The community beach access is located next to this home so you are just steps away from the beach and ocean. The great room's wall of windows set this home apart offering ocean views from the living area and a bright and airy atmosphere. Comfy seating, a flat-screen TV, and dining space make it perfect for everyone to gather for some delicious meals and movie time after an adventurous day. Start and end each day on the expansive sun deck enjoying your morning coffee watching the sunrise and completing the day under the star-filled sky by relaxing in the hot tub. Everyone will be sure to find their place to relax with four en suite bedrooms and two other bedrooms with a shared bath.

The property was as described and suited our group of 15 well. We appreciate three king masters for the couples. The kids’ room was tight and several shared a bathroom but they don’t mind too much. Other bathrooms handled a few extra showers to keep things moving. While we prefer a home with a pool, it wasn’t missed too much with the beach club privilege. Grateful for enough dining space. The ice maker was very helpful. While the main living space was nicely updated, the bedrooms and on suite baths were not yet, but still okay. Only one minor maintenance concern and it was resolved quickly. While we don’t usually repeat our destinations and accommodations, it was someplace we would stay again.

TV’s didn’t work - Hot Tub cover was to big for the hot tub so it was never really hot - No trash bags or toilet paper and the neighbor threw rocks at our vehicle ..

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The house was perfect for our 3 families (6 adults 8 children ages 9 to 15) Plenty of space. We even had an extra bedroom! It’s proximity to the beach was perfect! The property managers were more than accommodating. They answered all requests promptly. We had an issue with the ice maker and the PM had ice delivered daily! We would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

This property is perfect for a large family, our adult children, partners and their kids all had a great week at this beach house. It is a 2 minute walk up the boardwalk from the property, the location makes it easy for the kids and their little legs. Almost all bedrooms have their own separate bathroom, which is ideal for privacy. The kitchen has plenty of silverware/plates/glasses to accommodate a large group. Seating is ample for meal gathering, or just winding down after a busy beach day, and watching a movie before bedtime in the main family room. The only adjustment I would suggest is more towels for each bathroom and also the kitchen, we were prepared to do laundry during the week, but with few bathroom and kitchen towel supplies, we did a few more loads during the week. One of our favorite rentals in Nags Head so far!

Great accommodations for a large family gathering to enjoy quality time at the beach in Nags Head. The location and neighborhood exceeded our expectations! We would recommend C-side semi-oceanfront to anyone looking for ample space and amenities right at the beach. The boardwalk connects to the house resulting in a few minutes of easy walking direct access to the beach. During our stay the weather and wind was perfect for flying kites on the beach. The community pool was great for adults and kids. The location is great for some shopping and dining in town and day trips to Jockey Ridge State Park and Alligator River National Wildlife. Refuge.

Overall good but for a house that is supposed to be fitted to sleep 16 people, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom for a week is just not gonna cut it.

It was great house for 5 families. It was located in Negs head where all the attractions are very close by. We had some water issue in the beginning of our stay due to unexpected cold weather ahead but after that the week stay went very smoothly.
