Fantastic location in Condessa. Absolutely wonderful staff. Very good breakfast included on the beautiful rooftop terrace.

Excellent location in La Condesa. Walk to parks and restaurants

Room was huge, clean and had tons of natural light. The room was overlooking a tree lined street in Condesa. Steps away from lots of great parks, restaurants and shops. Cool vibe and breakfast was good enough. They had free bikes you could use as well. They also let me hang out on the rooftop and get some free coffee while I waited for my room to be ready.

It was the Best experience for both me and my husband. Employees were all very helpful and friendly. Hotel is beautiful, very romantic feel once you enter.

This hotel was great! Their rooftop terrace was beautiful for breakfast and the room was comfortable and clean. I will definitely visit Casa Decu again next time I’m in Mexico City!

Super friendly welcome when I checked in. Love the art Deco touches of the hotel and lovely area around. Best stay in CDMX!

We’re so lucky to have chosen this property. The staff is so polite and respectful. I love the on site security. They’re always so attentive and make sure you get in the correct Uber. Truly a great experience

Clean, nice, amazing location

Great cute boutique hotel in Condesa. Great location, property condition, staff, rooftop deck (with daily continental breakfast) and service. Only drawbacks were lack of elevator and air conditioning due to protected historical nature of building. I would stay here again. :)

This little boutique hotel in the heart of La Condesa is just fantastic. Heading back in October and we will definitely stay here again! Rooms were huge with a separate living room and kitchen area, beds super comfortable. Staff was incredible, doorman and housekeeping were also top notch! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace capped it! Bathroom was small-ish, but that is the only small negative...made kit work because everything else was terrific. Great little spot to stay at in CDMX!

Casa Decu was a great place to stay and I’d recommend it. The staff is very attentive and accommodating and everyone is bilingual. That being said, I wish the WiFi worked better than it did. Also, I’m somewhat sure that my room was haunted, but that’s okay.

Great fora few days to enjoy the City!

The hotel is cute and tucked away, centrally located so the location is the main draw. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel as the rooms are very close together

The staff was very welcoming and attentive to our concerns. The architecture is beautiful but it doesn’t have wheelchair accessibility. The area is calm and walkable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much!

This was our third time staying at Casa Decu, and we will be back for a 4th. The location cannot be beat and the hotel is wonderful. We especially love the quiet rooftop space, delicious breakfast, and kind staff.

I traveled alone (f) to Mexico City for the first time. And here I felt like at home. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Devi. We found the description accurate and our 2bedroom, 2bathroom suite was spacious for 3 people and had clean bathrooms. It did get hot at night with no AC but that is expected and we still enjoyed our time. The breakfast is very limited (toast, bananas, basic cereal and coffee) but is still nice and the rooftop terrace where breakfast is served is nice in the morning. Great location, walkable to the park and many great restaurants in Condesa

This property was close to cafes, restaurants, bars and a 7-Eleven that made it easy and convenient for not having a car

Casa Decu is a great hotel located in La Condesa. Just a few blocks south of Parque Mexico, it’s a great area to walk around in with Roma Norte and other areas a walking distance away. You can also order Uber easily to go anywhere.
The hotel itself is a nice little boutique hotel. Our hotel room was very spacious that included a small living room and kitchen area that included a mini fridge, microwave and plates/cutlery. One note for people to consider is that there is no elevator so you do have to walk up the stairs if you have a room on another level or want to go to the rooftop for breakfast. There is also no A/C which is not uncommon for boutique hotels in CDMX. It was pretty warm in CDMX this weekend but we found that just leaving the windows open and turning on the fan was very comfortable.

Felt like a very safe area...lots of restaurants nearby.

Loved our stay here! The staff is so so so friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the door man. We loved kicking back and hanging out on the roof at the end of a long day. It's located close to many attractions, and we enjoyed being able to walk to most places. The only downside is that it can get hot, though they did provide us with a fan. If you absolutely NEED A/C to sleep, perhaps another option would be best. We came in May, and it was perfect with the window cracked.

Lack of AC made the stay tedious. Nonfunctional safe was not repaired until our last day. Non-funcional light was never fixed. It was a beautiful neighborhood. I would definitley go back but not to this property.

Clean and friendly. Good value. However room lighting is very dim and there is no air conditioning. Bright outdoor lighting makes it hard to leave window open as you need to pull down shades. Staff is excellent and complimentary breakfast was good although the exact same everyday.

Safe did not work. No AC. Lights malfunction. Great neighborhood. I would look for another place on the next visit.

Read the negative reviews. Most of them turned out to be true. Terrible soundproofing (the sound of others having sex like they are in your room - NOT APPROPRIATE FOR FAMILIES). The heavy smell of cologne plug-ins - obviously masking or attempting to cover up. Kitchen is for Instagram photos only - not practical. Our room was in an airshaft (as most of the hotel) and IT WAS HOT, not even a cross breeze. The kicker was they charged me for a wine glass - They put a wine glass in the room and someone from housecleaning must have cracked it so they charged me for it??? I tried emailing them about this but to no avail. Just avoid this place. THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY OTHER OPTIONS OUT THERE. The location was great. Stay in the neighborhood but just not at Casa Decu.

I absolutely would recommend staying at Casa Decu! The staff was wonderful, extremely friendly and the rooms had everything you need. The bed was advertised as a Queen but was a full. It was not the most comfortable bed either but everything else was great! Water pressure was the best I ever had, and the doorman upfront made staying on this property feel extra safe. I would stay here again!

Nice design.
Comfortable bed.
Aromas too strong.
Breakfast pastries stale and not of good quality; whole grain bread should be offered

This property was great! The staff is very friendly, the continental breakfast is nice, the upstairs patio where you eat it is lovely, and the rooms (we had 2 that connected) were well-appointed and very comfortable. We’ll definitely come here again!!

Casa Decu is a small, boutique hotel nestled in the lush shady streets of Condesa. It was the perfect home for our week in Mexico City. The room was very clean, super quiet and had a kitchenette for when you wanted to take some fabulous postres back with your coffee. Central to LOTS of incredible food, shopping and museums. Affordable but feels like a luxe experience. There are 24/7 security into the building so you feel very safe (although I never felt unsafe in the city!).
