About this house rental
Cute and cozy A-frame alert! This house offers space, style and the ambiance of being in the woods with easy access to Highway 9 and only 3 miles from Breckenridge ski area and Main St. The main floor features vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows, wood burning fireplace with stone surround, dining area and large kitchen with stainless appliances plus a dedicated work area. 3/4 wraparound deck! Private master level. Game room with living room + rec room. Mountain view! Dogs allowed.
The house spans 3 levels:
Main Level:
• Open concept with living room, dining room & kitchen
• Dedicated work space and half bath
• Wood burning fireplace, wood provided
• Large wrap-around deck
• BBQ gas grill
Top Level:
• Master bedroom with king bed
• Full bathroom
• Open loft space
Lower Level:
• Guest bedroom with queen bed
• Guest bedrooms with twin over full bunk
• Full bathroom
• Living room with sleeper sofa and large TV
• Large rec room with ping pong, entryway for boots and gear and washer/dryer
There is no garage.
For the wood burning fireplace, firewood is supplied as well as firestarters, kindling, paper and matches.
This property will decorated for Christmas! Decorations will feature a Christmas tree, mantel decorations and stockings.
Guest Access
The A frame is located on highway 9, 3 miles south of Breckenridge, and across the street from the Blue River Road bus stop that is serviced by the Blue River Commuter. The bus currently heads into Breckenridge 5 times a day and returns to Blue River twice in the evening. Please look up the Blue River Commuter for an up to date schedule and information.
Please note that 4WD/AWD may be required to get up the driveway in the event of snow, October - May. There is one parking spot for a car at the bottom of the driveway if necessary.
The location is also convenient to the popular hiking trails of McCullough Gulch and Mohawk Lakes. After hiking McCullough gulch, grab a drink or some food at the historic Myla Rose Saloon, just 2 miles from the Aframe and across the street from the McCullough Gulch trailhead. Just 6 miles south of the house is Hoosier Pass/Continental Divide. Hoosier pass offers several summer and winter activity trails (please make sure to stay up to date on avalanche risks in the winter). Just past Hoosier Pass are several 14ers that rise out of the Valley of the Sun to the west. Views abound on this stretch and fall colors are great to catch here when the timing is right.
We allow up to two well-behaved dogs. No other kinds pets are permitted.

PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own crib sheets.

> Events that exceed the maximum overnight occupancy of the home are not permitted.
> The minimum age to rent is 25.
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
> This house is located at an elevation of approximately 10,000ft. Visit the CDC website for information on visiting high altitudes.
> There is no air conditioning.
> Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.

Our family had a lovely stay in this home! The location was ideal - easy to get into town and easy to get to hikes south! The space worked well for our family of 4 and easily could have accommodated more!
