to a Dollar General where we were able to grab just about any food item we forgot. We used one of our complimentary tickets through the affiliated program for Wonderworks in Pigeon Forge about 40 min away and it was our favorite attraction for our family with 2 kids under 10. The arcade games were a hit with our sons and the hot tub and fire pit were enjoyed by the whole family. We also had no obstructions near by to star gaze. We would return to this rental again if we chose this destination again.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin! Everything is new and nice and as described!
Loved the arcade classics video games upstairs! The hot tub was superb! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a blast staying here! House was clean and had all the necessities. Views were beautiful. Property manager was extremely accommodating and communicated very well with us!
We stayed after Christmas and during the new year so the towns were packed so be prepared for that.
We will definitely be staying here again!

The cabin is so cute and was perfect for our stay. We loved the location, outside of major towns but close enough that the drive wasn't bad. The local dinners were close and had really good food. We loved that it was pet friendly. Will definitely stay again!

Property was perfect. Extremely clean, well stocked and ample room for my pups. The major drawback was the construction that was going right in front of the. house.
4.8
Very Clean, felt very welcoming. Even my dog enjoyed the time. Need more than just a weekend. Yould love to make this a whole family vacation. Saw my first bear cub cross the road. What can beat that

Everything was Beautiful just like the description. But when we arrived no dishwash pods, no laundry pods, no hand soaps, coffee pot wouldnt work (we called and they brought a new one withing 8 hours.) Outside garbage was half full. Once its full you have to drive down the road to drop off trash. They did come pick up the trash also! I know these are small things all in all but to pay what we paid and get there and not be able to wash my hands after I use the bathroom was a tad frustrating. We made a trip 3 miles up the road and bought everything we needed but its the fact that "what we paid for" and didnt have basic supplies. My only other complaint is the downstairs bedroom matress is so used that your top half sinks in 12 inches deep. I had to go sleep on the couch. Otherwise the cabin is Beautiful and clean, the view is stunning. (Although not accurate according to pics on site) there are 2 houses across the street now. Still Beautiful. The drive to Pigeon Forge was 45 min. Loved the game room upstairs and the board games. We had great family time using them. Hottub was very clean and Amazing. This cabin is in a small town in the country and the dark skies are Amazing for star gazing. We stayed over Thanksgiving and cooked a full dinner. There were plenty of pans, mixing bowls, casserole dishes, hand mixer, blender etc. In the end I would definitely return. Im sure the lack of supplies is one particular employee who cleaned that day! Not the norm. Thanks for the great memories

Loved the cabin, it was very nice, cozy and clean. But have some complaints, first the water it’s from a septic tank so the water smell so bad. It’s smell like rotten eggs it was horrible. Also the fact that both bathrooms were inside the bedrooms was disappointing. You have to go inside the rooms to get the the bathroom , there’s no private door. So if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you have to disturb who’s ever in the bedroom to use the bathroom. I think a private door entrance would be great. These are my only complaints. Overall everything else was good.
