Such a great spot! Beautiful, bright and spacious home with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect, only a five minute walk to Kelly Beach, which was easy to do with a stroller. Kelly Beach was great for young kids.
We enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee and at night to watch the spectacular sunsets. Brenda was very helpful leading up to and during our stay.
My family and I greatly enjoyed our vacation and looking forward to returning.

House was perfect for a beach vacation with plenty of space for our family of 4. Host was very communicative throughout booking and the stay to answer any questions. Great views and plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the summer breezes.

My partner and I, his sister and her husband (all 50+) and their son (29) stayed here over a weekend to attend a family wedding in December. We could not have had a better stay. The beds and bedrooms were super comfortable, the views were amazing, the fireplace warm, the layout perfect for us to gather in the kitchen or living room. The kitchen was better appointed than my kitchen at home, though I confess that we ordered Door Dash rather than doing a lot of cooking. I loved the keyless entry with a code customized to our group so no one had to keep track of a key. Brenda was a lovely and conscientious host who really went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. We'll be coming back for sure.

The pictures of this home do not do it justice. It is beautiful inside and out. Brenda was beyond accommodating and very available to contact for our weekend getaway. The home is beyond clean and the views are breathtaking. We definitely will come and visit again. Thank-you again for sharing your spectacular home with us.

Beautiful home with every amenity. Brenda is an attentive host. We had to cancel when 1 person in our group got Covid and Brenda gratuitously changed our stay without any additional charge. The house is well-stocked and comfortably furnished. Excellent stay!

My family and I stayed here when attending a wedding in Newport. We invited friends to the home and grilled on the amazing porch and ate dinner on the huge outdoor table seating 8 comfortably - looking out over the water and watching the sun set… we went for a nice walk on the beach in the morning a stones throw away. It was AMAZING and truly the perfect place to stay. I highly, highly recommend this VRBO home!!

My family and I stayed at Brenda’s beach house to celebrate our mom’s birthday. From the moment we booked the stay, Brenda was communicative and attentive. She was eager to answer all of our questions and help make any accommodations we might need. Upon our arrival we were greeted by breathtaking ocean views. The house is perched up on a hill which only accentuated the beauty surrounding us. Brenda was at the house to introduce herself and give us a brief tour. The house had a clean and welcoming smell. I should have asked her what she uses as it offered a very mild and pleasant scent. The level of cleanliness was further reflected throughout the house. I was hanging balloons and birthday banners on window trim and I didn’t find an ounce of dust. It made me a little self conscious about all of the dust bunnies in my house 😂 Brenda has an amazing cleaning team and it is worth every penny in fees. The house was elegant but warm. It had a coziness to it that offered a comfortable environment for our family to bond. We had plenty of space when we needed it, but also felt that the quarters were close enough to create cohesiveness amongst the family. The kitchen was well stocked and state of the art. Brenda clearly pays attention to detail. She thoughtfully ground coffee beans for us to use and even selected a table
cloth that would reflect a birthday theme. She wrote a sweet card for us and had a little bag of goodies for our mom
for her birthday. It’s these little things that r

Me and my family stayed at this property for 16 days. Our group consisted of two older adults, three 30 year olds and an infant. The home was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as pictured. You can tell the builder loved this home and spared no expense when constructing it. Unfortunately, a few days prior to checking in hidden within the welcome packet was the disclosure that the host and her family regularly use the property between the hours of 9 and 6. This felt very shady and misleading to wait until 4 days prior to disclose this information. They stated they would be grabbing beach chairs out of the garage however it was above and beyond that. They used the garage as their own personal apartment while we stayed. Nearly every day we saw the hosts on the property for extended periods of time, they weren’t necessarily bothersome but it was very awkward for us. Overall the property is amazing but it felt like host joined our vacation uninvited.

We rented the house for 8 days with our 1 and 3 year old. The house was very clean and in great condition, as it appears in the pictures. The house had a toy nook for our kids to use, along with beach chairs, toys, umbrella, wagon and cart. That made for a lot less stuff we needed to pack. The owner was very communicative and thoughtful, she left chocolates in the rooms and left a sweet gift for us and the kids. The location was great. A short walk to the beach and we were also easily able to get to other areas in Narragansett, Newport, Matunuck and Galilee.

Impeccably clean and beautiful home with ocean views and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the expansive deck that was surprisingly comfortable on a sunny day, the large umbrella and ocean breeze kept us cool. Great outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return next year!

We loved our stay here. The house has a great layout that was perfect for our family. We have two young children and was surprised with all of the toys and books which was great for them. Very cozy place with a great outdoor deck. We enjoyed our evenings listening to the sound of the ocean from there. Very short walk to the beach, again perfect for the little ones. The house was very clean! Owners were great to communicate with.

No detail is left out - Brenda has done a great job making the home accessible for kids and families, well stocked in the kitchen, plenty of toys and and beach gear. We didn’t have to stress about what to pack. A short walk to a private beach and a great morning view for coffee on their balcony. Short drive to restaurants , ice cream, and parks. The rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay with our three little ones under the age of 3. Would like to book again next year.

We stayed at this house for two nights/three days to visit Newport for the weekend. We have visited Newport before but stayed in Bristol which was farther away than we liked to all the typical hot spots in the area, so we tried Narragansett. So glad we did and so glad we came across this house to make the weekend even more spectacular.
Location is fantastic. Away from the hustle & congestion but easy, quick, beautiful drive over 2 bridges to Thames Street and the mansions. Outside of the typical things to do in Newport, we set out the first night and just drove the neighborhood coast and did our own exploring around Narragansett. We hit a couple of empty beaches for walking, a light house for some pictures, and ran into a cute restaurant called Iggy’s Doughboys where you can order your food and eat outside on the porch or take it home. Chowder was great and so was the fried scallop roll. There was a small “grocery store” about a mile or so from the house called Roch’s – best apple pie ever!!!! Very handy for milk, eggs, bread, fruit for breakfast if needed.
House itself is incredibly clean and was the most stocked house I have ever rented as far as kitchen and bathrooms go. Kitchen was high-end with high-end appliances – trip was so quick didn’t get a chance to use the beautiful stove. Sheets, pillows, towels, blankets were all comfortable and CLEAN! Patio was fun to sit outside in the evening and watch the sun set. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. Furniture was comfortable as well.
Really enjoyed our stay at the house and would stay there again, highly recommend.

Love this home! I rented this home for my family to spend time together and celebrate my brother’s 40th birthday. The house was exactly as listed on the site (and actually much better in person!) the photos are beautiful but even better once you see the house. I met with Brenda upon arrival to have a brief tour of the home. She was wonderful-so friendly and accommodating-answered any and all questions and really made me feel at home. She knew my two year old son was staying with us and she made sure he had everything he might need (pack-n-play, toys, safety gates etc). There were some wonderful toys and a nice play area upstairs that he loved! And truly made our trip so much easier bc he was fully entertained all weekend. We barely unpacked the toys I brought. We had five adults and 1 child in our group and felt we had plenty of room and space to relax. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Family room and kitchen were our favorite rooms to hang out! Water views from both were unbelievable. Truly a very relaxing weekend. Such a beautiful property and neighborhood-lovely to just walk down the road and enjoy all the views. Very nice restaurants close by that we enjoyed while we were there. Only consideration for future renters would be the one shower (two bathrooms, only one full bath w shower) if you are with a larger group. However, we made it work fine! Certainly one of the nicer rental homes I’ve ever stayed at! Would love to stay again!
