Beautiful property. But, there are not many options for dining yet around the area, however, they have a good restaurant!

Tranquil place near the city of Urubamba; a nice place for a break after the crowds at Machu Picchu.

Nice hotel for that price point. Staff was welcoming and beds were comfortable. The food wasn't great.
4.8
The scenery was idyllic and we loved the solitude. The hotel and grounds were beautiful, the food was great, and best of all, the staff were fantastic. From the front desk to wait staff to massage therapist to manager, everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great, property is a little remote.
4.8
Love the design, safe and quiet environment. Friendly staff. Only thing against is there is really nothing around and not really walkable.

Beautiful Quiet gem. We stayed there for 3 nights in September. We loved the location. It is surrounded by mountains and view from the room is gorgeous. Service was excellent. All staff are always ready to everything that will improve your experience.

I'm in love with this property. It is secluded enough with amazing mountains surrounded you but just a 10 minute drive from Ollantaytambo. It has a great restaurant- vegetatian friendly (loved the veggie burger), awesome breakfast and amazing staff. The fire place in the courtyard is a cherry on top after having a long adventurous day. Totally worth it to pay for the sauna and jacuzzi to enjoy with a bottle of wine. Water/Soft drinks and beers are complementary in the room with room service. Just loved this place and I can't wait to be back.

Awesome place to be around

Amazing beautiful place! Enjoyed my stay in Peru the most here. Great helpful staff, beautiful location, facilities and cute alpacas.
Recommendation is to improve heating system and make facilities free of charge or at least make a fair price for it.
Other than that great place and would love to be back!

Clean, beautiful hotel with wonderful views of mountains. Staff was great.

Exceptional. Registration was very friendly and most informative. The gardens are a delight and well maintained with a variety of plants and birds. The rooms were large clean and tastefully decorated. VC

Great property all the way around

The staff were very helpful and the rooms are nicely done. The hotel is around 15 minutes away from Urubamba. At the same time, It was relaxing and will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip.
4.8
Beautiful location in the mountains. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good, hot selections change daily. The only thing I would add would be recycling bins in room for all the plastic water bottles used and screens on the sliding doors so you can open them without letting bugs in. There are no windows in the rooms.

Amazing views ,specious rooms ,very clean ,nice balcony

We loved our stay here in the Sacred Valley. The hotel is tucked away and very peaceful. We enjoyed breakfast and thought there was a good variety. Had dinner and drinks one night at the hotel and wished we had eaten there more. Added bonus: They have zither cutest baby alpacas on the property roaming around.
4.8
Staff helpful and very attentive. Very generous breakfast included.

Nice view!

The service, food, rooms and spa were that of a 5-star hotel selling at 5 times the price we paid. It is a BEAUTIFUL property and the service is second to none. Would recommend this lodge all day. Its like a secret find - especially for the cost.
4.8
Nice hôtel, bed very confortable, great shower, the only négatif point would be that you hear other people on other rooms.

Honestly the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is just gorgeous and the small touches around here send it over the top. The staff is so welcoming. Traveling with young children (5, 1) is not for the faint of heart. Pleasant people around you can make all the difference. So accommodating to our needs! The only con I can imagine is you’re about ten minutes from decent restaurants/shops/etc. However, there is a restaurant on site, although a little expensive, and what is here is totally worth a few extra minutes on your drive tomorrow!

THE choice hotel in Urubamba. Gorgeous grounds, friendly staff, comfortable, clean and safe rooms. The pictures, albeit beautiful, don’t give this place justice !!
4.8
Beautiful peaceful place!!! Views you can’t beat and cute alpacas. Quiet place to stay a night on the way to the train.
4.8
Amazing stay at a beautiful property. The location is removed from town but worth it for a quiet, relaxing experience. Highly recommend paying for the private jacuzzi and eucalyptis steam at the spa.

We had a great time at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The front service excellent. The food at the restaurant delicious. All the employes very attentive and polite. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family for future trips

Excellent service provided by everyone especially Roberto who made sure our taxi ride was safe and Nathalie who helped us with questions and found an excellent driver for our trip to the airport. Beautiful scenery, very serene.

The service was amazing. Very friendly staff. We arrived seven hours early for check-in, but they accommodated us and gave us a room right when we got there. The room itself was very spacious and clean. Very nicely decorated as well. Also, the outside of the hotel is absolutely beautiful

Nice property, very helpful staff and love the cute alpacas roaming around the garden

It is a great hotel, but a distance from train station and cost just 10.00 US to get to there. People are great at the hotel.
4.8
Hotel staff is more like extended family. Everyone was so accommodating; eager and aiming to please. The grounds are beautifully kept with much attention emphasizing its own natural aesthetics.
4.8
We loved this quiet setting with a rural feel and the new rooms with all the amenities. The restaurant served very good dinners, so it was wasn't necessary to leave the hotel! The room was bright, airy and well-decorated with two view balconies looking at mountains, greenery and flowers! Perfect for a night or two in the Sacred Valley.
4.8
Great staff, easy check in and out. Decent buffet breakfast. Dinner menu small. Bumpy walkways to rooms, not too easy on roller bags. Mediocre massage at the spa.

We ended up booking this hotel at the last minute after other travel plans fell through, and I'm so glad we did! My only regret is that we didn't stay here from the beginning. The room was clean and comfortable. The property is absolutely beautiful - once you enter the campus, you feel like you're in a resort far, far away. I will say that it's somewhat far from Ollantaytambo & Urubamba, but I honestly preferred it that way.
